Here in emporia ks a woman was struck in her vehicle by a train and they decided to take to Facebook making fun of her after towing her vehicle and sending her a bill.

Broke down on the turnpike today driving from Kansas City and just chose these guys because they were basically the only shop open on Saturday. So glad I did! The owner, tow driver and Julian the mechanic were all extremely nice and didnt charge me much at all when the problem was an easy fix! Now I wish I lived closer to Emporia so I could always come here for auto repairs!!

We had our engine light flashing and the engine running rough just outside Emporia. A service member gave us great advice on whether or not to have a tow into town or to try to drive it in. So impressed with their kindness and their willingness to help out. Would definitely recommend.

My car became disable on a blustery day in the middle of the Flint Hills. I called BMW Roadside Assistance and they dispatched Kim from K&S. He was extremely professional and courteous. As it was cold, and he was giving me a ride to the dealership anyway, he offered to let me get in the cab immediately and hed take care of everything. I declined as I wanted to help him get me going as quickly as possible, but it was a nice offer. I was (hopefully) helpful with getting the tow eye out of the truck, getting the fiddly transmission in the N, and steering the car on the flatbed from a precarious, off-camber shoulder. His truck was clean and comfortable. BMW Roadside took care of the bill and he dealt with the BMW dealer to offload my car while I was sorting out a loaner from the service rep. In a world where you dont know what youre going to get with a Roadside Assistance service, Im delighted that I got a good one. Id call him again if Im disabled in the area.
