I recently had my vehicle’s 12-month/10000 mi maintenance at the Prestige Volvo dealership in Englewood, NJ. The representatives who communicated with me via phone and in person at the registration desk were very courteous and professional. They listened to my concerns and questions patiently, and provided feedback and support. The maintenance was completed within a reasonable time, and I appreciated the two phone calls from the representative to update me on the status as well as to inform me of the work completion. The only reason I took off a star from an otherwise five-star rating is because of the poor interior vacuuming work that was provided as part of the service at the end (along with an exterior wash). Since that is a very minor issue and can be easily improved, I would still highly recommend the Service Department at Prestige Volvo in Englewood.

Since I bought my Lincoln, they have been absolutely amazing while I understand that they only have one LINCOLN mechanic, they still make it work. Claus is to be recognized for being customer service oriented, passionate for people as well as great with delivering messages to customers and keeping customers informed thank you.

Ive had a few terrible experiences maintaining my car here.If you get service here, you have to check your tires carefully.It happened to me twice.There was a screw on one tire after service.I took the car back to the dealer and fixed the tire.Steering wheel started to shake right after the tire was repaired.I explained this problem to Jack, the service rep.He said that the problem can be solved only by paying for it, not by the warranty.And Jack never says sorry if they makes a mistake.I reserved loaner car to get maintenance service.And there was no loaner car available on the scheduled date.I had to just leave without getting service.

Spent about 15 or so mins in the show room without one single person asking if we needed assistance. About four of the six sales people were just hanging out in the back office having a good time talking. They knew we were inside, because I held the door open for one of the guys to come in and the showroom is quite small while it under goes renovation. I will not be coming back to this Prestige dealership again.

I shopped for my Volvo as far away as Virginia. I bought several cars in Virginia, because they are cheaper than NJ dealers. I was surprised that Englewood Volvo beat the Virginia dealers. I ended up with an XC60 Inscription $4800 under MSRP. I bought from James and he was great. I also ended up with the extended warranty for 8 years 85,000 miles for $2500. I was very please, and I would buy from them again.

If you buy from Korean dealer or dealer who could give you reasonable price, find James Paek.He is the best of several dealers who I have dealt with.

NICK was GREAT! This was absolutely the best, most convenient experience I have ever had getting a new car. I had already done a good deal of research and visited several car dealerships before taking a look at Prestige Volvo’s site online. The online calculator helped me to get a clear idea of which model and details fit what I was looking for at what price. With this in mind, I called the dealership and landed on Nick, who very quickly managed to get me precisely the car I wanted at a GREAT price. He and the dealership managed all of the details (including a trade in, financing, registration, transfer of insurance, etc.) with minimal effort on my part.
