Top notch staff and top notch service. I have used them for over 25 years, between the 2 locations they have been at. From tire servicing, new tires and rim issues, they have done it all for me.

The knowledgeable craftsman identified that the slow leak from the spare tire was primarily due to a nail in the tire. His analysis of the rim found a small amount of corrosion that he was removed.His analysis of the second rim revealed chrome corrosion that requires cleaning and sealing. The wheel rim repair requires curing overnight to ensure stability of the rim.The cost of the repairs was a reasonable $120. I highly recommend their service as a reputable business that won’t overcharge.

Ye Old Wheel Shop has been my go to wheel expert for over 40 years. I originally found their adds in Road & Track and Autoweek. Sad the end came so soon and so recent. Just got a Lexus with road rash they could have taken care of for next to nothing.

Drove all the way up there and to find out they were closed for business

I have used this place for years to fix minor bends and other wheel issues, even with chunks of the wheel missing, it always came out looking like new. Highly recommend their services.

I needed tires installed on 10” tubeless rims for a 1960’s Italian Vespa, they had me in & out in minutes, great service, will be visiting again shortly. Thank you.

Drove over an hour and a half to get to this place from DC in traffic. Got there at 5pm not 5:01pm. I just needed to leave my rim there. Would have taken 3 minutes to remove the rim and I could have installed my spare to get home. The guy told me business hours are business hours which I accept, however a business that isnt willing to help a customer out in my situation is not worth your time. If you live in the area, fine but if you have to travel here dont waste your time. The shop didnt look particularly nice for the distance and time it took to get here.

Ive gotten several sets of wheels dismounted/remounted between my subaru with summer/winter setups and my miatas. They have been very informational, helpful, and very fast. I can always trust them to mount/dismount with care, they have never messed up any of the wheels ive taken them. The fact that they take the time to torque your lugs properly is probably my biggest reason I am writing this review. Most wheel places will just zip you up with an impact and be done. That is not the correct way to do it and often leads to stripped studs. YOWS is the only place I take my wheels/tires. Highly recommend.

The younger guy with a shaved head and patchy facial hair was such an angry little person, Who obviously hated his job and had terriblecustomer service. He tried to charge me more for the same wheel service the second time I came in just a month later. He also made it seem like it was such a hassle for him to take the wheel off my car to get it looked at. They did fix my wheels to my satifation but i will not be returning
