This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are second to none and they go above and beyond for their customers. My total before i came in was $315. They dropped the price to &250 because of a scratch on the windshield they gave me. Best part is is it was a superficial scratch really! GO HERE PEOPLE!!!!

Wiper arm cap missing and adhesive on the apillar. Ac vent pushed in and broken. I assume it was the same tech that stood on my seat and removed my antenna with a crescent wrench? Thanks guys.

I called Action Auto Glass and the person who answered the phone said “I don’t have time to talk to you, I’ve got two other people on hold”. He didn’t ask for a call back number or offer to put me on hold he just hung up. It’s not even close to the only game in town and I’m sure they will not go out if business and they may even do quality work but it’s definitely not worth a call to these Customer Service CLOWNS. I can only imagine what it would be like if you had an issue with one of their installs.

On Monday morning I found my passenger window smashed and my belongings stolen. I called Action and they had the mess cleaned up and window replaced by 2 pm. Their prices are very reasonable and service quick! I am a repeat customer and I will continue to come back!

Action Auto Glass rocks and so did one to my fairly new windshield! I was just surprised to learn that your first chip repair is free of you buy your windshield here, which I did. They do good business and got me in and out the door fast. I also found that their prices are much better than other windshield companies. This place was recommended to me by Colorado Auto Salvage for which I am thankful!

Loyd the owner was very professional and cool. What he quoted me was exactly what I paid, o be.I highly recommend this place if you need a new windshield. Prices are the lowest in Denver. They had it done in under an half hour but you have to wait another half hour to let it cure. In and out in an hour. It was cool watching them replaced it so fast. Great job Loyd!

Wonderful service by Lloyd and his guys. It was an easy process to receive a quote for windshield replacement and they fit me in at the end of the day within a few hours of calling. I arrived a few minutes early (before my new glass had even been delivered), but they went ahead and started removing my cracked windshield to speed up the process once it arrived.

SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO SAFELITE FOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. Pay the $90 more with Safelite, you will thank me later. Unless you want to pay $160 each visit for a faulty window installation.Lloyd replaced my windshield in March 2020 and it cracked from the bottom crevice up and tried to say a rock hit it there where the WINDSHIELD wiper isHe had a $160 deal incentive for paying cash evidently in which he probably just pocketed the profit. When I went back for Lloyd’s help he tried to offer me a repeat deal for the $160 cash, laughable.His attitude was very disrespectful. Said he could do it the next day or couldn’t do it for weeks. Everything about the interaction was extremely unpleasant .

Lloyd and his team did a great job for me where other companies came up short. I had cracked my stationary panel on my F-150s sunroof. Mostly places didnt even want to deal with it where Action Auto glass took care of it just fine. The communication was great and they did a windshield and complete sunroof replacement in one day. Glad I found them.

$65 cheaper than safelite. Great customer service. Called on a Wednesday afternoon, they let me come in Thursday morning and they got my windshield installed in no time. Also they use a quick dry adhesive so we only had to wait 30 minutes I believe, couldve been an hour. Its been 3 weeks since I got it replaced.

Today I got into an accident where my windshield, windshield wipers, and my passenger mirror were affected. I knew with the storm coming Id need to have my windshield taken care of quickly so I immediately got in touch with Action Auto Glass. I was able to have my windshield replaced - same day - and within a couple of hours after this accident occurred. These guys were incredibly nice, their customer service was fantastic as they went above and beyond to help me replace my windshield wiper blades and put my passenger mirror back on at no additional charge (I did buy the wiper blades with the intention of putting them on myself but they went ahead and did it for me). Id give them 10 stars if I was able. Thank you guys SO much for helping me out and making this process practically stress free - keep up the excellent service!

Action Auto Glass recently replaced my windshield and did an amazing job. They were prompt, efficient, and the job was done perfectly. On top of that, a rock hit my relatively new windshield yesterday, which created quite a spider webbed crack. I stopped by and they repaired the crack on the spot and at no charge. Called to set up an apt for a windshield replacement. The guy on the phone needs some serious help with his phone skills and customer service training.. I was planning on using there service but after hurrying me off the phone and not being pleased that i didnt know what kind of windshield I had, then taking another call without letting me ask any other questions. Great job on losing a customer, and hopefully other people see this and your lack of business acumen.

My window was pretty messed up from a prior accident, the first window they put in was great. A week or so went by and the first one they put in started a crack from the bottom to almost the top. When I took it back in the replaced it for free. Super friendly, gave my son lots of candy as well!

Didnt even get to use their service. I was quoted a price by an employee and when I called back to schedule i was told I dont go that far, I am the owner. He then stated we would have to add an extra $15 in tolls. He didnt even ask or seem to care if I was willing to pay that. I guess he has enough business.

In June 2018, my family and I were traveling cross-country from OH to CA and the AZ, and while camping in the Rockies near Denver we had to break the vent glass on our 2004 Saturn Vue vecause we had locked the keys inside. We quickly sourced a replacement glass from a junk yard, but the super friendly people at Action Auto Glass were the only ones who agreed to help us replace it on short notice. Thanks so much guys.
