Both locations are SCUM OF THE EARTH, sleaziest car salesman ive met in the 5 states ive bought a car in.
Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had while shopping for a new car!!!! Scott made things as smooth as possible! Never made us felt rushed and answered all our questions thoroughly! He did everything possible to help us drive out in the car we wanted even if we didn’t have so good credit! I would strongly recommend checking these guys out before going anywhere else!!!!!Thank you! We are very great full.(Subaru Legacy)
Bought a used 2010 Jeep for my daughter. Very clean and test drive was fine. We bought the car and then took it out on the highway when there was a bad vibration. Took it back one day later and was not happy. They took it back and fixed the U-joint and transmission at their cost. They could have sent us down the road as we bought it as is, but made things right. Thanks Scott (salesman), James (mechanic, I think), and Niels (Manager, I think). Very professional and even offered me a rental car while repairs were being completed. Will go back for my next car. Thanks guys!!!!
Great place to buy a used car. Scott was very helpful and let the cars do the selling for him. No pressure to upgrade. The process was very straightforward. Got what I wanted for a reasonable price. 😎
Not at all reputable or trustworthy. Would give this place zero stars if I could. They sold me a lemon of a car that has given me nothing but issues since I bought it. Not drivable for the past two weeks and I’ve owned the vehicle less than 6 months. As a first time car buyer, I was taken advantage of. Save yourself the headache and the money by taking your business elsewhere.
Be very careful and get your car checked by a trusted mechanic before getting anything from here. I was told everything worked great with my suv but the first time i took it to firestone they quoted me a $2500 repair charge for all the things that were wrong with the vehicle. When i called back asking if they could help me with any of those costs of course i am not under warranty so ended up having to foot the bill myself. They mark the selling price based on an excellent condition vehicle on kbb but their vehicles are far from that!!
Spoke to a sales guy there a few weeks back and he was extremely shady. He told me it never had any damage and did not even take time to look at the car fax to see it had minor repairs. I would not trust doing business with this place. They’re just like every other sleezy car dealership trying to make a quick buck.
I bought my 2016 Nissan Rogue in great condition from James Tucker, I had great customer experience, the buying process was quick and simple and James made me feel like I was doing the deal from the comfort of my own house, me and my family are gonna buy all of our cars from Davidson motors.
Bought a used 2011 Subaru Forrester from James less than 3 months ago with not even 100k miles and the head gasket blows off under the hood while I’m in the middle of nowhere and now I have to pay half of what the car is worth in repairs to the engineCouldn’t be more upset with this experience, they told me this car would last another 100k miles it didn’t even make it 5k what an absolute joke DO NOT buy a car from here
Seems to be an honest Used carlot. Everybody was nice and helpful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained anything i did not understand. Also, made the process quick and easy:)
Knowledgeable, friendly, small staff. They definitely stay on top of there game. Great first time buyer programs. This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and I gotta say I’m glad I came to Davidsons motors especially with there friendly employee Scott. he was very helpful and got me the right vehicle I wanted for a good price. He delivered on everything he said and was on point! I was very happy with my purchase. I’ve had the car for 3 days now and there is no issues whatsoever runs smooth and it passed emissions. I would recommend anybody to go here. Great prices and great cars!
I had a terrible experience here as a first time buyer, and don’t recommend. I had a much better buying experience at Cherry Creek in Denver.
Worked with Scott and James, both very friendly, accommodating, timely, and transparent! Gave me a great deal without any pressure to buy! Excellent overall experience, highly recommend to anyone in the market!
These guys are pretty solid in the world of suspect used car dealerships. Had to haggle a bit to get the warranty written on paper which was kind of weird but the buying process was easy enough and haven’t had any issues with the vehicle up to now! This place seems more trustworthy than any other used dealerships throughout Denver, I would recommend checking them out.
I bought a car from here 8/27/20 they paid off the car I was driving. Got a decent interest rate. I got an oil change done on the car I bought and last friday the car all of a sudden quit on me! Now its sitting at a dealership in Glenwood Springs, even bought the $3000.00 insurance policy and Subaru says I have to come up with $1,900.00 to tear engine apart for Insurance company to see what happened. And already gave permission $1,200.00 for something else. This has been such a stressful purchase when you pay the $3000.00 Insurance isnt that supposed to cover all this? Isnt there some kind of lemon law? 30,60,90 days? What has made things difficult is I got No paperwork none for the sale of the car of the Insurance nothing! Have they gone paperless like everything else? The car is still at Subaru Insurance I bought is worthless they will payout $3,481.75 for the engine tear down and replacement of a blown engine. Lemon! Dont buy a car from this dealership you will regret it!!!
Man that was easy! Test drove 2 cars, bought the 1st one. Its been a great vehicle so far. It had a broken turn signal lever and they took care of that for me. Scott was great. Got me in and out of there in under a couple hours. Easiest vehicle purchase Ive ever made.
5 stars for the car buying experience; 3 stars for communication and repairs, thereafter. I love the car I purchased with them- Volvo XC60. Super easy buying experience, no pressure, and allowed me to take it to a mechanic to be looked at prior to buying (which I recommend). It checked out so I made the purchase.I had a really hard time getting it to pass emissions. Come to find out, some dealers and air care colorado have a more detailed code reader than what some mechanics have so when I initially took it to the mechanic it did not pick up this code. After the first emissions test did not pass, I dropped it back off at Davidsons for them to work on. They told me it would be done in 24-48 hours and then had the car for 2 weeks. If I had been told, they didnt know how long it would take to fix, then I could have planned accordingly. This was very stressful because I work in healthcare, needed to continue to go into work, and didnt have the option for uber bc of the pandemic. After I picked it up from Davidsons, drove it more, it still did not pass emissions. I ended up taking it to a foreign car mechanic who was able to fix this in a day. The whole experience of trying to get it to pass lasted from April-August. It caused me stress, 3-4 trips to air care colorado, a trip to an auto parts store, and 2 drop offs with mechanics. In the end, Davidsons did reimburse me for the work done at the other mechanic which I was very appreciative of. I dont regret my purchase since I love my car but wanted to post this in case this makes it easier for others who purchase here.
James Tucker is hands down the best car salesman in the business. Very professional, nice, understanding, and VERY handsome. He has sold me my last two cars and they have been perfect for me. I highly recommend this dealership over any other one. They are all awesome to work with, very understanding, and willing to work with their customers as best as they can.
James Tucker is the bees knees! He came in early on a Saturday to work my financing down through credit union of Colorado and saved me 6% interest! He even held my 4 month old while i installed the car seat in my new ride. My car was competitively priced so we didnt get bogged down with haggling. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you for making the car buying experience as painless as possible!
Id give ten stars if I could! These guys were able to work with me under less-than-ideal circumstances to get me into the car I wanted, at a great price! They were responsive, respectful, accommodating and even stayed late to close the deal. When most of the small car lots around here are shady fly-by-night places, these guys are upstanding with good quality vehicles. Highly recommended! Thank you Scott, I couldnt be happier with the car!
Long story short great customer service!! Found a car I’ve been looking for for awhile, seen it at Davidson motors, way better deal then a franchise dealership. They provide me with the carfax with no issues. Went through different finance options with them, this was a Friday. I gave them a three hundred dollar deposit to hold the vehicle for a week which they were upfront about stating that it was nonrefundable and if I did buy the car it would go towards the down payment. Went in the next week on a Thursday. James had all the paperwork ready to which I had already agreed upon. I was out of that dealership in about a half an hour! I’ve done a lot of car buying in my life and this has been the best experience that I’ve had, thanks James!
I bought a vehicle from Davidsons a couple of weeks ago. Not only that was a sweet deal, but the car runs great. Enjoying my new vehicle. The process didnt take awfully long either. Thanks James...🙂
Very relaxed atmosphere. James was super knowledgeable. Made buying a car super easy. Appreciate you running us through the process quickly. Thanks James
Me and my wife just traded in and purchased a vehicle. The trade in value was higher than a few other dealers I visited and the vehicle we purchased was priced very well. My wife loves her new car. I have never had such an amazing experience purchasing a car until now. Our salesman Scott was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be back for my next purchase.
Just bought a truck from here yesterday. James made the whole experience a good one for my wife and I. I had been shopping around for over 2 weeks and this was by far the best deal I found. James was helpful, honest and sincere. It isnt the nicest looking place, but when you can grab a great vehicle at a great price it doesnt matter. Will be checking in here for future vehicle purchases.
I bought my Nissan Murano last month form here. The car did not pass emissions, so the dealership “fixed” the problem by temporarily adjusting the check engine light. Once it passed emissions, it was no longer their problem. The check engine light came back on for the same readings only a few days after emissions passed my vehicle.I got a toll bill = $14.75 in the mail last week for the week they kept my car and have received no response from the dealership. I have called and sent multiple emails.I just got the vehicle checked out by my mechanic (DO THIS BEFORE PURCHASING people, please) and there is paint sprayed over some rust under the car. There are brake issues that will cost me around $1000 to fix.
I’ve never bought a used car at one of these street side small dealerships. I can’t say how nice and helpful these guys were. No sales pressure, they have an off the lot warranty, and after I drove it off the lot - a non warranty minor problem happened on the way home - sent me a $200 check next day no questions asked . Carmax service without the 15% corporate markup.
This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. There is one name associated with the amazing experience we had- TIM!Please go in and see him. He bent over backwards to help us get the best financing and deal possible and still went beyond to find an better financial deal for even after we drove the car off the lot.Don’t hesitate in deciding whether this is the place to go or not. Get in there and see Tim!You never know folks you may have a friend for life.
Amazing customer service !!! Great experience before AND after the sale. I needed a part replaced shortly after my purchase and James took care of it the same day! There was never any pressure, everyone is professional and they worked hard to get my loan approved. I will never buy a car from anywhere else!!!
Found a Honda Pilot online at the Englewood location, I looked at the car and knew what I was buying and the price was fair. Contacted and worked with Scott throughout the process, very easy to work with, process was quick and easy, we were in and out in about 2 hours after doing the credit app online. Scott was friendly, easy to work with and not pushy. Would recommend giving them a chance if your in the market for a car. I must say this was the best dealer experience I have ever had.
So its a used car dealership and standards are low but they went above and beyond to make you feel like a nothing particularly after the sale. Make sure to get the warranty details in writing at the time of sale because any simple repair thereafter is an act of God to get them to reimburse. I made it up to the owner to try to discuss the warranty details. After four weeks of trying to get in touch him and hearing he just stepped out EVERY TIME, I forced the issue and the last time I called, the receptionist told me he was at a dental appointment and would give him a note and I would hear back from him the next day - still nothing. SO, dont expect any service after the sale from this outfit. Denver has a lot of used car dealerships, some are reputable, this is not one you need to waste your time with like I have.
Nice cars great selection. People were super nice and professional. Not pushy or rude. Very nice place.
Went on In yesterday to buy a jeep liberty and walked out of there without an issue with it. Real nice and easy definitely recommend for first time buyers.
Gotta tip my hat to these guys. They were amazing. I first requested info on a vehicle they had there. Scott was great at answering all my questions. We ran into a problem when we tried to qualify me for the vehicle I was interested in. But due to lack of paperwork and such on my end it just simply wouldnt work out. Not even five minutes later Scott called back saying even though that vehicle didnt work out they had another on the lot. A little older in yearsbut it turned out to be the best buy ever!!! It was closer to the price range I needed, so I only had to finance a small portion of it. The process was easy and fast. I put down the $300 deposit to hold it for me which they made very clear was non refundable. I had to wait for a check to hit my account. They were awesome about letting me take it to my mechanic, when my check hit I went to pick it up and finish the process. James was there that day who was great I was done within 30 minutes even with my two year old with me. I am in love with my new car!! Makes working for Lyft stress free and the car was in great condition and cleared by my mechanics, it was a good buy. So yeah these guys in my books are trustworthy. No one else could have done what they did. They arent pushy they come real with it. And that made the experience better. Not to mention they were patient. I had to take both my kids with me which is a little hectic when trying to obtain a new vehicle. They were welcoming and understanding. And patient!!! Wish I could post a pic of my new ride but I got the2010 Nissan Altima #Pearl is her name
Everyone is so friendly and provided fast service . I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new vehicle. 👌 The best place in Colorado hands down 👌
Horrible and dishonest service. Who is Tyler? Strange comment.
Purchased my first car about a week ago from Davidsons with the help of Scott. I showed up with way too many family members and Scott was able to answer everybodys questions without over pressuring to get a certain car. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my whole family is too, (which is ultimately the only thing that matters).
Came to Colorado from New Mexico on a mission to get a car. We know Subaru is the most popular in Colorado, and northern NM as well so we would find a variety to choose from. We stopped at about 3 dealerships and left all of them.. alot of them had an elitist attitude toward us and fancy watches. This place from the get go had a more humble vibe. Smaller office, very friendly staff. Got a great car for a great price. The whole experience was a great one, From begining to end. Wrapping up paperwork and such didnt take too long either. I knew that this would be the place I get my car.
This is a great place to buy a car. I bought a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder and couldnt be more pleased. Scott was so helpful and made the whole process as painless as possible. The hardest part was choosing between the two vehi les I was interested in. They have great selection. Check this place out first.
Had an awesome experience. No pressure on buying and walked out with a good car at a awesome price. Highly recommend!
Sold us a car that we drove home and went to start the next day and the battery was dead. It was a prius with the special starter battery that cost $275 to replace, so plenty of incentive to pass the cost on to the customer, as compared with a normal car battery. There is no way in heck they didnt know about it.And now, the title is still in the mail, over 2 months after we bought it as well. So our paper plates have expired and we cant register it.This has been the worst used vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.
Exceptional customer service and experience, these guys definitely know what they’re doing! Thanks James for helping my fiancé and I get the car we wanted for our new baby on the way, you were awesome!
Must say for Just a walk in and not being referred, was by far the best experience I have ever had from a car dealership the entire experience was completely comfortable from looking to negotiateing all the way to the deal drove off with a vary good reliable vehicle with the comfort of any situation to arise they would help an any circumstance. Vary good customer service with great cars and deals will definitely advise anyone car shopping to go here James is the man and cares about his customers I’m vary satisfied with my purchase and believe that I was takin care of the entire time I am a family man with kids and understand the pressure of a reliable vehicle me and my wife are completely satisfied and our kids love our new car thank you James and everyone that helped over at Davidson Motors you guys rock.
I had a really great experience here. The owner is nice. His cars smell good too.
Exceptional service. Business done well and easy.
Staff was very helpful only thing I believe if you buy a car the dealer should fill it up with gas other than that Awesome service
Scott was very friendly, and I got a killer deal on a car. Definitely will go back when Im ready for another car.
Like before this is a really good website, very easy to use
Yes i was hea and hea i was but was i hea yes i was
Very easy and knowledgeable dealers just bought a 08 ford escape from them and love it they arent pushy or make you feel like you need to buy and their selection is well priced
Very good experience with Scott and James. Very good quality used cars!
PLEASE READ BEFOR YOU BUY from here!! I bought a car here and made it 37 miles from dealer check engine light came on. Took it back they said they would take care of it. Was in shop for 27 days. Of the first 45 days. Gave it back went 1600 miles befor same issue happened. Took the car to a different shop and found out they been lying to me the whole time. All they were doing is re-setting my computer. Waited to long to do anything legal. Had to trade the car i bought from them in and was upside down a large amount on my current loan. Please dont buy from here. Not honest people.
Friendliest, low pressure dealer Ive ever been to.
Editing a previous review...My husband and I purchased a Ford Escape from Davidsons Motors, Englewood location in October. Up until mid-December, we had the car in the shop almost every weekend and a good portion of every week. The day after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on, and thats when the problems started. The salesperson we worked with added the check engine light an appointment with their service center that we set up upon purchase of the vehicle for a list of other issues. Unfortunately, he had turned the check engine light off, and when we went in for the appointment, were told that there were no issues with the engine and that we needed new tires to fix the alignment/balancing. When we dropped the car off at the Aurora location, we asked them to look into the fluids, as we did not believe they had been checked as was stated on the CarFax report, because we had to fill some of them ourselves. We were told there were no issues. The salesperson sent us to a location near the Englewood location to get new tires shortly thereafter, covering it themselves (~$200 for that brand). We took it for an alignment at our regular maintenance shop the following week, covering that ourselves ($100). When we had it in our shop, the maintenance team found that we needed a new catalytic converter; and quoted us $1,200, and also provided an oil change, telling us that the oil change was overdue (indicating it was not checked at the Aurora location, as we requested, and shouldve been done before we purchased the vehicle). Davidsons covered the catalytic converter, which was appreciated, but took some phone calls, coordination, and effort on our end, as they sent us all over the metro area. Unfortunately, when we picked up the car two days later, the maintenance man told us that our coolant was leaking, which was a problem that had initiated prior to us purchasing the vehicle. One day later, the check engine light came on (again, we had filled the coolant the day after receiving it from the dealership). As they had just taken care of the catalytic converter, I figured we would see what was wrong before contacting them again. We brought the car into the Groove Ford dealership, as we figured they would know the car better than anyone. The next day, the service center called me with an estimate of $2,300 in repairs that are not covered under the $3,000 warranty we purchased from AUL as part of the car sale. There were another $1,500 worth of repairs that are covered under the warranty with AUL. After hearing this information, that there were major safety items that should have been addressed prior to selling the vehicle, I sent an email to our salesperson at Davidsons Motors. I was told that email was sent to his boss, and then onto the owner. After having the car for not even two months (we had not even gotten the car registered with the DMV yet, it had been that recent), we had the car in the shop, traveled all over the metro area getting it repaired, and racked up over $5,000 in repairs (half the cost of the car), and had barely driven it.My frustration lies in the fact that about $5,000 worth of repairs were required for a vehicle that we purchased at market value, that shouldve been addressed prior to purchasing the vehicle. These were obviously not new issues with the car, as we saw evidence of them during the test drive and immediately after purchasing the vehicle; we were ensured that when the car went back to the Aurora location, that their mechanic wouldve addressed those issues. I sent all of this detailed information in the email that I sent and that was forwarded onto the owner. I followed up the email with a phone call to the Aurora office and left a message for the owner, Sam. That was two months ago and I have not received a phone call or any response since that time. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, which was never responded to by the company.Save your time, effort, and money and go...literally anywhere else. The owner clearly doesnt care about customer service.
Great truck great price!
They were nice
Great people, easy to work with! Will go back
Great Service
