This owner is very sarcastic. We ordered and paid for our couch. We call to check on order and hes is almost mean . Its been the time line we were given . Now he is avoiding our calls. And cant seem to get our money back. I do not recommend the place at all. I get its hard times right now but you dont treat your customers like this.

Great variety. Friendly staff. Awesome digital catalog & showroom. Prices are pretty average for a specialty furniture store so if youre bargain hunting it may not be the place but definitely comparable and nicer than most furniture places. If I was redoing an entire house its a great one stop shop for furnishings at good prices and friendly/ helpful staff.

Im going to miss dealing with Richard. My wife and I started doing business with him in the late 80s to early 90s when we needed a new waterbed mattress for our bed that we had purchased from a business that had went out of business. After dealing with Richard we REALLY wished we had bought from him instead. He was never pushy and didnt try to sell us the highest priced item we were looking for; he would offer/make us aware of them, but didnt pressure us into he higher priced item. In fact, we had a water mattress (out of warranty) that was leaking from a corner seam so we came in to buy a new one. He told us there was a strong chance we could fix it and told me how to do it...AND...gave me the patch/repair kit...FOR FREE! He also waived the deposit fee for the water mattress pump (more than once) when we needed to drain our bed when we moved our bed to a new house. Honesty and integrity of this level in this day and age are extremely rare and Richard will be sorely missed by my wife Melody and I. Prayers and well wishes in your retirement and we hope to be able to stay in contact.

My wife and I bought our first waterbed from Richard way back when he was in the little building on South Main Street many years ago it was called Atlantis water beds Richard is a great man a great person we have always enjoyed going there and buying our stuff from him it is sad that he is going out of business I would recommend everybody to shop at his store he stands behind his products he is very knowledgeable of his products he has come a long way from the old days sorry to see him closing the business

I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my couch I have called on it and he says due to the covidthat things are behind I understand that but when you call and leave messages for a return phone call and you get nothing this is poor customer service I would either like my money back or I would like another couch for the same price or the floor model a response would be very nice.

Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy. Beautiful furniture for any price range.

The staff were courteous and helpful. He showed me to a cool kiosk where my wife and i browsed an assortment of pieces beyond what the store carried in stock. Great place to find almost any furniture.

Fairly average prices? but bad quality and say anything to make a sale. bought a couch and loveseat for 1250 and within 3 months of very little use the seams started to come apart and the fabric tearing.. tried calling several times with questions, but no one ever answers the phone
