Absolutely horrible service. they will completely misguide you and sell you a car you wish you wish you never bought. they sold me a car and the next day i had to pay out thousands out of pocket from repairs they swore up and down they did. absolute scammers do not go here. you will regret it.

There was no pressure to buy which was great because most dealerships follow you around. This place is not a dealership, their office is in an office building with cars lined up in the far parking lot. I appreciated the fact that they allowed me to take the vehicle for two hours to a mechanic. They currently have a 2010 Chevy Traverse on their lot, and I was very interested. They told me that the radio did not work, and they had one ordered and were waiting to install it. The vehicle was priced at $7,750.I took it to a mechanic and found that it needs 15.6 hours of work for a P0008 code (Timing Chain) and along with a possible transmission problem because the vehicle has a delay getting into gear. It has a water pump and oil leak. The tires were bold having no tread. What angered me about my experience was when I got to the mechanic, he checked the tire pressure and two tires were low, one being at 11 PSI. The mechanic told me if the tire were to burst, it could have caused a major accident. (I did not mention this to them because there were bigger issues with the vehicle and would have to get new tires.) Why they did not put pressure in the tires before I took it off the lot could have potentially caused my life and damage to the vehicle. It also had minor issues with the automatic mirrors (they would not work) and the AC on the passenger side blew out hot air and therefore was not working properly. I offered a lower price for the vehicle; they accepted the offer. However, I had asked about the radio since they told me at the beginning of my test drive that it would be installed (which I assumed would be included in the transaction no matter the price). They said because they were accepting my lower offered price, they would not install it. So, they ordered a traverse radio which would just sit in their office (who knows if they even ordered it). Though there was not an agreement to have the radio installed they neglected to state that it would be installed as I was giving them the deposit that the radio was not included. They proceeded to tell me that it was a good price, IT WAS, at (GOOD condition) because it needs Timing Chains I consider this (FAIR condition) – which runs about $6,590 on KKB, I did offer lower than that because of the minor issues including tires which would cost approximately 600 dollars. They allowed me to walk away from the transaction because of a radio. I would have given them the money by tomorrow. BE CAREFUL of what you buy and make sure you take the vehicle to a mechanic. I enjoyed working with them but at the same time they need to be careful of what they say. Over all I saved my money to buy a vehicle that may cost me more that will not need the amount of work this one needed in the long run. I fully understand that consumers run a risk in buying used cars. When you have a Father that has been a mechanic for 35+ years telling you that the $7,750 price was not worth the amount of work it needs, I for sure will listen to him. I felt that it was shallow of Universal Autos sales to tell me they would not include a radio that supposedly they already ordered and included the price. And thank god nothing happened to us including their sales rep on the test drive and taking it to the mechanic because of that 11 PSI tire.

I hesitated writing this review because these people are very nice. However, I feel like I was scammed. My check engine light turned on immediately after purchasing my vehicle, so I sent it back to the dealership the next day. Communication was very poor during this time and I ended up driving from Boulder to Denver to get my car even though it was not ready to be picked up. Thankfully, they paid for over $1,000 in repairs. Unfortunately, less than 2 months later, I had to take my vehicle back to the auto shop for even more repairs. In addition to my $500 in repairs, the mechanics at the auto shop told me that my tires were worn down past regulation and would need to be replaced soon. I found this especially frustrating considering I was told that the tires were brand new when I purchased the vehicle (they looked brand new as well). These are definitely not the tires that I saw before purchasing the vehicle. I believe that they were switched out in order to compensate for the cost of the initial repairs. I thought that I was getting a good deal, but in retrospect, I should have been more careful.

I recently bought a 2011 Toyota RAV4 from Universal. Absolutely no pressure during the sales process and good service after. There were a couple of minor issues which Universal was more than happy to resolve quickly. They are a bare bones, family operation, however they are truly focused on getting you a budget friendly, quality vehicle.

Literally you have no idea how nice and helpful the salesmen are. I came in, asked a bunch of questions and they were so helpful. love this place, highly recommended.

Do not let all these fake 5 star ratings fool you. They sell you SALVAGED vehicles that are not safe to drive. They tell people to leave a 5 star rating to look better. Stay away from this place.

Feeling a little taken advantage of. Had my eyes on a Kia but it magically had a re-call on it as soon as I seriously talked about buying it. I really think it was sold out from under me. They knew I needed a car and ended up buying a Hyundai Veracruz. Should of been more aggressive about the whole situation but I really was desperate. Now this car is having transmission issues, the aux cord plugin doesnt work, there is 4 different tires on the car, it is the worst on fuel efficiency, oil hadnt been changed in months when I bought it. I should of known when they offered this type of car that it wasnt going to be good because literally no one owns a Veracruz anymore. Also they charged me +$500 in fees claiming it was for taxes but I still ended up paying $500 to register and license the car? Either way not happy with my purchase and a new life lesson learned. Used car salesmen are the worst. Nice guys but I would be nice too if I was selling barely working cars.

This place is the epitome of a scam artist dealership. They lie to your face and make promises they cant keep. They say whatever they can to sell their broke down unsafe cars. I wouldnt even send my enemy to this place. The staff is super fake and most the positive posts on here are them. They told me i can have 3 days to bring the car back if it got issurs and i took it to a mechanic it had over 2000 dollars of damage. They didnt even give the car a oil change before they sold it to me. When i took it back they tried to force me to buy the car. I wouldnt let them scam me out of my money. They even had the audacity to say they didnt give me 3 days to return the car. Whatever you do, dont go to these ppl!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want buy a Honda accord from them, It had some steering problem and after play with me for two weeks .today we organize a time to make a deal with them and meanwhile another guy came and they simply convert our deal to a bid and say who can pay more and simply sold the car to them without consider of my two weeks wasted time .
