I have reason to believe this guy is a scam artist. He came to my place of business fixed my window in a very haphazard way, and had to come back to do the job several times because he kept on forgetting things or doing them wrong. When the job was finally done my window cracked within two months. When I tried to call back to get my window fixed or money back the company completely ignored me. I would not recommend Master Glass to anyone.

Carlos is a true professional- reliable reasonable and does excellent work! Fixed a problem for me yesterday that no one else could- highly recommend him.

We called for service and he asked for a picture of our window. We sent pics but never heard back. Not reliable.
