Had my car longer than I thought they would but did an excellent job!

Said car would be done in 5 days took it in on the 13th and now being told wont be ready til 24th thats if tire comes in. After I got my car back the tire was showing an issue took it to the dealer I got it from and found out sensor was broken by this shop and now have to pay to get that fixed. I would never do business with them again they also use a tire cleaning brush over my whole car and put scratches on it.

I used the Silver Spring Md. location. First I would like to say the repair is good. My complaint is that I took my car to Miles Auto with a full tank of gas. When I picked it up the gas light was flashing and the inside smelled like smoke and alcohol. When I confronted the manager they denied use of the gas.Also there was a delay in getting my car back because MILES staff was calling the wrong contact person listed on the estimate paperwork.I have used Miles Auto in the past and this is the first time I had such poor experience with staff and neglect of my car.

Came here for an estimate. Didnt have to make an appt, I was told just drop by between 8 - 430 Mon - Fri. So we came by it took less than 5 min to give us estimate.Staff was super nice!!

Highly recommend!!! Just read the reviews. Miles body shop not only does excellent body work, they are friendly & very professional. From my first phone call after a truck backed into me, they was closing, But Ron told me come on in!! In about a week, my baby was like new again!! They even wash & vacuum your car!! What body shop does that?Thank you so much!!!

Ron and his team were awesome. They are very afforable. Their color match was spot on. I am very pleased with the bumper and gate replacement they did.

They were great had my car for a little over a week n they did a great job even washed it.... Ive had my car almost 2 yrs n beside the dealership they are the only body shop that has worked on my car..... Only downside was I had to call to get updates on my car but other than that I would refer them and use them again.....

These guys are honest, very reasonably priced, and provided excellent service. The work done was above and beyond what I expected. Will use these guys again if I need body work done on my car.

Totally not happy with the paint job for prices they charge $1000 repaint front bumper when I check got some chips and small volcanos, really disappointed, but color was match very well and did job on time.

Brought my Mazda CX-9 in after an accident to check on a clanking noise underneath the SUV. The owner went under the car himself and fixed the loose heat shield and drilled and put a new bolt on it. Didnt charge me anything or accepted money. No claim either. Thats how you run a business! With kindness and honesty. In the future, they will get all my business.

We were on vacation when our windshield cracked and Safelite said we had to have a body shop repair some rust or they wouldnt install the windshield. Todd Denner took a look at the issue and immediately put me in touch with another glass repair shop that would take care of things.Even though he got no business out of this, Todd was friendly, immediately understood the problem and gave me a solution. I will definitely take any future body work to them when we are in Baltimore.
