I am very happy with my hearing aids. I received them on 5-13-21 and have worn them every day. I hear 100% better. Stuart Spencer was the person who fitted them. Very personable. I would recommend them to anyone.These hearing aids are made in the USA. In Minneapolis,Minn.

I am very satisfied with the service I am getting. Very convenient location, staff is extremely courteous. I have been encouraged to come in between regular appointments if I have any issues, which makes me feel comfortable. Stuart added Auditorium to my hearing aids to try to improve being able to hear voices through the masks we have to wear. I have noticed a definitive improvement with male voices because they are in a lower register. For female voices, it depends on the register. The lower it is, the better my reception. Female voices in higher registers are still difficult to hear through a mask, because I cant read lips right now, so I might want to explore a different setting when I come in in April, or possibly before that. Overall, I am very pleased.

My previous audiologist made me cry when told me I’m about to become deaf and have to wear hearing aids for both ears right away after doing the test .It was a total shock because I am only 42 years old ( which is quite young for this issue)and have none genetic history or anything that causes hearing loss.After I calmed a bit, I decided to get a second opinion so I did some research and chose “Advanced hearing Care “ based on their experience and awesome reviews. Making an appointment was easy and through online chat in a short time.They test my hearing for free! And gave me very professional advices while assured me my problem is super mild and no need to wear aid, not yet!It was great and honest while he could have tried to tell me the same thing and make me buy aids from him but he did not, instead gave me every details about my problem .I really trust him and will be back for my annual test indeed. I will definitely recommend this center .

Very poor service. Went in to get an adjustment on hearing aids that I purchased from them. Only way they would adjust is if I took the time and money to be completely retested. Always trying to sell you. Manager reached out to me and reacted to my concerns. Appreciated her following up. Thank you

In spite of the disruptions from the virus, the Encinitas office is continuing to give excellent service even though they only have 2 days per week in the office. I called on Wednesday about a battery chagring issue and they came in a little early & resolved it the next day.

I went in for a hearing test, but one ear was full of wax which meant the results werent definitive. But even though this is a place dealing with folks ears, they could not remove the wax!!!They sent me to my primary care physician. So I went and will have them take care of the whole process including testing. If I buy a hearing aid(s), AHC lost the sale.

I have come to this office for several years. My hearing loss is not severe, but I wanted be proactive. I like that my hearing aides include periodic visits to check the aides and keep track of my hearing loss. The staff is very friendly and not pushy about wanting me to buy more advanced aides. I have updated my aides when I wanted new features.

Advanced hearing is the only hearing company that I have used. Collette who is the receptionist is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dean Blount has taken care of me for two years is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to get along with. As long as these two people are there i highly recommend the Encinitas office
