Hello everyone.I also had the same problem, I ordered the Heating Element 110volt and I received the 220volt, I called to tell him that they sent me the wrong piece, they replied not very well, denying that they do not sell the 220volt Heating Element instead they sell them.Customer service, really not acceptable be careful before you buy your spare parts.if you do not want you to pay for the return of the shipment even if they are wrong, as in my case.BewareNice way to respond back to customers with B.S(already as you reply it shows what a person you are ...)I do not try to have free Heating Element, I contacted you to tell you that I received this wrong order and I wanted the exact one, only being that the mistake was caused by you, why should I pay the shipping back?this was the cause that you dont want to pay for the shipment for your mistake.I speak in the feedback I had the same problem because there was a client of yours in yelp that specifies the same problem.The problem is that you dont care about customers even if you are wrong.Good luck.

Very competitively priced, fast shipping, and generally has everything I need. Website search is a bit tedious and product descriptions are inconsistent but if you know what you need, chances are they have it.
