I drove up to this dealer from MD. I brought my own mechanic with me to check the car out. After going through the usual song and dance of pointing out the car defects and bumping the car price down to what i felt it was really worth, we closed the deal. I paid them to do the tag and title service as most people do. I got the car inspected in MD and sent them the cert. a week later. Everything was fine up to this point. It is now 1 month and 3 days from the date of purchase. I got the car inspected 3 & 1/2 weeks ago and i still dont have plates. Every time i call them, they promise me i will have them 3 days from then. They refuse to issue an extension to my temp plates. On top of that, they rotate the phone to a different person every time i call so good luck trying to get that person to follow up. the car was in good condition but make sure you take the time to inspect it because it will have flaws. Great cars, horrible customer service.

I found a 535i online, then i checked the reviews so at the beginning I was scared to go there but I still gave it a shot because I really wanted the car. To make a long story short they are different than what it says online I am not sure why they have bad reviews but the people there were very helpful and patient with me they helped me through out the whole process, the owner was there he actually offered me coffee and they made my purchase process very easy, Thank you Formula 1 I would def. be back again.

JUST STAY AWAY from this lamb dealership!!! I donk know where five star fake reviews came from but this review is from my own experience. We bought a car from this dealership on May and still we didnt receive registration and licence plate. I call them everyday and guy name is Mike, which he doesnt know anything, also if you give him question, all he can say is I DO NOT KNOW, thats all he knows. The manager John is same as like his workers, when you call him he tell you a different kinds of stories. Never solve the problem. I dont know who is the owner for this dealership but I hope they will close dawn soon. They just lying the people and getting their money, thats all they care. Horrible customer service. JUST DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM I AM WARNING YOU !

I am NOT one to leave a bad review but after all the dealers I talk with these people take the cake. I left my number with these people to contact me if the car I was interested was available again. They called me back saying they just got a new car I was interested in. After this I called back and kept getting transferred from person to person and then the last person I spoke with had the AUDACITY to CURSE me off on the phone and tell me they didnt have what I was looking for. THEY CONTACTED ME SAYING THEY HAD IT. BE FOREWARNED. This was on the phone, who knows what they are like in person. STAY AWAY.

Wael Elsaadany the owner is a complete piece of garbage and he must have FINALLY gotten what he deserved as it appears this place is out of business!! Purchased a 2008 car at Formula 1 Auto imports, First week, found out that the timing belt was way past due. The rotors for the car were so bad that, on the 3rd day of driving the car, I had to go get them replaced. When it rained, on my drivers side door, water gushed onto the inside of the car, leaving my right hand and foot completely wet, and forget about going to a car wash. Because of all this, I took the car to the mechanic just to see what more is up with this car, and boy I do not know where to start, but lets begin. Power staring pump, a fews days more of driving, I would have caused an accident. No wonder it was so difficult to stare the car. To make a long store short, my mechanic stated that, the cost to fix all the issues in this car is 1 1/2 times what you paid for it, and by then it was too late for me to take it back to the sorry dealership. Those guys are all dishonest liars who just try to sell cars off their lot just to make money. No integrity. Now I have to pay for a leaking transmission seal, gushing transmission fluids from the transmission line, $1,100. And im only in month 3 of owning this car.

Just purchased a car from them, the experience wasnt bad, they asked for what other dealers would ask for, I didnt have great credit so they helped me to get a loan. we had to work with each other for two days but we got it done. at the end of the day it was good service and they were patient with me. I would recommend the place.

When i bought the car they was very cute people, smiling all the time but when when i calltgemthey are so rude very bad customer service. I know there written 5 star reviews. But im pretty sure this is not from people who bought the car from them. Very bad. Never go there. I call every day and they even didnt pick up the phone. Never go there

IT HAS BEEN 118 DAYS AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY REGISTRATION & TAGS.THATS 1/3 OF A YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY HAVE WITHELD A WARRANTY REFUND FOR NO REASON.THEY CANNOT OR WILL NOT PRODUCE A TITLE FOR THE VEHICLE THEY SOLD ME.I HAVE PAID INSURANCE AND 4 LOAN PAYMENTS FOR A CAR I CANNOT DRIVE.IF YOU HAVE A LIKE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM REPORT THEM TO THE NEW JERSEY DEALER LICENSING BOARD.There is something illegal going on here!They obviously do NOT have titles of the cars they sell. Its been 3 months and NO TITLE, NO TAGS, NO REGISTRATION.They promised to fix a problem and never did. They promised to replace a piece of trim and never did. They sold me a warranty I cancelled and have held my refund for over a month saying they dont have the money yet. However, I confirmed with the warranty company that they were paid and they are liars.Good cars and great prices because they are not truly the title holders!BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Hahaha!!!! This Dealership is a joke.!!!!! I purchased a car from them back in April 2015. I traded in my car and walked away happy. I expected them to pay off my trade in within the next couple of days and everything would be straight. A few weeks later, I got a call from the bank stated my payment is past due. How ???! When I traded it in at the beginning of the month. auto imports did not pay a damn dime to the bank. I called and I was promised the bank would get a check within the next 72 hours. Weeks and months of be lied to and disrespected ignored by the staff; I finally got fed up and went to consumers affairs. the bank didnt receive a payoff until August 2015. I got pulled over because my temp plates were expired. I didnt receive plates until about 2 months after purchase. I couldnt believe it. At this point my credit has been affected. Unfortunately, I got in a accident January 2016 with the car that was purchased from them and the airbags did not deploy. If it wasnt for my seatbelt, I would have lost my life. My car was deemed a total loss. A brand new car hits the guardrail head on and the airbags dont deploy???!!. Something just isnt sitting right with me. I called them to let them know what happened and I would like to have my refund for warranty that was purchased with the car. They told me they have to process the paperwork which can take up to 6 weeks.( I will update my review in the next six weeks so everyone is aware). Then the man goes on to tell me they cant locate the title for my for my trade in. I went to the dmv got a duplicate and they WONT GET A DAMN THING FROM ME UNTIL I GET MY REFUND. This place is a ripe off and I suggest you dont waste your time or money with the crooks.**UPDATE*****; I just received a call 2:20pm from John the financial manager who stated he received my google message and I dont need to worry about the title ; he has the state police getting and he will dispute my refund until there is nothing left. I this this man has completely lost him mind! You call and send verbal threats via phone. I feel like my life is In danger. This will be reported today. Thanks John 👌🏽

I recently bought a c300 from this dealership i was treated very professional, they promised the price online and when i drove 2 hours they offered me the same price i was surpised i didnt have enough money to buy it with taxes and they actually helped me out. they made me feel really comfortable and they have a very professional sales associates, highly recommend this dealerTHANK YOU JUNIOR!!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD SCAM SCAM SCAM! This company is CRIMINALLY FRADULENT !s!!The manager Jonathan & owner Wael Eli Saadanny needs to be in handcuffs on their way to a federal prison ! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT do business with this company ! Long story short they take over 90 days to resgister & title a vehicle I purchased from them. They stole my trade in vehicle by giving me a FAKE CHECK this check BOUNCED and now Im SUING them for the money that they owe for my trade in.They also forged numbers on the contact and have me paying thousands more than I agreed to. They are not resolving theses issues they just keep giving me excueses! Not to mention I left a large down payment. And my payment on my previous car was paid on time and I had a perfect payment history. Now Im in default on my trade in loan which has resulted in a negative credit score! Absolutely horrible. Got an 08 C Class Mercedes back in November. It took them 3 months to get the plates to me and get the car registered. Its been 5 months and they still havent given me the parts they were missing when the car was sold to me. How do you sell something without a navigation system and seat motor. Ever since its been nothing but problems. They all are little slimy snakes dont trust these people they are scumbags. John from finance i hope you personally read this, you have no idea what ethics are in business you should not be in your position making promises and not keeping them. Ive had nothing but problems and i hope to see you soon in court... EDIT: 10 months in...Suing in small claims court. Seat motor and nav still missing. Seat motor runs passenger airbag and was thus illegal to sell to me. Found seat motor tampered with in spare tire compartment clearly tampered with. Wally Elsadaany the owner refuses to make any followups to resolve the issue, not even a text. Sent his useless and arrogent GM johnathan to court with me to make more empty promises. I made a mistake by trusting these guys. Found my c300 on a craigslist post from their lot. Do not do business with these people. Theyre in business for themselves, not the consumer...The ONLY good thing i must thank these men for is the courage to say that because of there incompetency in doing the right thing by their customers, i have deceided i want my own car dealership in the future and i will use this experience as a guide on what to do the opposite of. This was the best car Ive got in my life, I never expected a dealership would treat you like that and actually not lie about everything a dealer would normally do, if you are looking for a car in a good shape and for a good price. Formula one is the place to go

BEWARE Crooks will rob you of your money. Bought a vehicle after 2 weeks the vehicle wouldnt crank. Took the car to a mechanic vehicle had major issues took them the list of items told them it was a lemon they told me to get out kept my money the finance manager is just uncouth. I have lawsuit pending they sale lemon vehicles . Do your research they have several claims pending against them.

FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a car in April I waited 3 months for my registration and plates. Finally on June 13th they mail me a packet with a check and my paperwork which I went to the DMV got everything taken care of MYSELF. I paid them to do this as most dealers should now the end result is a suspended licence and missing time out of work because they pass out fake checks...........Lawyer time BUYERS BEWARE...........look at the picture below.....I see one of their henchmen reported my review and pictures. The truth hurts

Went there to look at a BMW 3 series, filled out a credit app, and they gave me the run around how they were working on getting me approved with the bank. I find out from a credit check they sent my credit application to 11 banks which is 2 points for inquiry on my credit report.

Horrible customer service. They hound you after just stopping by to inquire, but after you sign contracts, theyre never available. Temporary plates are expired, they wont issue a second temporary ones & told me to make other arrangements for transportation!!!!...Since they already took our money they could care less. This is ridiculous...will no recommend this to anyone.

Very bad company. They sell cars without title. We are waiting title 1 year but nothing. No plate, no title.
