Can I just start off by saying this place is AMAZING! My car looks better than it did coming off the lost I had hail damage that totaled to about $5,000 worth of damage. They always stayed in communication with me about EVERYTHING! I would recommend them every time and the owners are awesome and so sweet! I had 2 very good experiences with dent doctors. They went above and beyond and came off hours to my place for small dent repairs when my prior appointment had to be canceled. And they also fixed a big dent in my front bumper that would have costed me a lot more to go to Toyota to get it done as they would have told me they would only replace the bumper and not try to get the dent out for me. It looks great now and I’m very pleased with their service and customer service

Recently replaced the windshield on my daughters car. Phoned 6 or 7 different businesses for quotes before contacting Dent Doctors. Lee beat the best price immediately. His chip repair prices were also the best I had been quoted.The next day, while picking up the windshield from the supplier, he called me to ask if Id like to upgrade to the highest quality windshield for an extra $20 (passing his cost onto me). Its the same one he recommended the day before but the supplier showed it was not in stock. Took the time to explain the advantages, and went with it. This past hail season I was devastated when my brand new Porsche Cayenne was recked by tangerine sized hail. Dent Doctors was recommended to me and let me tell you, I will NEVER take my car anywhere else for hail repair. Lee was so amazing. Not only is his work phenomenal with his attention to detail and being in it for the customer and not just the money. My brand new car got DESTROYED by some Denver hail just a month after buying it; dents all over the hood, roof, a-pillars, roof rails. Also, i had some holes in my plastic bumper and was missing a few other pieces of plastic on the rear windshield wiper and side mirror.I called Dent Doctors on a Saturday morning and brought my car in for an estimate just minutes later. I loved how they fit me in right away and made the process extremely simple. They did a great job of letting me know what to expect from the insurance company (i still hadnt had an estimate from the insurance adjuster at this point) and told me that as soon as the adjuster looked at the car that i should bring it in to them.The quote that Dent Doctors gave me ended up being 1.5k more than the insurance company, but Dent Doctors urged me not to worry about that difference and that they would/could request a supplement from the insurance company.Just a few days later Dent Doctors was able to work with my schedule so i could drop my car off after work. They also drove me to the rental car location a few miles away and made sure that the rental car company had a car waiting for me to pick up.So far, the process was next to 0 effort and stress on my part and that is what i really value.Within about a week i had a call that my car was all fixed and ready to pick up. When i went to pick it up they mentioned that the insurance was all squared-away and there were a few of the plastic parts that were on back-order from the manufacturer and that i could bring my car back anytime after the parts came in and Dent Doctors would install them in less than 10 minutes. I got a call a few days later and brought the car in and was at Dent Doctors for less than 10 minutes, as promised.Dent Doctors made the process so painless and easy that it was almost too easy. If my car ever has hail damage again, then i know for a fact that i will bring my car back to Dent Doctors.The car looks just like new. Even on some of the corners where the hail chipped the paint i cant tell that there was ever any damage. First class workmanship from Dent Doctors!

Took my 4runner Lee after the hail storm did a real number on it. For the amount of work done to it I got it back in a reasonable amount of time and the body work itself was pretty damn good. If I could make 1 suggestion it would be to improve quality control, there were clips and screws missing in the right front inner fender liner (noticed when airing up tires), the right rear taillight is missing a turn signal bulb and socket (turn signal flashes fast, noticed hole where bulb should be), some interior trim is poorly installed, sunroof now makes weird noise. I work on cars for a living so ill just take care of that stuff myself but Im still overall happy with the work done.

After the great hail storm of 2017, every shop in town was slammed. I shopped around and found Dent Doctors. After doing my research, this was a business that had been around for years with a great reputation. I worked with Lee, the owner, and we were able to schedule a time to complete the repairs while my family and I were on vacation. I needed to get the windshield done, and Lee said he could do it when it came in, but also gave me tips to get the best windshield if I went somewhere else. They worked with my insurance company and got all the work done by the time we returned, when most other shops were handing out excuses. Will definitely recommend and use again.

We have an 06 Nissan Murano that had a bed frame drop on the front hood. It had what looked like compound bends with permanent folds in the hood. We thought that it was needed to replace the hood with a new unit with new paint. Lees crew was able to straighten out the original hood and repaint the few places where the paint had been chipped off due to the magnitude of the bends. They matched the 12 yr old paint just perfect. I also had them put on a Clear Bra to avoid future dings on the repaired hood. It looks great. Thanks Lee.

Be sure to get a quote in writing. Owners seem like nice people, but my repair increased by 50% on the day of my appointment. Not an enjoyable experience early on a Saturday morning.

The true sign of master work is when you really cant tell anything happened to your car. Lee, Leslie, and their team are true masters of their craft. I had three separate estimates nearing $1000 for one golf ball dent. Another paintless dent guy wanted to replace my whole hood because he wasnt confident doing PDR on my car because it was aluminum. The Dent Doctors quoted me half because they had the expertise and experience to work on aluminum. When its all said and done, they saved me from a whole hood replacement and did it for less than three other shops. The hood looks absolutely perfect!

Lee and his crew at Dent Doctors of Denver are miracle workers. Had a mishap with my riding mower running into my Aluminum Body F150 Leaving a big nasty dent crossing two body lines. I checked multiple places a PDR shop did not want to touch it being Aluminum, the Dealer wanted 2.3 times what Lee charged me and they were going to need my truck for many days, replacing the door and painting two doors and front fender. Another body shop wanted 30% more also multiple days involving grinding and painting. Lee told me he could have it done in a day and if it was not acceptable I would not need to pay. Well dropped it off first thing in the morning and 6 hours later was called to pick it up. I would challenge anyone to figure out where the dent was even if I told them the door it was on. Dent Doctors you will be my first choice from now on.

DO NOT USE!!!My company had me take my 25k mile, one year old company truck into dent doctors to have hail repair fixed. Everything seemed on the up and up and I had a good feeling from the start. The estimated time did go over but I understand things like this can happen. I will say, the initial was 7 or 10 days and it took a full two weeks plus. A bit of an issue since I use it every single day for work, but, it had to get done. The real issues began when I picked my truck up. I took it there freshly cleaned and expected for it to be returned that way. Instead there were finger prints absolutely everywhere on the windows and dirty finger prints on tan interior pieces and fabric. Again, ok, no big deal? I cleaned them up. So one day when I was cleaning my truck a couple weeks later I found water under my back seat. Fast forward to when I went through the car wash and water was pouring in through the back window. It was completely unadhered and was leaking water in for weeks. I had an old water smell in my car for months until I had it professional cleaned. While I was very lucky not to have the window sucked out during highway driving, I started looking closer into the work they had done. Thats when I found a couple dents that were never repaired and spare interior trim fasteners which is why I heard rattling. This is all on a new vehicle mind you. Less than two months after receiving my vehicle back my brand new tailgate they replaced started to malfunction. Amazingly I had no problem with the original so it seems strange that another brand new tailgate from Dodge would break in two months. On top of this, my reverse parking sensor no longer works. These were all things they would not discuss.Going back to the window, Lee apologized and said he would fix it right away. He graciously picked the vehicle up from my work while I was gone on vacation for the weekend. One would think that if you picked the vehicle up that you would also drop it back off so it was ready after my vacation. Not the case, I had to arrange a ride home from the airport since I found out last minute that the vehicle was not at my office. I then had to arrange for a ride into work and a ride to his shop for the 4th time. To my dismay, the truck was still just thrown together, the headliner still looked like it had been dipped in ice tea 6 up, from all the water it had soaked up, which they never cleaned, nor the smell as mentioned before. Their answer was to spray, not wipe, but spray cleaner on it and send me on my way. A few weeks after this episode is when the tailgate started to malfunction. About this time was when Mr. Lee got very forgetful about what had been done, conversations, and was to busy to answer or return phone calls. Five different occasions I called and he avoided, lied, even said he would find my file and call me right back. He still owes us hundreds of dollars to have the windows re-tinted and to have the company graphics put back on the vehicle. I have a broken tailgate that I use every day, no parking sensor, a nasty headliner, panels that rattle, dents, and still no graphics or tint on a less than 2 year old truck. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH NOT TO USE THEM!!! This nice guy scam at the beginning is exactly what it is, a scam! You are better going to a fly by night place since that is all this is, just with a permanent address. Please do yourself a favor and avoid a lot of headaches.
