We just had to switch from sprint to t-mobile. Mario at the T Mobile store is so nice and helpful. He was really fast and knew what he was doing. This was probably the easiest mobile phone transaction we ever had.

I really hate to give low scores, but i was in need of new cell service over the weekend and stopped in. 1st off the young man working wasnt even up front to greet me. He was in the back playing some mobile game on his personal phone, and kept playing it when he did come out and greet me. It seemed like i was a bother to him and his personal gaming time, and it took several minutes for him to stop playing and talk to me with eye contact. Even at that point he did not know the prices, options, or availability of the products of tmobile. I asked several times for a total price for the monthly contract. To which he never attempted to do. The final straw was him suggesting i check the other companies in town out and for me to make an appointment to come back. I was very disappointed and really let down. I went to Verizon and was promptly taken care of and i am posting this on my new phone/contract with them. Whomever does the hiring for this establishment needs to train their employees better in customer service.Thank you.

Phenomenal service from The manager Steve. He always seems to go over and beyond for his customers. Highly recommend you to visit this location. Deja Vu also does a very good job! Every store should have employees like them! Id give a Ten star if I could!!

My friend, that I am his POA went to set his phone to own account. They dont know what they are doing. They gave him information of some elses account. The account # and pin. This is a right to privacy breach and in addition took her mask off in a public space being less than 6 feet away from him. If you dont care if they share your information with any one else than use them. If you respect your own privacy dont use them.

Came to this place a few weeks ago. I could not bother waiting for it to be my turn. The employees all had their masks off despite there being a sign that says “Employees and Customers will have masks on”, and when a customer with no mask walks in, they don’t even notify them that they cannot come in without a mask. It’s crazy that this place does not care about the safety of others.

I wish every store had two people like Quinten and Shannon they certainly are the best in face to face customer service industry and very smart when it comes to making sure i’m not over paying for what i want and paying for things i don’t need. 10/10 would recommend. Went in to see about my cracked screen. Was told I have to call and make a claim. Which is funny since I was in at a different store and started an online claim right in front of them. So I went out and came back decided why not pay off my jump and upgrade. Well they believed I only wanted to pay the jump....no I wanted to pay the balance and then jump to an upgrade. Overall they were terrible at customer service and their attitude of I dont want to be here was easy to see and hear in their voices.

Employees seemed very distracted. Did get the line set up that I needed eventually. One employee was even wearing pajama pants. This just seemed very unprofessional.

Worst experience at a tmobile store. oh my bad a authorized retailer. i am a customer of 10+ yrs with tmobile never have i gone into a store before and the employees dont know a thing about the phones. Came in to get two new phones didnt try to set up my phone, sell me a case, offer insurance or even a screen protector. The girl just sat there and called her store manager every two minutes because she had no idea how to do anything. she needs to learn some customer service...Never going back there again.
