Decent place. Very surprised but telling by the reviews, cleanliness of the place, it was a good bagel.

You can see the egg if you squint really hard - just go to Celebrity Bagels and wait a little longer for much much better food

Owner :I ordered a veggie omelet, I received a paper thin omelet, I ordered a WW toast with grape jelly and look the pictures, I got a cold pain one, unacceptable, make things right!And tell your employees to put one price on an item, always the price is different!Double check your menu!

I grew up a couple of blocks away from this deli and took it for granted, but seriously, this place makes the best bagels I have ever had. I have been on the west coast for almost 13 years now and I miss this place!! Before my parents moved, I used to come back to visit Englewood and would buy a dozen bagels right before my flight back to the west coast so I could show my friends out there what real bagels should be! Ha. I never write reviews of anything, but this place is seriously awesome, I am so glad they’re still in business after all these years.

The worst bagel place Ive ever been too, how the hell do you explain a toasted everything bagel with butter and as soon as I get in my car its black burnt and nothing everything on it, had a couple of salt seeds, poppy and looked more plain then anything, absolutely horrible, so sad.

My first visit, the employee got my entire order correct. The second, I got taken care of by both him and the owner because I had both breakfast and lunch to order. Owner almost charged me incorrectly but I got him to correct it. The third, it was just the owner but he was impatient and walked away before I could ask for salt pepper ketchup. Im CERTAIN I asked for scrambled egg w the bacon and on the other sandwich a whole wheat bagel. I got neither. This obviously annoyed me. I dont mind NOT getting service with a smile as long as they get my order right. But, attitude and indifference?No bueno. Step it up, boss! I like your sandwiches.

Spring Tree is a mixed bag. I like to have a bagel with Sliced Lox and Cream Cheese once a week. I used to go to Spring Tree because their lox is excellent. I dont go any longer because they make this expensive sandwich out of scraps they save from cutting slices. It;s ok to use those scraps in the lox spread but for over $10.00 for a sandwich I want sliced nova or lox not scraps. I told the owner and he suggested I tell the workers to cut fresh slices. Tried that and got a hard time. Too bad. Great bagels and generally nice staff. The owner really should stop this practice. Have some pre-sliced nova ready for sandwiches and stop pawning off the scraps.

So you dont want to break the bank, but you need a spot that has good sandwiches. The curb appeal might not catch your eye when driving by but make no mistake, the locals know that this is the place to go. Dont forget to pair your sandwich with the velvet cheesecake muffin, its outstanding!

My kids love coming after their music class. Theres always more then three employees, so theres never a long wait. The place does look a bit old, but they make up for it with their selections. Bagel muffins, flagels, and sandwiches are great. They also have coffee, chips, and all sorts of beverages. Dont judge their store front, give them a chance.

Bagel was awesome but the guy got my order wrong the first time by adding cheese to a sandwich I didn’t want cheese on. Without any prompting they offered to remake it. Wish I said no because it was pretty obvious it had less pork roll. The pork roll that the cheese stuck to they got rid of without adding more or at least that’s what it seemed like based on the amount of meat on other sandwiches I’ve had there.They were also doing store improvements during business hours which I find kind of unprofessional. It’s also scary having someone use an air tool nail gun pointed in your direction. That must be a safety violation.

The bagels are fresh and soft ALWAYS. The egg sandwiches are delicious. The service is quick, accurate and friendly. Best bagel shop in my neighborhood!

I work construction and this was our go to breakfast sandwich spot for about 6 months, amazing pork roll egg and cheese on delicious bagels prepared on site. They had an extensive lunch sandwich selection as well.

One of the workers always has an attitude in the morning, dont know his name but... If you dont want to deal with the public STAY HOME! Not spending my money there again!!

Hit or miss - DEPENDS on who makes the sandwich - DO NOT let the owner make you a sandwich he is greedy and stingy - the workers and staff are the greatest but the owner makes a GARBAGE sandwich.
