My wife and I purchased a stainless steel refrigerator in excellent condition like new.We have had it about 6 months no issues. We will shop there again.

Had a pleasant experience from start to finish! The guys who installed my washer and dryer were helpful and quick. Explained everything to me and told me to call if we have any issues. Already using my washer and it’s perfect!

This is my first experience with this store and I had an amazing experience! I believe the young lady name that assisted me was Alexandria and she was very pleasant, helpful and friendly!! I will definitely recommend this place to other people!!

Worst service ever. Made appointment never showed called said to come back at 3 so we did. Mind you we live and hour away. And they never came back never answered when we called to see if they will be there at 3 no answer. Waited for half hour and finally got a text saying they won’t make it. Seriously!!! Like come on if you can’t make it at 3 call me tell me you can’t make it. Don’t have me wait there then text me that you won’t come. Had me waste my entire day driving back and forth for nothing. If you don’t want to work on Sunday then don’t make it an option. Also mind you the owner himself was no help. Answered the first time and said he would call the guy then texted me saying he will be there at 3 when we got back at 3 he never answered us. As an owner you think you would want business and if your “guy” can’t make it you would try to so you don’t lose out on money. We needed to buy a washer dryer combo and see if they had any stoves. That’s an easy 800 to 1000 from us they lost out on today. Thanks for the waste. Save your time and go to a real store and pay the price for actual service.

We bought our Kenmore frontload washer and dryer here. The staff was very helpful and their pricing is the best in town for quality appliances.I would highly recommend taking a look at whats in stock if your in the market.

This place is horrible!! The appliances look beautiful and thats it.I made the mistake of buying a fridge and stove from these crooks and the face of the stove fell is the oven door and when u close the fridge door the freezer door pops open. Okay its used so you dont expect it to be perfect but Alexandra or whatever her name is just lied to me for at least two weeks before just gluing the face back on my stove after I REPEAT I had to transport it back and forth to the store and the glue is already off AGAIN! SO PLEASE AMERICA SAVE URSELF A HEADACHE

This place is a fraud they find junked machine rehab them and sell customer service is terrible especially the owner Jose. I bought a washer and dryer combo it leaked the finally replaced it after numerous calls the machine was 1 month old they brought another one and 1.5 months later agitator went up they want to charge you fix it . Called acima and reported them Jose just said I DONT CARE.Thats not the way to run a business. Save ur money and go to a name brand rental center.

Bought a stove from them in June to place in a rental I was renovating. Tenant moved in August and oven stopped working in December. Thing was being used for 4 months and since they have 60 day warranty they are not standing behind their product
