If I could rate zero stars, I would. I have tried to give them multiple chances but I am disappointed every time.- One morning, I ordered a sandwich with sliced apples on the side. Instead, I received a small container of macaroni salad… And it wasn’t even good.- A following visit, I ordered a BEC with avocado. They forgot my avocado, which was about $1.50 extra. On top of that, the sandwich was very dry and flavorless.- The very last time I ordered from them, I went to their store, still very apprehensive. As I waited for my food, I saw a MOUSE running around the coffee machine area. Absolutely disgusting!!!Definitely not ordering from Manhattan Bagel again!

I dont know why I keep giving this place a chance! I just came in for a sandwich that is being promoted on their window and they dont even have the bagel the sandwich comes with! Then I asked for a bacon cheesy roll, they said they dont have it either (with an attitude) and finally I said just give me a bacon, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. Before I left, something told me to check my order. They put some white cheese on my sandwich without even telling me because they didnt have yellow American.If you are out of cheese, communicate with your costumer before even trying to put anything on their sandwich. What a disgrace! Then when I asked for a refund, I got more attitude and had to wait for my money. The guy in the front who I believe is the manager provides horrible costumer service. What a shame! He didnt even put the money in my hands, he just put it on the counter like the animal he is. So sad, never returning again.PS:You should train your whole staff so they can provide the costumer service we deserve. When I said I wanted a refund, the right thing to say is “how can we fix the issue” not give me a silence treatment.

Just a friendly atmosphere. Workers are always kind. They make you feel welcomed. Plus the food there is SUPER GREAT!The store is always clean. Love it!! Will recommend this place to others. Always received a great experience everytime I go.

They have never given me ketchup or Mayo when it’s clearly on the ticket. One time I asked for it and gave me 3x the normal amount of ketchup so make sure you ask for it on the side. I always have to ask again before I leave because I never know if my order is right.

The food is good dont get me wrong. I used to go here 3 times a week. This places gets three stars because three years now their AC isnt working. They are always doing the least. Replace the AC system and dont have your workers dripping sweat. Cant even sit and eat its so hot there. Stop penny pinching.

I frequently come here on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays. The atmosphere here is very relaxing and its in a very nice location. Great variety of bagels and coffee. Restroom is easily accessible and they even have outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Finding a good parking spot may present a challenge though.

The bagels here are so good and soft. They have plenty of other things as well such as muffins, egg sandwiches, etc. The coffee is really good also. The place is pretty big inside and plenty of room to sit. The staff was nice and the bathrooms were clean.

Love the bagels, but the Englewood staff is HORRIBLE. Asked for a toasted French toast bagel with cc. When I got the bagel it was cold. Asked the server if he toasted my bagel and he ignored me. When I asked for his name, he gave me a fake name. I asked for another bagel.. toasted. Same thing.... Cold bagel. I asked for the mgr and was told they were not in.I will never go back there. The server actually turned and gave me his back when I tried to talk to him. I was not rude or nasty even after two attempts to get my simple order correct.The worst and rudest experience Ive had in a long time at ANY SERVICE ORIENTED PLACE.THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED, BECAUSE NOT ONE OF THE OTHER STAFF TRIED TO HELP.

Came here with my wife to get us some green bagels for St. Paddys day.My wife got the green bagel with tuna salad, onions and tomatoes. I got Lox (smoked salmon) with tomatoes and onions. These bagels came with a sliced pickle and macaroni salad.The bagels were delicious fresh tuna and tasty lox, the pickle was crispy but the macaroni salad was full of mayonnaise, thats all I tasted...mayo.These are pricey bagels, our total came out to $21. If it wasnt for the green bagel fad I would have gone to my neighborhood bagel shop for cheaper bagels.

STUPID is STUPID, I waited 40 minutes for a cup of coffee. I understand theyre busy but I ordered my food we waited 15 minutes to get our food they brought the food to the table I ate my meal, Even throughout the food still waited total of 40 minutes to get coffee wasnt even made when I was done with my meal still waited my we had to wait there a total of 40 minutes until my coffee was done they couldnt fill my cup up while it was being made Customer service Terrible ! they said they couldnt stop the pot, stupid and the manager was there at the time too it must have been 10 people working the time before.last time they did during Coffee pot filling ? Not today though 40 minutes for a cup of coffee spent $28 theyre not nice the way they treat regular customers !! Corp Needs to do undercover work watch the way they dont operate properly treating customers unfairly I treated somebody like that I didnt get fired or feel really bad about myself.

I was a frequent Happy customer under the old owners but under the new owners I find the service getting worst and worst and doubt I will be returning anytime soon. While the food is still good the service is horrendous. This morning I ordered 2 toasted asiago rolls, one bagel and 1 frozen caramel chiller and 1 frozen strawberry lemonade to go. I waited 15+ mins for the bagel/rolls and when it was given to me I asked if the rolls were toasted as requested since they didnt feel warm to me. I was assured the order was correct. (The rolls were not toasted once I opened the wrapper). I reminded the person about my 2 drinks and was told coming right up. Another 1/2 hour later I was given the frozen lemonade (which was fine) and a LIQUID coffee colored beverage, nothing close to frozen or slushie. The young lady who made it said it didnt come out right but still chose to give it to me as it was. There was no manager around to speak with and everyone behind the counter just ignored the situation, although a few were aware of the gross mistake. After waiting over 45 minutes for my simple order I left extremely unhappy. This is a horrible environment to start off your day....consistently providing bad service where none of the employees care...I can not recommend it.

If I could give zero stars to this location I would. The staff was terrible and couldnt take simple orders. Even after getting my receipt and verifying that I asked for no tomatoes, they still added them. Not only that when I told them that I had an allergy to it, all they did was scrape it off and give it back to me....what? Thats completely wreckless. The cashier took 15 minutes to take my order because she couldnt process what was being asked and then another 15 minutes just to wait for a frozen coffee which was awful. Beyond disappointed and will 100% not be returning to this place. Also, the food was not good.

Ordered a lox everything bagel with no capers, they still put capers on it... then I look in the bagel and get 2 small slices of lox, normally the lox is sliced and pre weighted by hand but obviously they are skimping on the lox... then when I call to complain I get a young female who acted like she doesn’t have a clue on what to do... sorry I don’t usually post negative reviews but this has my skin boiling

Went here for lunch and although 2nd in line the lady in front was standing at the register for 5 minutes before someone took her order. The place was under staffed during the Sunday lunch hour and the line grew to 8 people before someone began taking orders.The food was prepared surprisingly quick with the short staff and was warm. We had the Manhattan Cheesesteak and Chelsea Chicken on Asiago Roll; both are solid choices. Although there is a choice of 1 side, we were told they were out of all sides except potato salad.As a recommendation to management, please jump in and help your staff during rush hours or ensure adequate staffing and food inventory on hand. The customers were annoyed at the long wait and the employees were frazzled trying to accommodate all customers.Overall the decor and atmosphere are modern and clean. There is outside seating as well as outside speakers for the piped in music, nice touch.Some of the inside tables have electrical and USB outlets at the tables.3 stars due to poor management, otherwise wouldve been 4.

Service was horrible! I requested light ice in my Chai Latte so it wasnt watered down and the woman at the register stared at me for at least 5 seconds and looked irritated and then asked again iced or hot? I slowly said iced and then she finished ringing me up. At the end, she finally said so you want light ice in the drink (again looking completely irritated I could request such a thing)? I said yes please and so the man who was actually making the drink looked at me and rolled his eyes. The drink had exactly the same amount of ice as everyone elses drinks in my group. It tasted fine but the whole thing was very irritating. Please improve your customer service Manhattan Bagel!

I always come here and recently theyve gotten a lot slower with the service, making me late to work, I even get out on hold for a long time when I call. Hope the service speeds up soon

Manhattan Bagel is the Lincoln Towncar of breakfast places in Englewood, NJ. Nestled into the side of Palasades Avenue, Manhattan Bagel eschews the busy bologna of New York city, while retaining all the diverse flavor that the establishment has become more than known for. Their service is friendly and timely, selection wide. I am a strong proponent of their Multi-Grain bread, which is very thick, has a large perimeter, and is quite tasty I must say. Like the Towncar, their design, dependability, and luxury have stood the test of time.
