Abel was extremely rude an unprofessional. He sold me a defective part and when I politely asked about it, he just shrugged it off with nonchalance. Didnt know what to do with such nonchalance

My experience with Lexus service and my service person, Joel Veriguete, is always superior and better than I have had at any dealership. Joel is extremely professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for the client. I find the same to be true of the entire service facility. They take extreme precautions during this pandemic to ensure customer safety (and that of their employees)........always careful and courteous. I cannot recommend them highly enough, how about 10 stars!! Thank you for everything Joel!

Great service from Joel V, the service advisor. He had my loaner car ready and gassed, and got me in and out quickly. I will return for my service to this location!
