Nice people working, friendly, great pricing and had everything I needed and then some. They had plenty of bikes to sell as well. Hard to do in these times. I applaud the one doing the ordering as well as everyone in the store.

The girl up front is the least helpful person I ever dealt with. She made it feel as if I was a burden to her to be in her store.

I’ve spent close to $300 in this store buying accessories for my bikes. I had an issue with my brake pads and asked if they would service my new E-bikes there and was told only if they sold that brand at the store. I asked about how to adjust the brakes and the employee told me to you tube it when I got home. When I asked him another question he just looked at me walked past me and didn’t answer. Today I was in interested in buying lights, a lock and a phone case for my bikes. I stood in front of the lights for over 10 minutes trying to figure out which one would work for my bike. There were 4 people working behind the counter carrying on a conversation among themselves and no one apparently cared to help me. When I returned my previously purchased lights to them and explained why they didn’t work for me no one also took the time to help me find something that would work. It is very apparent they’re not interested in giving service to customers who did not purchase their bikes from them. I won’t return, there are other bike shops close by that may be interested in providing good customer service.

Walked in and they were helping one other customer. I had enough time to look at all the bikes. Two guys toward back of the store working on bikes saw me but didnt offer to wait on me. Clerk checked out the customer who bought some misc. item then began puttering around behind the counter. I stood there for a minute or two and walked out. They did not seem interested in selling me a bike today.I like to keep business local, but tomorrow Ill be in Venice or Sarasota buying a new bike.

Brought my ebike from up north. I needed a soke and brake work. No problem even though I purchased bike at home. Spoke was an issue with other shops because ebike had a heavier gage. Service was professional and everything done in the time promised. I could not be more please to be this far from and found a quality shop like this.Thank you for a great experience!!!!

Took two of my used, inexpensive bikes here for tuneups/minor repairs on two separate occasions. Both times, staff members were friendly and helpful, and didn’t try to up sell me to more expensive bikes (I had this happen at another bike shop). Both repairs were done well and completed fast, all for very reasonable rates.

My husband has purchased 4 bicycles from Gary and Melody. Super friendly and helpful. I will be sending anyone looking for a bike or accessories to see them.

I took my friends bike in on Monday for a wobbly back tire. I was expecting on getting a new rim or tire. I was told there was a few broken spokes and they could be replaced. I paid $31 as he replaced 3 spokes. He told me he did 2 and a 3rd on popped afterward. I tried riding it yesterday and 2 more spokes popped. I brought it to them today and was told this was common. I was cut off from explaining that I wish I was told about this happening and would have bought a new rim. I was told that this was explained. It was not. The only person I dealt w the first time was the guy in the back. The lady up front and the other man up front were rude and didn’t care about what happened. I asked for a credit for the $31 and was told I would be helped out on the new rim. I ended up paying an additional $59 for the rim. So I paid $90 total and all I needed was a new rim. I won’t be going back there. It’s bad business, not to explain to customers 1. What their options are and pricing up front. 2. Not to listen to customers when a problem arises 3. Explain that the fix is only temporary AFTER. Like I said, I wish I was explained all options before I dropped my bike off. It wouldn’t have mattered though, because I believe the owner is the one who cut me off when I was explaining that the options were not given to me

We purchased three bikes today. I Would definitely recommend Real Bikes of Englewood! They were very friendly and knowledgeable! They wanted to make sure we were 100% comfortable with our bikes before we made the purchase. Love our new bikes! Thank you!

Disappointed In the person working at the shop. There was no one in shop when I walked in and asked a question to which he responded, Look it up on YouTube. The same answer he gave others that have posted reviews. He seemed uninterested in helping or selling. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have bought 3 bikes from this shop so far, I love these guys! Even though I know very little about bikes, they have never been condescending or rude. Real Bikes Englewood is the opposite of most other bikes shops I have been to. They dont care that I know nearly nothing about bikes. I want to ride and they want to help me learn. Cant say enough good things about this store.The service after the sale is the best in the area. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and they care about the people in the community. Real Bikes in Englewood has the best staff I have dealt with when it comes to bike shops. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They have answered and helped with every question and issue we have had with our biking obsession that we currently poses. They have repaired my 2003 mountain bike that works like new. We have purchased 5 other bikes from Real Bikes Englewood in the past few yrs. with the latest being as early as yesterday, 6/6/2018 and cannot beat the service that we have received from them and the staff. Fast, Friendly, Reliable and reasonable! These guys are the best in the area. We have 14 bikes and Ive used them for repairs three times now. Two out of the three times they said if you want to wait a minute Ill fix it right now You cant get better service than that and its all with a smile. Hats off to Real Bikes!
