I just purchased a new 2021 Jeep Gladiator and wanted some trim painted red around the front grill to match a SEMA build I had seen. I was very apprehensive about having a brand new vehicle front grill pieces taken apart & painted. I noticed they were Jeep, Chrysler certified so I chose to have them do the work. They were great partners in getting this done right for me. Im very happy with the results.

I recommended Rallye to a subcontractor who works for my remodeling company. His truck looked like it had been beaten up by an angry mob but the worst part was the homemade wooden tailgate. It took some doing to get the parts needed for his old truck, during a time of supply chain disruptions, Covid, etc. But by golly -- that truck looks brand-new and Im not embarrassed to send him to my clients anymore.

This is the third time weve taken a car to Rallye and each time they make the car better than it was when we dropped it off. The first car was broadside by a drunk driver and damaged the drive side back quarter panel which had to be cut out and replaced. The repair was unnoticeable except that it looked better than the rest of the vehicle (in that it was so shiny.) The colors always match perfectly though. The second visit was the same car but to get the front panel fixed and repainted after some minor damage.The third time was an older car that was rear ended. Since this scenario was tricky in that the damage could have resulted in a totalling of the car, Tony worked with me to keep the cost down. The minor cosmetic things we didnt repair didnt sacrifice either safety or functionality! They are amazing.

I really appreciated Tony and his attention to detail and his helpful suggestions in going back to the dealership for potential warranty work...Even though it “cut him out of the job“.I really appreciated his honesty and character.I will definitely use this body shop in the future if I have need, and highly recommend them, for their ethical behavior that I am sure translates down to all their customer service and quality!

I was referred to Rallye Coach Works so even though I live far away, I brought in my Mercedes to see if they could fix the trunk, which was misaligned, while I waited nearby. Everything about the experience was great. Tony worked with me over the phone and via e-mail before I got there to diagnose the potential issue and create an estimate. When I dropped the car off they fixed the issue in 90 mins like it was never there, and below the price they estimated. I could not recommend the team at Rallye Coach Works enough.

I took a chance with this body shop based on online reviews and the fact that they are certified trough Subaru, and I had a positive experience. I worked with multiple staff members in person and by phone, and they were all consistently professional and good communicators. My repair was fairly large and required significant coordination with the at-fault partys insurance company, which the team at Rallye largely handled on my behalf. They also coordinated the rental car and related shuttles, which was helpful. The repair itself was completed to my satisfaction and I am happy to have my car back in better shape than it was before the incident that necessitated the repair.

Customer service is THE BEST! I spent 20 years in the body shop business before relocating here. I am well aware of all the things that can and do go wrong in this industry. So, I was very nervous to find a new shop. Tony and Jonathan were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They handled all the issues that came up with my insurance company and rental car. My car looks great after the repairs. They even detailed my car inside and out. This was not something that was included on the repairs. It just shows the level of detail and care and pride they give to their work.I would 100% recommend them and I will definitely use them again, if needed.

Car got damages by a hit and run. The driver’s insurance claimed only $300 worth of damage, and they found closer to $2k worth. Got it all fixed up and settled with the insurance in under a week. Great place and honest people.

Our staff uses Rallye Coach Works for our auto body repair work. They do a great job and leave your car looking brand new. But perhaps the most impressive thing they do is help with insurance. A recent employee left a car there and the staff at Rally Coach Works arranged for a rental car, rides to the rental car place, and dealt exclusively with the insurance companies to help with the accident claim. Way to go, guys!

Wow! I love this place. I used this place recently after I needed collision repair for my 2012 Honda Accord. I was worried that that they would be too busy to help because of a recent hail storm that damaged so many cars. They did an excellent job repairing my car and did it in a timely matter as well. They kept me updated all the time and worked directly with my insurance company and rental car company sorting out all the details so I didnt have to. Im so pleased with the quality of work done and the great customer service.

I went to this establishment with not much money in my pocket, I was desperate for some quick body work on my car. They quoted me an astronomical price for repairing my fender, and said it was going to take 6 days to complete. I went to a different auto body shop the same day and they quoted me 900$ less and finished the job in 2 days. Im sure rally coach works does quality work, but they were simply not understanding to my situation. In my opinion the way they evaluate and quote the necessary work to be done on a damaged vehicle is quite unfair, as I evaluated their quote, it seemed like they listed a bunch of extra stuff to be done on my car just to drive the price up. If youre looking to spend a lot of money for a bunch of unnecessary work, come here!!!

Great body shop for collision repair! I had someone back into my car - broken head light, cracked bumper, etc. Tony and Jon got me in and the car looks better than ever. They sorted out the insurance situation and communicated very well.

My insurance company had tried to steer me to their approved auto body shops, all of which I visited and found lacking. One only did insurance work which was a red flag to me. One did not respond to my request to provide an estimate to repair the car with OEM parts even though I was going to pay the difference between the insurance reimbursement for non-OEM parts and the OEM parts and repair. These insurance approved shops that I visited appeared to rely on volume in order to perform work within my insurance company appraisal amount. I felt this would translate into cutting corners on my car repair in order to make a profit and I was not willing to take that risk. I love my car! A young driver had backed into the rear bumper of my black Charger. I took my car to Rallye and they did such a such perfect job on the bumper that it looks new. They had detailed the car before I picked it up and I really appreciated that. Janet, Jonathan, and Tony were so helpful. Jonathan assisted me in talking to the adjuster on this claim and obtaining an added reimbursement. Rallye’s team is excellent. And they could do a stellar job and the charge was fair. Highly recommend. Thank you.
