What is this? I asked for a bagel with plain cream cheese and avocado. Why would one half have avo and the other half cream cheese? Plus I just waited 14 minutes from time or order for this. Wowza. Plus was 4.89 go to bo’s Broadway bagel. That’s where I should have went but didn’t want to drive 10 minutes. Disappointed as heeeeck

Waiting 25 minutes for an order through the app. It was two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. After waiting that long, I noticed all the screens were cleared and my food was still not ready. When I asked about the order, I was told the food must have been stolen. I asked for a refund and was told I should have come to the counter asking earlier if I was in a rush and that they can’t read my mind. I left at that point without the refund or my food. My day and experience with Einstein’s is completely ruined.

Don’t waste your money on the new bacon jalapeño bagel. Very disappointing. One tiny crumble of bacon and two jalapeños??The got my order right tho!

Fast friendly service. Had a ToGo order and they forgot my fruit cup but we were eating in the parking lot so that wasn’t an issue really. Still a 5 star because they’re cool about everything and informative about my orders. Kids had a pizza bagel and it was really good. We had the turkey bacon which was pretty good also. Coffee was good also. Mile high and house coffee were worth it. No complaints.

I like this location and everyone is super sweet. But it kinda sucks when I get a bagel and ask for butter and that’s all I taste. I’ve gone to other locations and it’s the same thing, and it’s kind of disgusting. I’m not angry and it’s partly my fault for not asking for a light amount. Next time I will, but I thought it was worth mentioning or suggesting to take it easy a lil bit lol. No point in giving you a negative review for something kinda pointless as over topping a bagel lol. 5 stars either way cause you have really good food and you’re successful with/out my input and I’m always trying something different here anyways :)

I come here fairly often and they’re always busy and probably always short staffed given what’s going on in the world right now but Kelly is always so nice, friendly and accommodating and she always has a smile on her face despite the mask she has to wear and the obviously disgruntled customers that don’t like to wait. Kelly is a total gem, she gets these 5 stars!!!!

This place is always nice, and the staff is always polite and pleasant. The inside is clean and the display is well organized. The bagels are fresh, and the blueberry shmear is soooo good! I highly recommend it!

Been to this location twice. Both times dissatisfying. Today I placed a curbside pickup order entered my car info in on the app and waited about 10 minutes outside in the curbside parking spot, as I saw no one was in the store I went in to see about my order, they placed my order in mobile order pick ups, so my food was just sitting there. I double checked the receipt to make sure I didn’t accidentally select in store pick up but nope it states on the top curbside. Plus the sandwich was made just really sloppy. It’s not even worth going back when I know there’s better locations.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful! If you can save any money on your order theyll bend over backwards to make sure that you get what you want at a fair price. Theyre fast and make great food! Which is very good when youre trying to grab breakfast and head back to work.

Third time in a row my order was wrong. First time was wrong bagel. Second was no tomato on a bacon, avocado, & tomato. This time it was egg whites when I specifically asked for a regular egg. They did fix me up on the last two orders, but, I kinda go by the three strikes youre out rule. Kelly needs to pay attention to customers orders.

Ive been stopping here for a while to get bagels and its been a hit or miss. Today was frustrating. I came in for a grab and go and they did take about 10 minutes, but the customer after me had their sandwich made before me. The worst part was getting to work and having most of the bagels mutilated. Extremely disappointing.

Last three times my order for pick up has been wrong, the latest being today - ordered the Garden Avocado sandwich, add turkey sausage. By the time I opened back home it was on a plain bagel without sausage (default bagel is an “everything”, didn’t request a plain whatsoever). So I essentially I got an $8.50 bagel, charged $2 for sausage I didn’t get. Time to find a local non chain spot

I went to Einstein Bagels to get a breakfast sandwich and I realized unfortunately after ordering that they did not have a card reader to pay through my phone :(. I was so embarrassed and didn’t know what to do, but the amazing manager and Staff helped me out and provided me with the sandwich anyway! I am extremely grateful and appreciate how kind they were. Although I was still embarrassed they made me feel welcomed. Professional, & friendly staff; delicious food and coffees- I not only highly recommend, but I plan to continue going back💙. Thank you.

Ordered through door dash I noticed extra muffins in the bag with a note stating “Out of hash browns enjoy the muffins.” thank you so much Einstein Staff for doing that!! Food was great!!

I have never had such a mess of a sandwich before. When I got back to work and took my sandwich (Hummus Veg Out) out of the bag, there was cream cheese all over the outside of the wrapper. When I opened it, it was an absolute mess! Cream cheese and hummus everywhere! Did a T-Rex assemble my sandwich? Also, I specifically asked for a pickle, because they forgot it last time. Again, no pickle. There is also brown lettuce in my sandwich. 😡 I don’t have time to drive all the way back. I’m thinking I need to stop going to Einstein’s for lunch. Or at least this location.

The bagels are great but how about put a sign with pictures of the bagels by the check out so people dont have to go back or forth trying to figure out what they want. Just a suggestion for the convenience of your customers so they can get in-and-out quickly.

The only good thing we got was the salmon bagel. The latte tasted like straight coffee. The bread for the sandwich was really hard to chew. And there was no one else there but us considering it wasnt a busy time, but all the tables were dirty and there wasnt toliet paper in the bathroom. If they were busy, a lot more understandable if the business wasnt pi led up

I wish I could give it 0 stars today! I work near this Einsteins location and as a whole I like the franchise as well as the menu... when they can get my order correct that is. Today I walked in and ordered 2 spinach and bacon breakfast sandwiches and 2 bagels with cream cheese NOT toasted. I checked my bag since they NEVER get my order right and I had 1 breakfast sandwich (which wasnt even close to what I ordered), and 2 bagels and cream cheese REALLY toasted. UGH! I love Einsteins I just wish they would get more competent employees.

Nathaniel was very courteous and polite. My food was ready quickly and it was delicious. Very pleased with the service!

My husband and I love Einstein Bros. Bagels. Oh my goodness. TO DIE FOR. They also have some of the best coffee Ive ever had (looking at you Vanilla Hazelnut). They can get super crowded during the weekends, but the staff is always friendly, apologetic about the wait, and my orders have always been correct. I will definitely be visiting here again soon.

New hash brown cheese bagel is delicious! I buy breakfast here for my shop on occasion and Ive never been disappointed. Service is very friendly and they make excellent food.

Clean and well kept. The bathroom was in good shape. They brought the food out to me which I havent experienced at other Einsteins. Maybe its because those other Einsteins what are much busier. Added treat to this location is the ice cream shop right next door. 😉 The staff were friendly and professional. Plenty of parking.

Great Staff, very friendly. Only complaint is that sometimes the coffee doesnt get brewed in a timely manner. This limits the choice when sitting in. I have seen an empty pot sit for 30 minutes.

Go here for bagels, but NOT for your Caribou fix. This location looks like a Caribou and has all the signage, but they dont use the same syrups or anything. They never halve the chocolate in a mocha when ordered (full chocolate is way too sweet), and their iced mochas just taste super off. The bagels are great and the staff is friendly, but they need some serious work if theyre going to have the Caribou name.

This location somehow messed up my bagel catering order. How does a store that sells bagels and smear forget the smear in an order? It’s not that complicated.

Lets put it very simply : these guys are the bagle mecca. Any type of bagle you can imagine, they have it. The environment inside the store is nice, friendly and usually lively but not noicy. The bagles are large, thick and substantial. They actually pretty much set the standard of what to expect from a bagle.

Now that the Corner Bakery is closed, this place just got a little more popular.

I decided to go at 5am today, as soon as they open, im the 1st and only person there, i asked for a bacon and egg sandwich, get home and its sausage. How do you mess up the 1st order of the day?? How?? The sausage isnt horrible, but i wanted bacon. Also, i got a jalapeno cheddar bagel, and its so burnt, itsDark brown, when it should be a light yellow color. I have never been to this Einsteins, i normally go the one on university and dry creek, and that one is AMAZING by the way. I should have listened to the reviews i read before i went in and checked my order. Thumbs down ladies. Got the 1st order of the day wrong. Wont be going back to this place anytime soon.

Usually this store is really good. I use it often, seeing at it is right next to my work. However, when it takes 10 mins for an egg sandwhich and cost $10, I would expect the service as good as sit down restaurant. The good didnt understand their own menu, rung me up incorrectly, charged me $1 for TWO slices of avocado.I will probably be back there sometime, but for the moment. Not at all.

Took forever for our bagels. People behind us got theirs way before. My bagel was done and they sat it down to help another employee figure out how to refill the coffee and then forgot about my bagel. When I finally got it my toasted bagel was cold and it was a 25 minute process when the place was essentially empty. Never going here again
