Now named PCI Service Company. Highly responsive when called. Bron and Ryan came out within an hour of calling (they were working in the area). They quickly diagnosed a loud compressor noise, secured a loose shroud, and put in the warranty claim. After our office got nowhere for months dealing with a different company, PCI provided quick, efficient, professional service. Thank you for getting rid of the loud noise!
