This shop rocks! I’ve been a long time customer on and off depending on my needs. The service has always been too notch. But this time they killed it! My ebike motor went out on me last Saturday. I had my bike to the shop before they closed the same day. They started my warranty process with specialized, got the motor and had my bike complete and back in my hands before closing on Friday! Yes under a week! I went riding yesterday and everything worked great! If you have a problem they will get it fixed for you.
Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and patient staff covering all spectrums of bikes and bike maintenance. Bonus points for thoroughly answering questions and educating bike owners on what theyre doing and why theyre doing it to the bike.Extras that solidify the 5 star review: Strong inventory of gear and parts (hasnt been the case at a lot of shops lately, not necessarily the fault of shops themselves but notable nonetheless), rad vibes in the shop itself, cool shop dogs that hang around. The only thing that could ding the 5 star review is a bad experience with the staff or shoddy bike maintenance itself, and that has not happened nor do I foresee it happening in the future.
As a beginner to mountain biking they were extremely patient and unforgettably helpful in making sure I found the right bike! They taught me the “why” behind needing my seat at a certain height and getting my handlebars positioned correctly.Would absolutely recommend to buy from them!
I had a great experience at Mojo. I bought a new bike in Snowmass, but after a few rides, my wrists and thumb were really hurting. Jack at Mojo helped adjust the position of the brake levers, dropper, and gear levers so they fit just right. He also corrected a few things the folks who set up the bike did wrong. He spent a lot of time with me and didnt charge me anything. I went out today and had no pain for the first time on this bike. Mojo is the best shop in town and my go-to. Thanks, Jack!
Great experience and great vibe at this shop. Jack is outstanding in his knowledge, and his customer service was excellent. They definitely have good mojo going on here! Highly recommended! Check it out.
This place is wonderful. Great prices and selection, more importantly the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff Ive ever encountered. Theyre happy to hear you out and can be trusted to point you in the right direction.10/10, highly recommended!
They were able to fix my bike on the spot as soon as I walked in. Excellent customer service and willing to share some knowledge with you while the bike is on the stand. Cool place and great gear!
The team at Mojo is knowledgeable, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. Can’t say enough nice things about this place and will certainly be back
Super friendly and helpful- fixed my bike quick and fair price
Every one at Mojo wheels is friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. I have had 3 repairs done there, always quick, accurate, and complete. I wouldnt hesitate to visit Mojo Wheels for any bicycling need! They really care for their customers!
Super quick to take your wallet and all your information when you test a bike. Dont care at all to return your wallet to you afterward. We did our part in returning what was yours. The kid who forgot to give it back offered to drive it to us, so shoutout to him and his customer service. Zero stars to the manager who said their completely barren shop was too busy to let him go... on a Thursday morning. We had already driven 1.5 hours out of our way just to visit this shop and were well on our way out of town with family who were visiting. Thanks guys ruining our entire day and their trip in from Chicago!
These guys are the real deal. Jack and Garretts (sp?) were extremely helpful and honest about what we were looking to buy. They explained the bikes well and what the differences between what we were looking to buy. Plus they all ride/race so they have tried most of the equipment to give recommendations and feedback on just about everything. Fast forward a few days to buying the bike and they install the grips, pedals AND convert it to tubeless tires in about 30 minutes. WOW. I will now be driving across down for my DH/Enduro needs as they do it right. Thanks again guys!
Went in twice today, they fixed me up immediately. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
Great bunch of guys. Im new to the mtb scene. I asked a bunch of questions and they were super nice and got me all set up.
Best shop and costumer service of any! These guys/gals know their stuff.
Went in looking for service as well as possibly upgrading my bike. Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products too. One of the technicians, Matt, was particularly helpful and an awesome person. Will always go to Mojo first.
Great place run by great group of guys. Not just for bikes— we took our BOB stroller in for new tires and tubes and they took care of us. The boys hung out with the “shop dog” while we waited. They also gave my 3 year old son a bunch of free stickers, that made his day.
I took my bike to mojo after taking it to green mountain sports 4 times to fix the brakes and mojo fixed it the first time as well as tuning up the rest of the bike. It is an older bike and not the most expensive but they did an amazing job it’s like a brand new bike!!! So I highly recommend them, they really know there stuff!!! This is where I will be taking it back when it needs anything in the future and probably will upgrade to a new one when the supply returns. Amazing work guys thank you so much!!!
Very helpful, great selection of high end equipment.
Super awesome bike shop. Been here a couple times, before and after they relocated. They carry apparel, helmets, neck braces, bike parts, bike tools, full bikes, bike frames, and theyll also work on your bike(s). They always have cool bike builds that I enjoy gawking over. They also have cool old bikes hanging from the ceiling. I highly recommend checking this place out, they have a great selection of most things listed. Its not very close to me, but Im willing to make the drive(I live in Thornton).
Mojo wheels. Holds true to the name. Been building wheels for 13 years straight. Started building wheels here yesterday. Oh my. They are next level and expect the same of their builders. Every aspect is completed to the detail. Never seen a shop with this level of quality adherence. Cheers to you mojo
Eric did a great job helping me swap a hub and true a wheel. He knew exactly what to do and was very professional! I will be back.
Service department is extraordinary. The attitude of the staff is a reflection of management. By far my favorite bike shop to date. A rare gem. Ive visited a large number of other shops of which I left disappointed. If you like to ride, go here. They will keep you riding.
Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer in any store. Came in with standard expectations and left more than satisfied. Jesse and Miles helped me out. Good guys and very helpful. If you are thinking about going to another bike shop for service/parts, dont. Go to Mojo Wheels.
Love this place! Wish I would have known of its existence sooner. Garrett was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and patient. Didnt try to upsell. Styled out my 12 with a great brain bucket. Well be back for sure.
This place was amazing great customer service. They helped me find a very rare part. Definitely recommend this place.
I love this bike shop. Jack was fantastic. Im far from being an avid rider and dont know much about the mechanics of my bike. Jack serviced my always-problematic tubeless tire and I left knowing for the first time how to actually care for and maintain my tire. Thank you Jack! Ill be back.
Not a single employee wearing masks in the store. Ordered a new front shock and paid for it to be replaced. Never was notified when it came in. The person on the phone seemed confused when I said its now time to schedule the work, you know, because I already paid for it! Hellooo! When it was done they didnt call me either....
Best bike shop I have ever experienced(in 25 years of biking)! They have built a team there that actually cares about their customers unlike a lot of other shops that dont make you feel welcome when you come in through their front door. Mojos also went above and beyond with finding options and providing parts/labor in setting up my bike after I lost my thumb in an accident to adapt my bike to work for my new situation. Awesome shop!
The staff was not only completely knowledgeable, they were amazingly helpful. I asked a ton of questions and was rewarded with more knowledge than I anticipated. These guys are without peer!!
Had the most amazing experience ever! Seriously these guys are the kindest, most intelligent group of people, and they definitely keep their customers front of mind. Never met a more genuine company, I definitely recommend them 100%!! Can’t say enough good things. :)
This might just be the most helpful and friendly bike shop Ive yet encountered. I called with a few pretty tedious questions, but the guys at Mojo were patient, tracked down the answers, and made sure I had the correct information. I will definitely be checking out Mojo Wheels for my next purchase or service.
Moved here from Southern California and picked up gravity riding since we can’t surf. Heard about Mojo by word of mouth and gave them a try. Denver is full of bike shops but Mojo really stands out for us. Even though we live far away and pass many bike shops along the way, this is our place. And it’s not any one thing. It’s the combination: quality work, knowledgeable staff who ride, honesty, fairness. Those last two are rare and special, and worth it even if mechanics and staff come and go. We are also raising two little gravity riding girls and when we bought our first extra small used downhill bike, what sealed the deal for us was that it was maintained by Mojo. At the bike parks, we love when we see other riders with Mojo plates or stickers and such. Wishing Mojo all the best and continued prosperity and business success as the gravity (and all bike) center of this red hot bike city.Must also add that our mechanic Jessie, did AMAZING work and was very communicative keeping us in the loop on a fairly detailed project that required lots of little bits of attention. A special treat in this world of talented mechanics who are also cold and aloof. Regards, the Russells
Careless employees. Came in to get some handlebars cut. One end was cut like 3mm shorter than the other side. I asked them to fix it and they just filed the other side down in a very sloppy manner. Now I have $150 carbon bars that are about 6mm shorter than I wanted. The bars were clearly cut without using any kind of guide and was done so extremely lazily. Kinda shocked that a shop that sells high end bikes cant even cut handlebars evenly and correctly. I would suggest avoiding this shop entirely.
Had the absolute best experience at Mojo. I worked with Tyrell & he was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He really took the time to help me find what I was looking for and taught me about different parts and components that could help me achieve my best ride. I walked out with a new bike and now I am stoked to ride this season! Definitely recommend Mojo - the team is AWESOME!
We stepped in to look for a youth full face helmet and enjoyed a well-informed, helpful and productive next hour talking with both Miles as well as the GM. We will be coming here for our sons next bike purchase. A local shop worth getting to know.
I realized I did not have my tire pump while out on a quick ride. Walked into Mojo today for a quick fill. The awesome tech filled by tires and a mini tightening just because he felt it was a little loose. New shop for me and will go back! Thanks, boys!!!
The worst customer service I’ve gotten. Always nice on the phone, but they lost my address three times, my contact info once, lied to me about having shipped out a part, and completely ignored two emails.September 10th I emailed about ordering a part. No response. On October 1st I called and ordered the part. They took my info including shipping address. They did not ask for payment - I’ve ordered through them before so I assumed they had payment info on file.On October 5th I emailed asking if the part arrived. Never got a response. On October 19th I called to ask about the part. They said it had just arrived that morning and that they’d ship it out. They asked for my address again because they weren’t sure they still had it.On October 23rd I called to check in. They sounded relieved I called because they had lost the post it note that had both my address and phone number. I gave them my shipping information for the 3rd time. They said they’d ship it out by Monday. On October 27th, the day AFTER they said they’d ship it out, they called. They didn’t have my credit card info. I gave them my info so they could charge me. They didn’t have the street number for my shipping address (“I just have ‘Roadname Road’, is there a house or apartment number?”) so I had to confirm the shipping address for the 4th time. They said they’d ship it out that day or the next.Over a week later, on November 3rd I called them asking if they had shipped out the part. The person asked who I’d been working with. I gave them the name of the person. They put me on hold for a minute, and then came back to the phone and said they had shipped it out.Today, on November 7th, the part arrived. The postmarked date was November 3rd. There is a tracking number on the package, and the part wasn’t brought to USPS until 4:56PM, 4 hours 23 minutes after they lied to me saying they had already shipped out the part. 7 days after they said they would ship it out “today or tomorrow”. 15 days after they received the part. What a mess... *maybe* they really thought they had shipped it out, and the ‘lie’ was yet another moment of incompetence. I don’t know, and don’t really care. They shouldn’t have told me they had shipped it out if they didn’t know.I really feel that with some form of organization this could be a good shop. The people are nice. But writing info on post it notes, losing that info, etc, is unacceptable these days. And from the looks of it I’m not the only person who’s had a bad experience.
This place is really good if your buying anything other than a service. I have bought all my gear from them with help from their gm which is amazing. I just took my bike into service and they are charging me $130 in labor and 25 in parts. I am just getting my front fork serviced and sealant put in my front tire. They also had to ship out my rear shock because they didnt have the tools to repair it which will cost me another $150. Their service department sucks and I will no longer go here unless im buying parts
We drive all the way from southern Colorado to do all of our business at this shop. It is hands down, the BEST bike shop in all of Colorado! The customer service is outstanding! We have purchased multiple bikes from this shop based on customer service alone. Aside from the great customer service, the staff is super knowledgeable! I am sporting my brand new Mojo Wheels t-shirt that was just GIVEN to me as I type this review! Thanks Mojo Wheels!!
Excellent service, attentiveness, communication. Helped greatly with getting our bike boxed and ready to ship to Europe. Definitely recommend
Great service and shopping experience
Just bought my second bike from their new location and incredibly happy with the service I got. The owner gave me a good deal on a new pivot shuttle, a fair deal trading in my old bike and some free merch is always a nice plus. So happy he talked me into that one absolutely love it. Gotta give a shout out to Tyrell, Jesse and Austin for great customer service thanks guys the first 30 miles on this thing were more fun than Ive had in a while. Ill keep my business there.
Recently bought a used, trade-in bike from Mojo and this was my first experience with the shop. Dealing with Ben and Chris was a real pleasure. Ben is a real asset, really knows his stuff but doesnt come across as a show-off, just humble and honest advice. My first ride on the bike I bought from them was on the Monarch Crest Trail, an experience where you need a reliable rig...or you have a long walk out! The bike performed flawlessly and made a great day even more so! Thanks guys!!!
I used to work at the largest trek dealer in mn, when we moved to Colorado mojo was the obvious choice for service work. They did not disappoint! The mechanical knowledge of this shop is top notch! I couldnt be more stoked recommended this shop. Thanks again for all your help.🤙❤️🎉
Recently bought a bike here and it’s a great shop for sure. They have great deals on bikes and are good people. My one piece of feedback is that they certainly don’t move quickly and have a hard time keeping you in the loop. You will need to call them over and over to keep them moving forward if they don’t have something in stock.Again, it’s not a huge problem considering it’s a great shop with great service.
Mojo Wheels is awesome! Tyrel does a great job providing excellent customer service and the service team is great too
The best bike shop in town IMHO! They carry everything you could possibly need and treat your bike as if it were their own personal ride... really helpful and knowledgeable.
Great experience! Fair pricing! Highly recommended
I brought in a mtb with a flat inner tube and turned my bike into tubeless super fast and they also did it after closing
Got a spoke replaced. Quick turnaround, pretty solid true. When I asked what it was going to cost I was just given the price for the true and the spoke. I brought up that it would need sealant and tape but wasnt given a price. Turns out they charge $20 just to tape one wheel. Feel like half the price tag, especially given the labor disparity between that and the rest of the process, is pertinent information. Have tape and sealant at home, wouldve done that myself.
Awful worst customer service around. Had my bike for a month and still could not fix It. No phone calls from them.i had to.call.myself to even get updates. Dont waste your time here go anywhere else.sraff is rude and not customer friendly.
Awesome! Helpful friendly staff and they have lots of downhill tires in stock.
I used to shop at a major chain for everything bike related. The way Mojo Wheels operates has completely changed that. Tyrell, Trang, Curt and Austin have all been hugely helpful in assisting me with everything from parts for my older bike to shoes for my girlfriend. Their service is top notch, and I can’t recommend them enough. I gladly drive past the big chain store closer to home to be able to walk in the door and be greeted by people who are genuinely happy to do what they love... BIKES! Mojo’s is definitely keeping the mom and pop shop feel alive, and I thank them for it. You guys rule!
Excellent customer service from Jesse and Eric. A special thank you to Eric for being the only person in town who could put my 1978 Japanese wheel hubs back together again from an unassembled position. I was in contact with many bike shops and each time I told them what I needed done and all of them said no or said they did not obtain the skill to deal with these hubs. Within 5 minutes of meeting Eric he agreed to work on my wheels and the only question he asked me is when I wanted them to be picked up. Eric is the premier wheel and hub genius in Denver I suggest you look no further than this mechanic shop for your mechanical needs and bicycles, also wanted to mention not the stuck-up atmosphere that you might experience in other bicycle shops Fair knowledgeable and friendly down Earth people here and a plethora of mountain bikes and accessories. Thank you Jason Sease
I normally dont write reviews, but my experience at this shop with Sam P was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional as well as personable. As a novice mountain biker, he directed me to the perfect bike at a good price. I shopped around, and nobody in Denver came close to what this shop can offer. Highly recommend this shop!
Mojo wheels is awesome. Bought a Santa Cruz and got a great deal. Can’t beat the customer service and the guys went the extra mile to get my bike done before the weekend. Definitely will be back!
Awesome vibes at this bike shop, doesn’t have that corporate-I’m-going-to-screw-you-over feel that many other bike shops tend to have. The staff is super friendly and passionate about the sport. I brought my MTB in to have the brakes bled and they hooked it up on the spot (this was after I had called in earlier during the day and they had told me it would be a three day minimum wait). Super pumped to not have to wait three days. Definitely will be seeing these guys again.
Absolutely the best bike shop in Denver! Inventory is suited more towards the gravity side, but can accommodate all bike lovers.Mechanics have more knowledge about how to fix bikes than any other bike shop I have ever visited. These guys know suspension, linkage, brakes, and drive train and how to keep it all smooth and quite. They have correctly fixed things that others said could not be fixed, and they have backed me on all warranty issues.
The best bike shop in town. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Ive purchased two bikes from them already and working on a third. Grateful for this shop. Thanks to all of you!
This place has always treated me well. They’re the one shop that seems to give you a better option than “I think you need a new bike” when you come in for service. I wouldn’t get my bike tuned anywhere else, and when I’m ready to trade out my 26” wheels and outdated transmission, I know they’ll have the knowledge and bike for me there.
Had a large multi-day bike packing trip schedule and found some mechanical issues with my bike 1 day before the trip. This ride runs through the desert and is remote so mechanical issues could be a serious problem. Took it into Mojos and they turned the bike around in less than a day and did more than I expected to get the bike tip-top and keep me safe. Pricing was more than far. The trip went without a single hitch and I was extremely happy with the bike that rode like new.
Just ... wow. I am so impressed with Bob, Mike, Sam, and the whole team at Mojo Wheels. They are serious mountain bikers who LOVE the sport, not just employees looking to sell a bike. They love helping people. Not to mention, their prices are better than anywhere in Denver. Go here and be WOWed like I was. They have very competitive sales, particularly on last year or lightly used bikes.Santa Cruz, Pivot, Specialized, and other top end brands.Im a really happy customer and want to tell the world how great this place is.
Spent $4k on a bike thats had repeat issues and the little kiddo up front running the register brings an attitude to the table. Why would you put entitled, inexperienced people in a customer service position? Mike saved the day as always so he gets 5 stars, but other then that this place has really lost its charm. After 3 years of loving this place Ill spend my $$$ else where.
Couldnt be happier with the end product! A little miscommunication over labor costs in the beginning but all was worked out in the end. The front end service guy (Mogley?) and the service manager Kurt were both knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My sons 90s GT/Dyno BMX bike mwas brought back to life! As a suggestion to both the shop and future customers, be sure to confirm, at drop off, what your estimated cost will be at pick up. Because of how the situation was handled, Ill gladly bring any bike back to Mojo for future repairs!
Ive been to a dozen bike shops in Denver, some good and some bad. This one is my personal favorite. Theyll customize and swap parts on any bike they sell so you get the components you want. Their default prices on most parts start below suggested retail.Great guys who work there. I ended up riding and becoming friends with some of them.
The guys at Mojo will give you the best price by far in the area or anywhere else. Service and atmosphere is great and all the guys ride which means they actually know what they are talking about. Great selection of bikes and all of the other fun stuff that youll need. You cant go wrong buying from Mojo. Ive bought two downhill bikes from them and couldnt be happier!!
These guys are my preferred shop. Theyre usually busiest during the race season, which I believe to be a good sign. Staff is always helpful and friendly and take care of you quick.P.S. If you want to show your gratitude, they seem to be fond of Dales
Friendly and good prices. The big one is they have lots of DH gear in stock, I appreciate being able to try on helmets/shoes/pads before I buy. They customized my bike, swapped out some parts (granted there was a price difference) I didnt want to those I did. A nice option when a Specialized didnt have the fork I wanted on the Demo8. DH forks are expensive so this was a huge plus for me.
Would give these guys six stars if you could. They are a great crew that not only has the most knowledge and best prices in town, but always makes sure that every detail of the shop work is taken care of and on time. Cant say enough. Go there to buy a bike, upgrade your parts, get a new kit or just talk shop.
This place got all my trust. The guys there are amazing, specially Sam. I walked in one day in July of 2016 looking for the 2017 Santa Cruz Bronson Cs. I spoke with Sam, he gave me a great price and deal, to be honest very hard to believe. Sam asked me for a $500 deposit and told me that the bike will be here in the store in 12 days. Well.....Sam called me 5 days later saying your bike is here and is ready to pick up.This is the first time in my life writing a review. That day I told Sam that I will write a review because they deserve it.Thank you Sam for helping me to get this amazing bike! For you guys looking to buy a new bike, if I were you I will close my eyes and I will go to Mojo Wheels and buy my new bike.Dont forget to ask for Sam!Gracias amigos!Javier
The shop is great! If you need anything, from information, to a new ride, they have you covered. The staff is not pushing for a sale, or to make money off of you. Very knowledgeable all around. Bob is awesome!!!
Every time I google bmx shop Denver this place comes up. They do not carry bmx....they can order you a bike but why would you line the pockets of someone that doesn’t support the scene
These guys are legit the best! So happy to have purchased a bike through them. The sales manager Tyrel was so helpful and knowledgeable.
Awesome staff and selection. Really stand by their stuff too. Earlier this season I purchased a specialized helmet from them. A couple months later, I had a warranty issue with the helmet and inquired about it with a couple specialized dealers closer to my house. Both shops told me I was in my own so I decided to take it up with specialized myself. When I stopped in to get a copy of the receipt from Mojo, they instead replaced the helmet on the spot and told me theyd take care of it- didnt even have to ask. Mojo is further than a lot of other shops for me, but its well worth the extra drive.
Great bikes and great service. I brought in a frame and they turned it into an awesome bike. Highly recommended.
Cool mountain bike shop, lots of sweet bikes and accessories. These guys know their stuff and are easy to work with, no bike snobbery here. I dropped off my neglected Reba fork for them to rebuild, they provided a good price and finished it sooner than they said they would. The thing is literally now better than new. Just one example of the many dealings I have had with them. They will continue to get my business as well as anybody that I know can use them.
What a killer bike shop! The team here knows everything you need to know about servicing or buying a bike. Lets face it, a decent bike isnt cheap. If your gonna spend you money, spend it where you wont be sorry. These guys ROCK!
They always have lots of good gear in stock and quality new bikes. Very knowledgeable about downhill/free ride bikes. Open on Sunday! Been going here for years
After 2 other shops told me I had to replace it, these guys saved my fork and my wallet. It turns out $25 part and their very skilled and reasonably priced labor just got me riding again.Thank you guys so much! Your expertise is much appreciated and all of the employees were very friendly. This place is awesome.
Had some custom wheels built by these guys and theyre absolutely amazing. They were very helpful with everything I wanted and got them done with only a 4 day wait. This was the busy part of the year as well. Great shop, good people, all very knowledgable about everything bikes. They will definitely keep getting my business.
Brought my bike various times over the past 2 years (the last time I was in the store was July of 2017) similar to the review below have basically had nothing but disappointing results...A particular highlight and unforgettable moment was when I brought my Specialized in for the shops premium and most expensive service. This was one week prior to my attempt at the Colorado Trail. After repeatedly emphasizing this service would literally be something akin to live or death for me, the bike was wheeled out with a number of very serious issues. Their excuse later was that the tune up was performed by an employee who had just started at the shop a week prior.I highly recommend bringing your bike somewhere else especially if you are serious about the quality of work performed on your bike / your general safety.
These guys are super friendly and helped me out in a time pinch. I needed a quick adjustment and my seat post cut. Things I failed to get done before our trip and they were able get it done in a flash. Super huge thank you!
They know bikes and treat customers well
If I could give more stars, I would. I walked into the shop a beginner with limited knowledge about what I was looking for and was helped by Logan and Bob. Both were not only patient and respectful to me, but taught me a lot about different types of bikes and let me try out a wide range of bikes (even bikes well out of my budget just so I could see the difference). They gave me great advice and fitted me to a bike. Before coming to Mojo, I visited three other stores who all gave me conflicting advice. I always felt like they were just trying to make a sale instead of doing what was in my best interest. At Mojo, the vibe was completely different and I never felt pressured and never felt that I was being taken advantage of because I was a beginner. These guys dont do what they do to fleece your wallet, they do what they do because they love bikes. As far as Im concerned, theyve earned a loyal customer and I will be shopping here for all my bike needs from here on out!
Love this shop. Friendly and knowledgeable, decent prices. Best part of the shop is seeing all the gems hanging from the ceiling.
I called Alex in service about a drive train upgrade. He made a recommendation, I ordered the parts with overnight delivery. I spoke with two other shops that had a 2-3 week backlog on service. Alex got me in on Friday and the bike was ready on Tuesday in time for Wednesday race day.**Awesome**
Great walk in service. Changed out 3 sets of bearings while I waited.P
Wanted to go pick up a new Bronson on Thursday. Tried to talk to the sales guy, but he wouldnt give me the time of day. In fact, he seemed drunk?? Bought a full suspension bike here years ago. Its a shame- but they definitely lost their mojo. I used to like this place, time to find a different shop.
I live just a few blocks from here and have been coming in off and on for years. I usually do all my own bike maintenance, but in the last few months had to come in to Mojo Wheels. The first time, I needed a last minute head spacer before a long ride. The guys not only helped me out quickly, but gave me the spacer out of some left over parts. Had to go back recently because I could not get a tire to seat tubeless. Was in a rush as I had someone coming over to buy the bike. Mojo seated the tire at no charge, but it deflated. Came back and they were busy, but took the wheel right in and got it seated. Only charged me $3 for some Stans. Great group of people.
Real Professionals! Best selection Ive seen. Have a great seleciton of both new and used bikes. They saved me a lot of money when it was all said and done. Just a great experience. One stop shop for all you MT Bike needs.
Outstanding service and fair pricing. Have already recommended to a couple friends.
Showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they were more than happy to look at my bike. Sam and the team ended up fixing it on the spot and I was good to ride the next day. Great MTB specific inventory and very knowledgable staff. Thanks guys! Ill be a long-time customer.
The nearest (respectable) bike shop is about 15 minutes away, I drive an extra 20 minutes just to take my bike to mojo Wheels instead. They know their stuff and theyve always been more than happy to fill in my knowledge gaps concerning bike parts, repairs, etc, without the condescending attitude Ive noticed at a few other shops. Seems like I stop in about twice a month for one reason or another and every time the staff has been extremely friendly and very helpful.
These guys are the best in town for whatever you need - new bike, service, or just advice. theyre always competitive on price and hassle-free. bought my last two bikes here, ordered my friends frame from here, and will continue to use them for all my future bikes and bike needs.
