The manager/ financial advisor is extremely disrespectful. He kept getting our salesgirl Jessica to do other stuff for him while she was showing us a car even though we we were only there for couple of minutes. She actually seemed dizzy and frightened by him. He kept signaling her to help other customers while talking to us, and it made this place seem like a joke. They brought me car from Paterson that seemed acceptable online but in real life it was junk. It was not advertised accurately. This place had two others customers while we we were there and they did not seem to know to how to handle it. A useful hint to the manager behind the desk: dont snap at your employees for touching your desk in front of customers. Just not a good look if youre handling credit and sales procedures. On top of this, out of the few minutes that our sales girl Jessica managed to spend with us she kept calling me to come back. For what?

A year ago my husband and I came to look at an M4 on the lot. Junior took the time to sit with us explain all our options regarding cost and down payment. We left that day without a car but with so much confidence in Manny and the process that we returned a year later. Manny even came in on his day off to meet with us. Really nice people. They charge a $2000 mechanical fee. This fee covers them sending there newly purchased vehicles to a local shop to get it checked out. Just the fee for getting it checked not problems getting fixed.

Does anyone know where these guys are? They took my money and never registered my car! 7 months ago I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata on 1-24-2020 and there were no check engine lights on until I drove several miles away from the dealership. Upon future investigation at a Hyundai dealership I learned that the oil pan was busted and set off the check engine lights for P0014 and P0011. I love this car I only wish that they can make the necessary repairs and register the car with MVC Ive now been riding with this temp plate for 7 months. The pandemic has played a major part but now theyve went out of business and Im sure theyre still around selling cars under a new name!

I was under the impression that purchase that I made of a 2012 Ford Focus was the right choice. I was happy with the costumer service provided and the car that I bought..6 months later my car started having serious issues. Transmission is messed up, over heats.. my car simply doesn’t work.i believe I was scammed, and ripped off. Guaranteed satisfaction but didn’t even make it to 1 full year. Now I’m in debt, paying off a car that I can’t drive.I feel this company knew about the car trouble prior to selling it to me under false claims that it was in running condition.I am disappointed, and deeply affected by this.You put your trust into something and end up getting duped.I advise everyone who is looking to buy a car to please be careful and don’t get fooled. This is a really good place to get a car. I found them online and applied for a Jeep I liked. They got back to me quickly and I went to see the car the following day. Sierra was the sales rep. that showed me the car and was really cool to talk to. Since it was late in the day we couldnt really set anything up, but she explained they could have it ready for me the net day. Unfortunately though, they called to tell me the car was leaking what appeared to transmission fluid. They checked it out and Sierra told me she didnt feel comfortable sending me home in that car. She offered to work with me on another car, but since they didnt have another Jeep like that i had to decline.Id like to point out that they could have just sent me on my way in that car and then it would have been my problem. They are honest people and they wont take advantage of you. So, even though I didnt get the car, Im not mad at all. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff here will take care of you. Yesterday, the day before Im supposed to go buy this car I had put a deposit down for, I received a text message from Frank Motorcars that they had sold the car that I put a deposit down on.During a phone conversation with Frank Motorcars, I was told that a deposit on a car does not guarantee it will be kept at their lot?? Makes 0 sense whatsoever.Ive been in contact with Consumer Affairs and local news stations to investigate this company.STAY AWAY!!!!

Please make sure you have a mechanic go with you to all dealers. Cars are sold in as is condition....be careful. My husband purchased an Audi. Issue is they got us..we did not open the hood to check the engine, what idiot does that? Us...we found them credible. Test drive didnt show any internal issues.Ironic how they were nice before we purchased the vehicle. Subsequently, we called to find out how the hood were opened, since the service shops we brought it to...for servicing couldnt open the hood to service the vehicle.Yes I must admit we made a mistake. However, my message to the owner of this car dealership...positive attitude towards customers means everything in business. Sarcasm and being rude should be separated from business. Who lost here...not us. We were about to purchase another vehicle with them to do business...based on the attitude we were shown, heck nooooooooo!!!!!!!! In addition, to this, recently we found out this vehicle was recalled my family and I almost died. This dealer masked defects of this vehicle.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I had to wait a month for my additional keys/fob. All I got was one key with no fob. After complaining, I received my combo fob/key, but only received one. And my son blamed for their poor customer service.Never coming back again. You should always have two sets of keys with a fob before the car is on the lot. Thats standard.

I should have read past reviews and now I am dealing with the consequences. Bought a BMW from this place and in the last 20 days it’s has had to be towed 2x, called this dealership because the day I purchased they swore and wrote it on paper that I had 30 day warranty. It’s day 20. If they don’t cover the total of 3k in repairs I will see them in court because this car is a lemon. Very nice people in person but they do not stand by their words. If they write on here that this is all a lie as I see below on other reviews I will post pictures of repair bills and date of sale. This review will be revised depending on the outcome of the matter.

They sold my wife a lemon. Then took nearly 3 weeks to replace an engine in the vehicle. After having done some digging. I found out this dealership has a history of selling vehicles with all kinds of mechanical problems... Buyer beware... Dont buy a car from them....During this whole mess the Paterson location was mysteriously bought out and seperated from Frank Motorcars on rt. 46. Which made me very suspicious. So I dug some more. The actual owner of the dealership. Still remains to be seen. The engine has been replaced. But that has revealed another problem with the vehicle. As I said before BUYER BEWARE!!!! This dealership is quite suspect!!! If you must purchase from them. BRING A EXPERIENCED MECHANIC. DONT JUMP AT THE FIRST THING YOU SEE!!!! Because they WILL screw you over!!!!

Visited last Saturday. A guy with a beard serviced me. I was looking for a toyota camry listed for $6994 on the website. He told me that the car is at another showroom. He called another guy Chris who made the quote for me. The quote had the usual tax (around 600) and the dealer fee (400). It also had a car registration fee of $189 well above $46 in NJ. Now the shocking part, the quote had another charge of $2000. Upon asking, the guy said that the car is not in good condition so well fix it for this price. Seriously?Why would i buy a messed up car in the first place? The listed price should reflect the price of a perfect car.With further digging, I found out that the same car is listed on CarGurus owned by tristateautomall for $8995.In short, these guys are fraudsters. They tried to sell me a 7000 car for 9000 to keep $2000 for them. This business should be reported to the concerned authorities.I hope this review helps out in keeping someone away from these scammers.

*UPDATE* the van I purchased was nothing but a complete headache from the start. Although my original issues with it WERE fixed by this company, the amount of things that broke and the issues I had with the van overall were astronomical and I sold it less than a year after purchase for a fraction of what I paid and dumpes into the POS. So all in all, Im convinced the van was NOT in as good a shape as I was originally led to believe. If you arent a mechanic, take one with you when buying vehicles*Bought a van. Long story short. I recommend this place to purchase a used vehicle. They were very kind and accommodating.

I drove all the way down to this dealership from PA, First of all unprofessional staff that are confuse about their products, the prices online are different than they have on the buyer guides. They bring you down there with online prices then they sale you the car with the price on the tags or even more. Becarful about surprises that they have $695 and $399 as a fees although they play with those numbers and they may cut it for you, but they increase the price on the car. Very tricky people. Please take look at the original price of the car when you finance with them cause I was lucky to checked that at end. Also they offer you a BS warranty that has deductible and almost dose not cover anything. theyre a fake ass dealership. Very unprofessional and do not communicate effectively at all. Would not recommend to anyone and I’m gonna report them to DMV as soon as possible.

I drove an hour to this dealership, was treated very rude, salesperson told me to write neater on the sign in sheet, sorry, thats my handwriting! I went in to buy a vehicle at their advertised price on CarGurus and they tell me its the wrong price, they said I have to finance for that price, I told them Im a cash buyer and I want to buy it for the advertised price, he told me that I dont understand, I told him I understand its false advertising, he then again told me I dont understand, I told him Id like to negotiate, he said they dont negotiate. I had the displeasure of purchasing a vehicle last year from this dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!! Im making payments on a vehicle that has been in the shop more times than i can count. I was sold a vehicle that neeed an engine. They replaced the engine and didnt replace the thing that caused the engine to blow out in the first place..the catalytic converters..plural...theres 3 of them. I just had the front differential done that cost me as much as im paying for the damned car. Long story short...BUYER DONT DO IT!!! RUN!!!!
