We worked with Jennifer at BKC to both design and install custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Jennifer helped us tremendously to visualize what our design would look like and was great about helping us work through the countless details. We thought that the visualization software Jennifer used was much better than other cabinet designers we talked to. The cabinets arrived on-time to help us meet our project schedule and Danny did an amazing job on the install. The finished project looked exactly like the planned design and we had no major issues during the whole process. Jennifer was very responsive during install and helped us answer questions from our contractor as well. We had one issue with some crown molding and Jennifer helped us fix this issue right away. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of both the design and the cabinetry we received by working with BKC.

We had a wonderful experience renovating our kitchen with Heather Evans and BKC Kitchen. Heather developed a new layout for our kitchen – one we would never have thought of ourselves. She was very helpful and professional throughout the design and planning process and made sure BKC Kitchens delivered. The cabinets are of good quality and improved the functionality of our kitchen. Our new kitchen is even better than we could have imagined!

We remodeled our kitchen from head to toe. The cabinets were an essential part of the design as it is open to the rest of our home. Our designer, Mary Jenkins, was amazing to work with. Professional, timely, had great recommendations for placement of things based on her experience, and kept within our budget. Every cabinet and storage space mattered, since we have a small home! We also used their installation service and was extremely impressed. Our home was built in 1910, so you can imagine nothing is straight. They did an incredible job making everything look square, straight and professionally installed. We love the look of our cabinets, we couldnt have configured a better layout without Mary, and are extremely happy with the color and quality!

We absolutely recommend BKC for your cabinet needs! We were unexpectedly launched into a kitchen remodel because of a water leak while we were gone on vacation. We turned to BKC after our neighbors recommended them from a job theyd done 17 years prior. We were lucky to be able to work with Paul, who was a master at helping us make the most of a small kitchen footprint and moderate budget by maximizing our usable cabinet space and recognizing our style preferences quickly. The finished work is beautiful and a huge upgrade from our previously outdated kitchen that got abruptly torn out. Beyond the cabinet decisions, Paul even helped advise on the process of how to rebuild the kitchen from the studs up to maximize our efforts. The manufacturer ended up sending an incorrect cabinet insert despite the correct item order number and the people at BKC got it all straightened out without hesitation. Brian was sent to get it switched after it came in and tweak little things to help make sure everything worked exactly how we wanted. This company takes care of their clients and stands by their work. We couldnt be happier. Note: The cabinets are actually lighter than my pictures show.

I dont write reviews anywhere. I will write a review for Paul. We worked with a great architect on our kitchen remodel and thought we had final plans. I wasnt totally satisfied with them but thought they were the best we could do with our space. We consulted Paul on cabinets and he came back to us with a new kitchen design, completely unprompted. It was perfect and so were all of the changes he made for us along the way. Paul is not only incredibly competent and responsive but personable and delightful to work with. He also has impeccable taste and extensive knowledge of all things kitchen related that we found ourselves consulting him on everything from appliances to backsplash. If youre not using Paul on our next remodel, youre missing out.

We feel very fortunate to have worked with Paul Lintault at BKC. Paul is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. Hes a great communicator, and was always available to answer any questions. Calls were returned promptly, and he always seemed to go the extra mile. We did the installation ourselves, and his extensive list of contractors (counters, tile, fixtures, doors ...) was invaluable. Personable and easy to work with, and great professional service. Weve already referred friends to him.

Cabinets came out wonderfully. It took a while to get the custom sample correct but after that was done we were good to go. Jennie was fun to work with and made the hundreds of changes we wanted! We are detailed customers. One of the Trash cans did not work well so they are replacing it with a different style. Id work with them again on another project. Their customer service is very good. They sincerely care about your build.

Caitrin McIlvain’s guidance through my kitchen remodel project was really helpful - thoughtful questions were asked about how I used the space, what was working well, and what frustrated me about the old kitchen. Her thoughtfulness, creativity, attention to detail & expertise all ended up in a design that exceeded my expectations. Within the same small footprint in my condo I now have more useable storage and the space is way more functional. Highly recommend Caitrin for your kitchen design needs.

We decided a few years ago to replace our 40+ year-old kitchen cabinets and 20+ year-old formica counters, but found the process of shopping for cabinets and obtaining estimates for installation MUCH more complex and frustrating than expected. Cabinet sellers would give us estimates for cabinets and counters, but refuse or be unable to give us an estimate for installation. One cabinet supplier gave me the name of the installer, but, despite repeated calls and conversations, he never bothered to give me an estimate. I gave up for quite a while. Last year, I decided to give it another try, and contacted several cabinet sellers, including BKC Kitchen and Bath in Englewood.That proved to be a very smart move. BKCs salesperson, Pete Von Esten, was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive. I contacted BKC because they sell a brand of cabinets, Crystal, that I had identified to be a solid brand. Pete was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of framed versus frameless cabinets, and in clarifying the features of and differences between the somewhat less expensive Crystal Current line and the more expensive Crystal Keyline or Encore. Pete won my confidence when he did not try to up-sell me, but forthrightly recommended, given the style and finish we sought, we go with the less expensive Current line, which is very well constructed and could be upgraded with more plywood, etc., at a modest additional cost. We ordered framed Crystal Current cabinets.Pete won our business thanks to: (1) his honesty, courtesy, and patience in preparing repeatedly revised plans based upon our decision to go with replacement of soffits and taller cabinets extending to the ceiling; (2) his recommendation, when I asked him for the name of a contractor he recommends, that I contact Dave Ricard at Interior Solutions. To my relief, Dave, though very busy, responded as quickly as possible to my request he come by, gave us an estimate in short order, and readily adjusted it when we decided to add removal of soffits, drywalling, and taping where the soffits had been, as well as can ceiling lights in lieu of suspended fixtures. His estimate seemed reasonable. Finally, we had the information we needed! Dave thereby helped BKC seal the deal.Dave is (for good reason) very busy. Nailing down a date took some time and persistence because of schedule conflicts, but Dave showed up exactly when he said he would, in late April. Dave and his assistant, Joe, very quickly won our confidence and affection. Dave and Joe are very personable, but also very hard-working, efficient, and meticulous. They maintained a clean and orderly work site, putting down mats or putting up plastic sheeting to protect our house from debris or dust. Dave readily worked with us to add several additional ceiling can LED lights as well as under-cabinet LED lights, which required considerable additional rewiring and time, at significant but reasonable additional cost. They consistently showed up when expected, and never left us uninformed about next steps or hanging.Throughout, BKC and Interior Solutions put their customer first. The Cambria quartz slabs Dave had ordered via his preferred counter fabricator arrived at the fabricators shop with a scratch in the surface. Rather than just polish the surface and foist the counters on us (something to which we would have been none the wiser), Dave insisted on replacement of the slab, because polishing of the surface instead of replacement would void the warranty. When we faced a minor glitch because not enough scribe molding had accompanied the cabinets, Dave and Pete agreed that BKCs tech would install it when it came in. BKCs tech did so after Daves work was done, along with cabinet door restrictors. Pete also very kindly had the tech cut us some extra shelves at no charge from extra particle board shelving BKC had (much cheaper than ordering extras from Crystal). We could not be more pleased with Pete, BKC, or the beautiful cabinets they supplied us. Outstanding across the board (excuse the pun)!

We set out to remodel our kitchen in the fall and went to three different places. My expectations were low after the first two until we happened upon BKC. We were lucky enough to catch Paul Lintault and knew right away we were in great hands. BKC has an exceptional showroom and an impeccable design team. As I write this I am stunned at how the final product has turned out. Paul produced a superior layout to what we had originally planned out. He clued us into storage solutions/features we never knew we had to have. The build quality of our Medallion cabinetry is terrific. The paint color we chose (eucalyptus) is gorgeous and durable. The professionalism of the delivery agent, installation crew and the customer service is top notch. I give this company my highest recommendation. I will post pictures on this review when the finish carpentry is complete.

Candice Hill was our kitchen designer, and she was absolutely incredible. She helped us find a cabinet product that would give us the aesthetic we wanted but kept us within our budget. Her CAD drawings really brought the project to life before it was even ordered, and her dedication to her clients is second to none, she would go in on Saturdays just to meet us because we lived so far away from BKC, that weekends were the only time we could make it in to match products together. On top of that, our house is 40 years old, and some of our walls were not quite true, but she made sure everything was perfect before the project was done. She was always super patient with us and our numerous changes, and requests to modify the cabinet color or layout, as well as special ordering trim pieces to make everything look absolutely perfect. We could not be happier with how our remodel turned out.

BKC was the only company who called us back. So we went with them and Candice was our designer. We own a home that is 105 years old and needed an entire kitchen renovation. Candice met us in their store and we went over all of the cabinets that can be ordered and she was patient in explaining the difference between them all. She then came to our house and took two sets of measurements. One being for the current place of the kitchen and one for possibly moving the kitchen across the room. We received digital designs for both ideas which helped us decide what we wanted. We tweaked a few things and Candice was more than willing to accommodate our needs. We wanted an island and she did it! I didn’t think we could! We also ended up adding a small pantry cabinet after we ordered the cabinets because we ended up not knocking out part of a wall.. no problem! She got it done! I can’t tell you how many times I called Candice asking about hardware, the sink size etc. and I always heard back from her. She came the day of install to make sure the plans were clear and came back after install to inspect. If I had to do it all over again I would no doubt go with BKC. The quality of the cabinets is top of the line. Our installer even went the extra mile to add crown molding where it wasn’t planned for. What a beautiful surprise. I’m so grateful for Candice and Paul. They made my dream kitchen come to life and forever transformed our house into a home. Love you all!

We ordered kitchen cabinets and we are not happy with the service. Our designer was Heather and before we paid and ordered she was available any time and was very nice. After we ordered and paid it was hard to reach her she did not get back to us about the next steps. We could not get to talk to her on the phone and the emails were short and snappy.. She came and measured but our crown molding does not fit and the piece above the sink does not fit. There is more time and cost to customize those pieces.Also we ordered bathroom cabinets and we had more issues. She went to measure and there is a pipe coming from the floor which is a problem with floating cabinets . Nonetheless she went ahead and she ordered the cabinets anyways without telling me that there is a problem and that we have to solve that. Now she is blaming it on my contractor that he said he will solve it. My complaint is that if there was a problem she should have told me so I can solve it or change the design before I order.I waited for more than 6 weeks to hear back from her about the bathroom cabinets and when i finally wrote to her to ask where they are at since the lead time was 3 weeks. She said they are in the warehouse because she waited for me to be ready?? How am I going to know she has them since she did not tell me they are here?My husband called the owner to complain and his excuse was that Heather was out for a few days and that she is really busy overall .I did not fell that she was busy before we paid, it was only after we paid and were locked into a contract that she suddenly got really busy and really snappy and short and could not return a call. I am sorry to say this because I wish this all did not happen. I certainly will not order from BKC again

Cabinetry sale and installation for kitchen and bathroom.We worked with Mary Jenkins on our kitchen & bathroom remodel/renovation plan. She helped us pick out the cabinets and plan how best to re-configure our space. She did a great job of listening to us - hearing what we wanted given the way we use the space, rather than trying to get us to do something that was pretty, but not necessarily practical. Even her suggestions for hardware (dont get the square knobs - they wont stay squared up/level over time & it will drive you nuts) were insightful. Her designs were thorough, and the BKC installation went very well - timely and meticulously done. I would recommend BKC and Mary to anyone looking for new cabinets or help designing their space.

My BKC experience was a delight from start to finish! The showroom is comfortable, spacious and loaded with tasteful, yet affordable, options. I chose BKC to remodel my kitchen because they were the most responsive and flexible company that I reached out to. Our designer (Jennie Showers) was able to create a fantastic design that worked for our tight layout. She took the guess work out of the cabinet design giving us the proper corner cabinets, spice drawers, trash cabinets, etc. in all the right, places. I feel like we are really using our space to its maximum potential with the new design and layout. The delivery and installation process went smoothly with a few unexpected challenges regarding the trim pieces. These were quickly and painlessly solved. Everyone at BCK including the delivery guys, installers, showroom coordinators, and of course our designer have been great to work with. BKC is the ONLY company that I have worked with throughout my entire remodel that I can truly recommend to anyone. They were hands down the best. If you are thinking about redoing a kitchen, do it with BKC! It will look great and be as painless as this type of project can be. Remember not having a kitchen for 2-3 months is going to be hard no matter what.

Our remodel included a new master suite, large kitchen and family room/wet bar. She thoughtfully worked within our budget without sacrificing quality or functionality. The product is high-quality, beautiful and family friendly. She was responsive, professional and fun to work with. I cannot recommend BKC or Caitrin highly enough. We interviewed several kitchen design/cabinet suppliers... and BKC/Caitrin were competitively priced and provided exceptional service. I cant recommend them highly enough.

We just left this location after meeting with Rod to design a small, but hopefully very nice basement kitchen for my mother. Without asking us what we envisioned or budgeted, we were immediately taken to the back budget wall and barely given the time of day. When we asked what the options were for inside the drawers and cabinets we were told to go look it up online. On our way out, we were told that we should go look at Habitat for Humanity for our cabinets. I dont even understand why we were profiled this way - granted, I walked in wearing yoga pants, but dont many people run errands in comfortable clothing? Maybe it was the fact that we were two women without a man to help us decide or pay. I was very disappointed in our experience having researched the location and driven 15 miles from our house to visit this supposedly quality store. Do not prejudge people who walk into your store. You missed out on a potentially small, but high-end job that would have probably taken minimal effort on your end. I will never consider walking into your store again.

Jennifer used our floor-plan, aesthetic desires, and budget to put together a design that exceeded our expectations. This allowed us to be very confident in our cabinetry purchase. As we waited for the cabinets, Jennifer was very helpful in answering my questions so that I could complete the rough work prior to cabinet installation, following her detailed and measured plans. This exceeded my expectations as the rough in work was really my responsibility. I could not have completed that rough in work to spec without her kind advice. When the cabinets came and we started installing them, Jennifers design skills proved their worth. Everything really came together very well for this picky engineer. Overall, I was very impressed with BKC and Jennifers knowledge in kitchen design, cabinetry, and attention to detail.Thank you!

My experience was over the top positive, and i could not be more pleased with the results! I think the process of meeting with the designer (heather smith) and contractor (brad king) at the same time is a brilliant idea. We were able to bounce around ideas at the same time checking the restrictions of the layout to see what was actually possible.The final outcome was beyond amazing! From the functional layout, to the marriage of style and finishes, i am thrilled with the result and highly recommend BKC Kitchen and Bath.

We remodeled our 2000 kitchen it BKC did an excellent job. We had visited other kitchen places but when we met with Paul and described what we wanted he came back with a plan of exactly what we asked for. We have had such a positive experience with our new kitchen. Mary was a delight to work with and made great suggestions. We had remodeled our kitchen in the 1980s and installed BKC cabinets. Those cabinets are now being used in other parts of the house. Everyone who has seen our new kitchen loves it. The contractor brought people over to see it and when we went to social events people would come up to us and say they had heard about our new kitchen and would love to see it. When people come and enter the doorway to the kitchen there first words are Wow. We are also very happy with the cabinets in our Master Bath and get lots of compliments on them. We had one couple who are interested in remodeling their kitchen come over and when the husband saw it he said, This is exactly what I have in mind. I should get some business cards from Mary and pass them out. We like BKC and will do business with you whenever the need arises.

Overall our experience with BKC was very good. We went with them because they were recommended by a friend. Peter was great to work with. He doesnt pressure you at all, but isnt afraid to add advice when needed. He knows his stuff. The contractor that BKC recommended was excellent. We did hit some bumps in the road with the appliances and the cabinets. The appliance company we used was terrible. But Peter was very responsive with any problems that arose. The outcome is that we have a beautiful kitchen that will last us for years.

Earlier this year we renovated a home in Evergreen for our son and his family. In the design process, our designer Dorothy was patient, creative, and open to all kinds of questions. She went over everything in detail - above and beyond. They helped us take advantage of manufacturer discounts. During installation our contractor said we love it when a kitchen is well designed - everything fits and it all goes together so much easier. The few issues that needed handling were done quickly and professionally (love the repair guy who swapped out the drawer glide for a heavy duty one). We decided to do a complete remodel of our 20 year old kitchen. A friend/neighbor had also used BKC so we decided to check them out. We looked around the showroom and then decided to talk to a designer. We were lucky to get Paul L. He was very helpful as my husband and I didnt know what or where to go. He even told us I wont let you make a mistake. I had originally chosen a stark white cabinet but when we went to pick out our granite - he laid down a stark white door and a off white door. It was quite obvious that a stark white was not the right choice. Paul was friendly, easy to talk to, and had a lot of knowledge in construction and design. It was a great experience. Paul L (designer), Paul H (installer) and John (warranty) were all friendly and professional.

My 60s kitchen still had the original cabinets and as my appliances started to die, it needed an update. I liked BKCs showroom and talked with Jennie S. about what I wanted. She developed an excellent design. There are a lot of decisions (material, color, trim, layout, hardware, interior options, etc.) that I needed help with. She figured out my situation pretty quickly always made suggestions that I liked. There is no wasted space in my small kitchen and she got all of the measurements exactly right. Installation was professional and on schedule. My cabinets are high quality at a good price. I am happy. If you are remodeling your kitchen, you should check out BKC.

I worked with Jennie Showers to come up with crown molding, ordering two replacement cabinets and to come up with a design for my plain sides of my cabinets. Jennie was very helpful and came up with the perfect crown molding and was able to help me with getting the right replacement cabinets. We ultimately decided not to get the items for the plain sides of the cabinets but Jennie provided great service and ideas. My kitchen looks absolutely fantastic!Thanks Jennie!
