You literally wont find better customer service anywhere else. Edge auto sport is hands down the best of the best. They are insanely knowledgeable, patient, and they operate like a well oiled machine. If you need a car tuned/car parts, call Edge before anywhere else.

What can i say, this place has had my business since 2013 and recently ive chosen alan to do my custom tuning on my focus st. He is hands down the best tuner and has great feedback, fast response time on revisions and great service period. I got like 5 revisions in a week from E-Tuning my built motor st.

I’ve had several orders in limbo waiting on manufactures to release product. I get it, it happens. I work in parts distribution and I understand fully. The only think that’s bothering me is the e-mails having mixed or incorrect information on ETAs and them having absolutely nobody answering the phones when I’m just trying to get and update on wait times. I’m fine with waiting, but I’m not fine with being ignored.

Went in for a dyno today. Very nice staff and they were good about answering my questions and sending me updated graphs. Ill use them again.

Ordered a few hundred dollars worth of parts from Edge Autosport. After my credit card was charged I was told they would not be able to fulfill my order due to my shipping address being different from my billing address. This was their policy for me as a first time customer. While I understand they are being overly cautious I simply did not want to ship expensive parts to my apartment complex. I would rather send them to a safe residential address (my parents). Edge Autosport charged my card and then failed to fulfill my order. The refund was quick however I will not be doing business with this company in the future. I went to Cobb Tuning instead and had no issues with shipping. Other first time buyers should be aware of this policy.

I will never do business with Edge Autosport again. They say customer service is their priority but I have not seen any service yet. I keep calling them and Emailing them for about 2 weeks and I still havent received any message from them. I get if their hands are tide with parts shipping in because of the manufacturer but dont ignore the customer. Especially ones that spend a lot of money with them and planned to spend a lot more.

I got a pump gas and E-30 tune with Alan on my 2013 Mazdaspeed 3. He was extremely punctual and explained everything along the way. The tune was super simple and honestly could’ve been done in a week if not for me taking so much time. 10/10 recommend Alan for tuning.

These sum biscuits were the only ones that could even get me my wheels in from Japan in a decent amount of time. They kept me informed through the process and I got my tracking number the second those forged turds got sent out. Even before then and definitely since then Ive ordered quite a few parts and never had an issue. Great prices, no bs or hassle, quick shipping, awesome customer service through email or on the phone, and if you have a mazdaspeed its a no brainer!!!

I can’t say enough about these guys. I did a decent sized build on my Focus RS and they were so helpful every step of the way, from picking the parts, to install and technical questions, and making sure the parts showed up on time. To top it all off, the tune on the car is absolutely amazing. These guys are incredibly nice, clearly passionate about what they do, know their stuff, and care for customer cars as if they were there own. I had ordered headlights, and they had sent me two different headlights. I called a week ago when I was supposed to be issued a refund that week according the the person on the phone. Come Friday I call back because the refund hadnt shown up and there extension (number 2) for orders doesnt pick up. I call back Tuesday to find out that there phones have been under maintenance after dialing the first extension that is unrelated to my inquiry. They said they would look back into the order, and send me a confirmation email. Unfortunately I have not received and email after the phone call and am very confused and frustrated with their service. Will not be a returning customer.

Overall I spent a chunk of money over a few different orders and delt with complications on majority of my orders. Things happen i get that, and would have been cool.But normally when a company makes multiple mistakes and questionable actions. And it was not a intended thing they would make it right and show some sort of care in the matter. And after spending the amount I did and getting the response I got.Your left questioning your own decision to go here.

Excellent service. Best parts store online for a Mazdaspeed 3 or 6. Very knowledgeable on their parts. If they carry parts for your car you cant do better! Ups ended up not being able to deliver within the guaranteed one day shipping and edge managed to get me a refund for the cost of shipping!

I went to Edge for a tune on my WRX. Alan and JP were great with explaining everything and answering my questions before the tune. Alan listened to exactly what I wanted and has been awesome about answering all my questions since the tune and making any adjustments that have been needed. Ive been running Alans tune for over a year now, and the car still runs great.

Allan was very helpful in getting my car ready to tune as well as finding any problems and getting them fixed as soon as possible. They had my car finished very quickly even after running into some issues pre tune. Car runs great now and I would highly recommend any Subarus to see Edge for a tune.

Allen that does all the dyno stuff is a wonderful guy. Hes very friendly and helpful when it coming to tuning your car and how you should start. He explains what is going on when your car is on the dyno. What all the number really mean. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends that want their car tuned. If they dont have your part in stack they try their hardest to get it for you as fast as they can. My boyfriend has a Ford Focus ST that got tuned from Allen and Allen gave us ideas to what we should do to make more power.

Alan tuned my big turbo, aux fuel Ford Focus on E40 and I put down 420hp. This is the best my car has ever run and I can’t suggest them enough!

EdgeAutosport was the first in Colorado to custom tune a 2016 Ford Focus RS. With just a tune my RS has been the fastest RS in the State for over a year. Their tuner answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable.Ive also ordered a few parts from them and have never had any issues getting my product.

I have ordered a complete cylinder head rebuild from them over three purchased. Great customer service especially from JP. Spent the time to ask about my build and my wants. Gave me great information and helped make sure my peices would work. If you own a focus st I highly recommend these guys.

They understand your passions for cars as they have the same fire as you. JP help me find a part I needed even though it was only $5 and had to be bought through another site. Lowering lap times is mostly the driver but partly hardware. So far, Ive purchased a limited slip, clutch, radiator, and intercooler from edge. They have helped locate parts, and check if parts are in stock. Very happy with Edge and will continue to buy from them.

I honestly dont know how this company isnt a 5 star company besides maybe that the BNR S4 turbo was on back order for awhile. What do you expect its a great product that a lot of people want! I bought a BNR S4 turbo, 3 bar MAP and harness, and a 3 Intake. I was fortunate that the day I ordered it, the S4 became available. The shipping was extremely fast, and even better everything showed up on my day off so I had time to install it. I called customer service a few times and spoke with 2 different gentleman. They made a great impression because they were kind, quick to answer my questions, and very knowledgeable. I have never wrote a review on google about a company good or bad, but this company to me deserved to have this review posted.
