I cannot recommend this center enough for their wonderful patient care! Lauren, the patient care coordinator was so welcoming and positive when I came in for my appointment and made me feel right at home the moment I walked through the door. I was a little nervous about my appointment, but Lauren and Amanda were so caring and fantastic at putting my mind at ease. Amanda especially did such a wonderful job of talking me through the whole process and explaining the different options in a caring and professional manner, and wholly supported me in making the best choice for my individual needs. The two ladies were just delightful and genuinely made my visit to the clinic an enjoyable part of my day. 10/10!

Amanda is phenomenal to work with! The patient care and education she provides is top level quality. She really values the input of her patients, and does her best to service their needs as necessary. With there being several competitors in the industry, Miracle-Ear has proven to be one of the best to work with. Their Hearing Care Professionals are very informative (thanks, Amanda!), and its worth the investment long term.

Had a very good experience with ear check-up. Amanda was informative and calming as she took me thru the process. Im not keen on this kind of thing but I felt very comfortable and was happy to get final diagnosis for my hearing issues. Recommend her and this location.

I would love to share my experience on Amanda’s wonderful service for helping me to hear better with the Miracle ear hearing aids . She is always very cordial & with plenty of patience. She always pleasant & makes me feel welcome . She explained in detail with very clear instructions. The only thing that I am sorry that I couldn’t decide to have their hearing aids, since my hearing is getting very hard of hearing . . I have to get some more consultation with Cochlear implants. Yet Amanda still remains very nice even I didn’t keep the hearing aids . She is fantastic . She will get me back, if I decided to to have hearing aids eventually .

My experience in the Encinitas branch of Miracle Ear was very pleasant and helpful as always. The receptionist welcomed me into the reception room where I waited only a few minutes before a very pleasant hearing aid specialist took me in for testing my hearing and cleaning and adjusting my hearing aids.

This is a fabulous store in so many ways I dont know where to start. The minute u walk in theres always a smiling face to greet you. Their technical staff is beyond excellent, they really know their product. Ive had my hearing aids for almost 4 years now and couldnt be happier, the difference they have made to my everyday life has been unbelievable, I hear everything and everybody perfectly no more asking people to repeat themselves. My hearing aids fit snugly in both ears thanks to the wonderful fit Toni does. Toni or John set up a regular service schedule to have regular cleaning and take care of any concerns you may have free of charge. They are the nicest people Ive ever done business with and I would highly recommend them to anybody needing hearing aids.

Taking my mom for a hearing check up to Miracle-Ear has been nothing but wonderful. Toni and Marcella are very professional and kind. After a thorough test with Toni my mom also got a very sweet goodbye hug, too.
