No pressured sales pitching. Was not in need of a new mattress for another month but I was able to put down a portion of the payment to secure the price and pay for the rest when I was ready for delivery. The men that delivered were very helpful and polite. Make sure to tip them please :) I live upstairs and they earned it :D

We were helped by the manager, Cody Hawkins, he could not have been more nicer or more helpful. Spent time with us and answered all our questions, and did not pressure us at any time to make a decision. He gave us a great price, a lot less than what we were expecting. Went in to look at beds and just browse but the gentleman, Cody, who was working was so friendly and knowledgeable we walked out purchasing our new mattress, which includes a 10 year warranty! The price was perfect and we got everything we needed all in one place! Cant wait to start sleeping on our new mattress in just two days! They are even delivering and setting up the new bed at no extra cost! Hands down excellent experience!!

My husband I recently went to two Mattress Warehouse stores and had two difference experiences. The first was the Grape Rd. store and as soon as I inquired about a headboard to go with a new mattress i recently bought he turned away and said all they have is whats out on the floor . I approached him again and asked if they have any type of catalogs I can look at and he said no, we dont and walked away again.We then decided to go to another store located in Elkhart on Bristol st. I was greeted by a lovely woman by the name of Kim S.. I explained I already have purchased a mattress but decided to get a new headboard and she not only walked me around her store and answered all my questions but also got out her catalog on headboards. We picked out a headboard and she took my name and Phone number and said she will call to make sure they can get the size i needed . I talked with her again and was able to purchased the headboard . She was professional at all times and I was so impressed how much she went out her way to help us. Kim works out of the Elkhart and Niles stores and I commend the company for hiring her. I will shop again with Kim hopefully in the future at one of these locations.

We originally went to Mattress Firm, looking for a new king sized bed with frame and delivery. The lowest, most comfortable bed we agreed on was $1,600 alone. They said that we could finance but sorry, I dont see how it makes sense to make a monthly payment on a piece of furniture.Then we were recommended to this specific Mattress Warehouse. Doug was fantastic. He showed us the differences between some of the mattresses, showed us everything that was in our price range, and didnt pressure us over anything. Literally the best salesman Ive ever come across. We ended up with a full set and delivery for $1,004.We havent gotten the bed yet (it arrives tomorrow!) but that experience alone was amazing and it truly made me feel comfortable to listen and trust him. Thanks, Doug!
