WOW! There is a reason Ed has such great reviews. I called him this morning and he was able to come to my home and repair my rock chip this afternoon. I am even out of his usual travel area, but he is helping out another rock chip business while they are on vacation. So wonderful to see this in our world today.The quality of Ed’s work is outstanding. He is also VERY reasonably priced, honest and fair. I would say I had a gnarly rock chip, but he made it almost invisible. He was even empathetic when I told him it was a brand new car and we’d had it only 2 weeks. Saw his advertisement on the windows of his vehicle while I was going to work. Called and he himself answered. I inquired about how much it was since my insurance didnt cover it, $50. He found out that I was 2 cars behind and 1 lane over to him. We pulled off into a Gas station and he did it right there. Took only 20 minutes and great value, great guy to talk to and I left feeling awesome. I would definitely use him again and I strongly suggest that you do the same. Absolute 5 stars on Ed. I have used him countless times over the years to repair rock chips, and even some pretty good sized cracks that resulted from chips. He can usually get to me right away before a little chip turns into a crack. He works quickly with quality repairs. I have never had a problem with any of them. It usually takes longer to file the claim with the insurance company than for him to do the repair. I referred both of our grown children to him and they have used him numerous times as well. I used him to repair a crack after a national company (you know their jingle) screwed up a simple repair and it cracked further. That company would only apply the repair cost to a new windshield (hello $500 deductible!). On top of everything, Ed is a really good guy.

What a refreshing experience! I had Ed come out to look at my windshield that had a small crack. He was honest. He explained to me that it was cosmetic and that it would not crack or spread further. He then took the time to educate me about the differences in glass cracks, what to look for that would indicate it was in danger of spreading and in need of repair.
