Was helped by a very knowledgeable person and changing over my phone service from T-Mobile to Xfinity went very smoothly.
I been a customer of theres for 2 yrs now and love it. I have there bundle with cable, internet, and home security. We have had no problems with them and there staff has been nice so far with me and answers any question I have.
Customer representative named Van cool pleasant guy and very helpful.
They told me I I could go to the website order the Wi-Fi that I needed and then I could come to the store to pick up the box to install. I got on the website gave them my information my credit card number email address I spent $50 it immediately came off of my bank card they gave me no return number no email I go my bank there’s an 800 number and it’s disconnected out of Chicago beware of what they tell you to do I’m still out $50 and all I wanted was just plain Wi-Fi the cheapest plan that they have.
Store didnt open on time although associates were inside moving around. No way to contact them to find out the delay. Currently about 15 people waiting to get in
They will screw you over. Specially when your leaving. Stay away. When you enroll you are told your getting unlimited then next thing you know your charge extra $90 for 10GB of data.

I agree with another reviewer; Why is there no phone number listed to call the store.Why do we have to drive there for just a simple question such as finding out if they have a certain phone model in stock!!!!.
Horrible experience. Incompetence in management and staff. Let children manage your business and lose customers. Open til 6, arrive at 5:50 to a locked door and staff inside. Finally acknowledge me at 620 and state we started closing at 530 and didnt have the decency to say something sooner or apologize.
Very helpful people didnt take as long as I thought it would considering the crowd that was in there.

What a great place to go to. Such an awesome experience and environment to be. They will great you and make sure you’re handled in a timely manor. Unless you’re one of the many people of Elkhart who wait 15 min and then say they actually waited 2.5 hours lol. If you need service or help with your current service please visit this store ! You won’t be let down!

Stood in line for 20min, before the mgr approached and asked how he could help. I said I only need a “tv box”, he said “oh okay, it’ll be about 35min though is that okay?” ....”35 min just for that”....”well we have 6 people in front of you”(as if that meant they were incredibly busy😆) I said “have a nice day” and walked out. He proceeded w/o hesitation to ask the next customer the same question, as if he were prepared to help them like he did to me. Clown. Replace that dude please.
Go inside the store screw the phone lines these people will solve the problem.

The service was phenomenal! I havent been there in like 9 months, it was slow then. Now, its like lightning! I was in and out in under 15 minutes, and this included waiting in a small line!!!

Terrible management in this store. I made an appointment and when I got there the whole staff walked outside, locked the door and told me to hit the road because they decided to close 4 hours early. I drove an hour to make this appointment time. The last time I was at this store the manager lied directly to my face and then denied his claim on the follow up. Complete disregard for customers well being.

I called Xfinity customer service to check local availability of a phone I needed to purchase at the Elkhart CR6 store as I was driving from Michigan. They confirmed local availability and setup my appointment for today. Once it was my turn to discuss the phone with the rep, he informed me they didnt have local stock. The rep went on to tell me their online customer reps dont have the ability to check localized inventory. When I ask to look at the demo unit to try out fit, form and function he said they didnt have one. Someone came in the store and broke the phone off the security cable. Lovely waste 2 hours of my day. I called customer service and the offered me $20. 😪
This location IS XFINITY. They will go great lengths to make sure your problems are resolved. Wait times are completely over exaggerated and you will wait no longer then 15 min. A payment kiosk is not at this store so you will unfortunately have to wait for a computer if they are all being used by reps for other customers. Patience is all that is needed.
There is bad service in every way, I was waiting more than 1 hour just to pick up an internet device at home, super disappointing this first impression, very bad service from customer service agents
My husband has been on the phone with these people all day: for almost five hours. From automated nonsense to an incompetent “Michael” who kept telling us that it should be working. We can’t reset the password. We can’t get anything to load. We still don’t have Internet. I would not recommend this service.

It was timely and friendly service.
Had an appointment and still havin to wait in line with the walk ins.
Today my twin brother and I had to drop off a receiver the store hours said 10am the staff said time change as of today we open at 11 but my brother appointment was at 10 so we had to waste time then my brother walks in at 11 and had to wait 45 minutes because the staff cant function without the other people wanted to pay there bill held the line up because they couldnt pay there bill just stood there poor customer service for sure never will I recommend this place at all
It’s not even Comcast. It’s owned by a third party... I’d recommend using the Granger location where it is Xfinity, owned by Xfinity... Not a location with some guys who are the equivalent to the people who stop me while buying groceries in Walmart asking who my cable provider is...

Went there and waited half an hour after the store was supposed to be open with no employees in sight. Sign on the door, Comcasts website, Google, and Comcasts customer service all said the store was supposed to open at 10, which it wasnt.

In your store right now while people yell and throw a tantrum at you for doing your job. Way to keep your cool guys! Lines are a a natural part of life and it this lady is upset that she chose to get milk and keep it in her car before going to other stores knowing there could be a line and milk spoils quicker outside a fridge. Well that is her own fault isnt it. Keep up your good composure guys!
Waiting in store as I post this review. Been waiting over 2.5 hours just to add WiFi. People have came in after me and was called to the counter as I still sit and wait. Totally unprofessional. Would like a higher ups number if I could get someone to acknowledge my presence in THIS STORE!!! (Cr6 location)
We could not be happier with our experience at this store! We were quickly & efficiently greeted, (I forgot the name of the girl who greeted us). We waited maybe 3 minutes before Regina helped us. We just wanted to get started with internet. She was SUPER helpful! She never tried to over sell us on anything we weren’t interested in, but also made us aware on potential deals for the future! Michael the store manager was also very helpful and super kind! After everything, we were in there MAYBE 20 minutes. I’m somebody who prefers in person interaction instead of online. Everybody at this location was awesome!

Worst customer service at a Comcast location. 40 min. wait to pay a cable bill is ridiculous! First come first service, but what about people who are making a quick payment? This is crazy, so I will never be going back to this location EVER! You would think someone would accommodate quick payments, especially when there are employees standing around doing nothing! I give you an F at this location!

They didnt know their own promotions going on. I had to do everything on line and then walk them through what I wanted. they sent me on my way and said I was all set, but they did not give me my account number. I spent 2 hours on the phone w/ Xfinity to find out that they cant help me on the phone because I dont have the full account number. Now I have to travel back to the store because there is no local number for the location just to get my full account number. I really hate Xfinity, but it is the only option for guys like me that work from home.
I have been trying to get my phone number onto my account from another persons account for about five months now... Everytime I am told to do something, I do it, come back into the store, and the same person acts like he has no idea what I am talking about. I like my service, but absolutely hate going into the store to talk to anyone, and I am tired of jumping through hoops with this company. Its so new that the employees just dont know how to do anything, and Im stuck on a dead account (even though I was originally told it would be easy to move to a different account if needed).
Im currently in the store, been here about 40 minutes and there’s still 3 people ahead of me. They have only 2 people working really hard to sell their products, 3 others just walking around, and another employee just took a 15 minute break with a lobby full of waiting customers... this store is great.
I havent been back to this store. I was just by passed and didnt get any service. When the greeter guy noticed after 20 mins of waiting around and he tried helping me by making me next in line, the asst manager stopped and said everyone is waiting ... I ended up waiting 45 mins to add 2 phones. Idesided to keep my other provider....
Had to exchange equipment which worked with those that didntAt the same time the customer service rep increased my internet speed, increased my channels and saved me money! Win, win!
I brought my tv, tv stand, Xbox, cable box, router, and my bills in and a man who looked like a turtle helped me set everything up. Yes, he did kinda treat me like a creature, but at the end of the day he did his job and he helped me secure the bag

Extremely slow! They do not know what they are doing. Arrived the store before 6 and there were only two customers ahead me. It took three of them 20 minutes to server one customer. Finally, wasted me 40 minutes to return my modem. Nobody never said sorry, and was rude. What a shame!
This store needs a total restructuring. Always long lines and short on staff. Comcast is overall a joke!
Terrible service along with listening to the employees say mean things about customers, employees trying to close early and making people leave. Also smelled like cigarettes and feet. Not a welcoming or well ran business from the employees of this store

The xfinity home experts handled everything with ease even though they have a problem with people coming out of state to try and get equipment that wont work because of the different regions/states.

Drove to store to drop off equipment after dealing with Xfinity on the phone for over 2 hours regarding my bill and I was told there is an hour wait. She advised that I go to the mishawaka store or UPS. Wow...not convenient nor accommodating for customers at all. Very displeased with this store.

Why does it take over 30 mins to just drop off a payment. I can not believe it takes so long, and it does not matter what time of day. Maybe get a payment station at this location if you dont have the people to run it more efficiently.
This is the slowest store ever!!!!!!!!! I do not understand how you can work here, but cant pull up my account to verify it so i could get my equipment. Every time i visit the store it be multiple workers walking around but cant assist you!!

Good attention, the service hurts, I bought two a router and it does not work, I went to xfinity they gave me another and it does not work, and while it is being investigated I have already been lost in money for more than ten days because I do not have internet, bad experience.
Today I went with my dog Toy poddle and the store manager sent a man (because she could not tell me) to leave the store that dogs are not allowed there, my dog had it inside my jacket, not I was barking and I was not bothering anyone, the gentleman told me to leave with the dog they would not attend me, I told her that I would put her in the car as soon as they called me, I was waiting outside with that cold that she is doing and I was seeing people and attended them once and I never called me was almost 1 hour I got so angry that I got in my car and I left, thank you very much Xfinity store 199 cr6 are very kind and the store manager tell you You have a very good touch to serve the customer. Oh and finally nowhere says that dogs are not accepted.
