Just came in for a basic phone accessory, well the staff there let me know I was eligible for an upgrade at no cost (about 2 years over due) they were very friendly and very helpful. The best customer service Ive ever had with any at&t store. Ive been a at&t customer for 10 plus years and now this will be the only store that I will go to. Bond, Matthew Bond. Hahaha this guy was super awesome to me in the store. I was thankful for his help. I came into the store in serious need of a new phone and he made the transition as easy as possible for me. Not sure why getting a new phone is always so stressful for me but Matt B, Made it less stressful for me, gave me my options that I was able to chose from. And now Im home and couldnt be happier that I was able to get in and out of the store without too much of a hassle. Plus Matt had some reusable bags available and I got a F.R.I.E.N.D.S bag which was the cherry on top of this whole experience. Matt At&T is lucky to have employees like you. Met with Alex the other day and he absolutely made life easy for me with some huge issues.I dropped my note Ultra a few days back and had to wait a week before I could replace the screen. Alex walked me through some options of screen covers tht would help get me through the week without slicing my hand up. He help me get the best deal for my needs. He also is the one who signed me up for AT&T a fee months back. He help my parents get set up too. Great guy, Great store.

I received outstanding personal assistance from Miss Lisa, after I verbally explained to her issues on myphone that prohibited my use for over two weeks. Because of her intellectualand professional experience, she wasable to completely resolve all the issuesI had been confronted with for a two week period, which included Seven (7)hours on the phone with Senior AT&Ttechnicians.In my opinion if you are having phoneissues with your cell phone, it might beworthwhile to stop and see Miss Lisa,because of her knowledge, experience,and professional personality. Matt Bond at the Federal/Belleview store was amazing! Not only did he take excellent care of my daughters upgrade but he also went above and beyond to help me with a new phone beyond my expectations! This is the best experience I have ever had getting new phone. I went to Verizon 4 days ago and have had problem after problem. But here Matt and Lisa were exceptional. Very friendly and very professional. We laughed and had fun as well. Made my experience worth it. You should feel very proud to have employees like Matt and Lisa. I also got an I pad and I am paying monthly here what I would have paid for just a phone at verizon. Thank you so very much.

The manager helped us and was great—made sure no rock was left unturned and saw us through the whole process of changing our plan and transferring info on our phones. She took as much time as needed, and we ended up trading in our phones for upgrades at basically no cost.

I had to go to AT&T Because and my phone was stolen or if they could find out where it is that was stolen but they ended up making sure that I got a new one since I did have the insurance. Alex was fantabulous. AND THEN he did everything in his powers to be able to do what I needed to get done.He was the best and hopefully next time I go to AT&T he’ll always be there he’s the best so if you guys want to go anywhere with your AT&T Problems/Questions go to the store in Englewood, right there at Bellevue and Federal because he’s the best at AT&T!!!!!!!!

Today I went in here to resolve an issue with my galaxy watch that I had been dealing with for several months through ATT phone support with no resolution. Lisa was incredibly helpful and patient and kept working with me until we solved the problem and I saved some money as well on a new plan. Highly recommend! thank you!

My husbands phone broke while we were visiting Colorado! I called ATT store for assistance and we received Matt Bond. Wow! Matt was incredible; we ended up upgrading 2 phones because Matt was so professional, precise with extensive knowledge! He also solved problems that I was dreading to go speak with someone about! If I could give them zero Stars I would they took my money $700. Set my phone to the wrong address when I specifically told them they had the wrong address that they needed to change it well they couldnt it was out of there hands. So I told them I wanted a refund. I dont even want service anymore. just been non-stop problems right from the start its been 6 weeks and I still havent got my money back and I keep calling them and they keep telling me the same thing that its in process well how long is it going to be in process thats my money I worked hard for that and for you not to refund my money all because you had the wrong address. If I was you I would stay far away from this company as possible they do bad business.

Matt Bond at the Englewood Store is the man! My daughter Bree sent me to see him for an upgrade on my phone! I am not a tech savvy person and not one time did he make me feel bad for it! I told him exactly what I wanted and not once did he try to force me to get something I didn’t want or need just for the sale! Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to go over everything as many times as necessary! I will definitely follow him to whatever store he is at!

He literally helped me with every step from getting authorization from my old phone company to transferring my data and putting on the screen protector for my new phone. Went in to upgrade. Knew exactly what I wanted and the guy working didnt greet us and just stared at me like I was an inconvenience. He went into the back, came out empty handed and told me he had what I wanted, but he definitely didnt seem interested in a sale, so we left.Earlier, at a different location I had much better customer service, even if they didnt have the model I wanted in stock.10/10 will do business with another AT&T location in the future.

Initial experience was great. Rep though had to get manager to finalize changes to our plan. She was not in the store at that time. Said will call once done. For 2 weeks I tried to call the store, they NEVER answer their phone. Daughter goes in today, tells me people are nice but still no resolve. She leaves my number for rep we originally worked with to call me as he was with other customers. Well that never happened. Too bad there is zero follow through. When I left the store originally I was prepared to share an exceptional experience. However here is my reality, sitting in limbo. Pathetic and sad!

I just went to transfer to my own account. I went into the empty store and the whole time the worker made is seem as if I was an inconvenience in his day. He told me I had to call customer service in which is fine, but when I got back in he had the same attitude. I decided I would rather wait a week and have the phone delivered instead of deal with him. Overall he seemed like he did not want to be there. Horrible customer service

Placed an online that said it would be ready in 2 hours. It took 2 days for it to be ready and when I go to pick it up I find out I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size phone. So while in the store I try to exchange it for the right phone and they refused to take it back and I haven’t even taken it out of the box. Employee working was extremely rude telling me that if you buy a phone instead or rent it you are not aloud to return it which makes no sense. He also made rude remarks on how I was able to afford buying the phone. We will be taking our 4 phone lines and moving them to Verizon.

Store has the worst associates. Opened an account and was told one price and 3 months later my bill is still $50 higher then I was told. Tried to get an Apple Watch and was told I would get a call when they were ready the next day never got the call and when I called I was told there’s nothing they can do to help

I almost switched over to Verizon because I was over my bill being so high but they both problem solved and were able to keep my bill low, and keep me happy. If I could give 0 stars I would. This particular store as well the store off of C470 & Kipling has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, in particular JONAH BLOMQUIST, the store manager. This person had sold me a phone back in November and I ported in my line that way I could get the 700 dollar promotion and have a lower monthly bill. I have had so much patience with this process and I am still being over charged. I have contacted this store in a total of 22 times. I have left messages I have been in store I have contacted customer service and today alone Ive called 10 times to talk to someone. Nobody answers. Nobody returns my calls. Jonah has called me once and told me he would update me and that was two months ago and I havent heard anything back. Every time I go in to the store Jonah is not there and some other lady manager says there is nothing she can do to help and that she will relay my information. These two particular managers need to help people when they ask for help and are miss repressing this company to be absolutely terrible. I am so beyond frustrated I am not sure what else to do. I think that JONAH BLOMQUIST should have fixed this problem within the first time talking to him and it is now almost JULY. I am in tears over how much stress this is because nobody is even kind enough to return my calls, or be kind with helping me when I come in stores. I hope this reaches someone because I NEED HELP.

Beware of AT&T!!!! We were with Verizon for years, but AT&T promised to give us four free phones for our four phones. We picked some phones and when they came in we sent our phones back in. We kept getting billed for device payments. We were told they would go away after two bill cycles. It did not, we kept paying. Finally I called customer service and I given the run around. Everyone I spoke with told me it was another department handling this. Finally I spoke with someone that helped me and said the matter would be resolved in two weeks. I received an email with do not reply and said the case had been closed. I called back and was bounced around again until several calls later I spoke with someone that said the back office did not approve of the promotion. This promotion was given to us by an AT&T employee! At this time we asked that our devices be returned to us Samsung S9+s and I PHone Xs and we would return theirs, but they said all trade-ins are final. I said if it is a trade in then you should honor your trade in promotion. We were directed to a supervisor who said they would look into it. We were told that they would honor the trade in promotion and sorry for the hassle. We should see the credits on our next bill. Next bill came and same thing. We paid and contacted customer service. They acted like they had no knowledge of the conversation. We began using chat and saving all transcripts. Once again we were told they would fix, but then next bill the same story. Every time we we reached out they would play stupid. We always give a reference number and then they find it. They claim to escalate the case and things will be resolved in 24-48 hours. It does not. This has been a fight for several months. We are going back to our former carrier. We never would have traded in perfectly good phones to have to pay full price for devices. I have never been so disgusted by the lack of customer service. As a business owner it horrifies me how they treat customers who pay their bill on time every month. We will not be paying anymore. AT&T you breached your contract and therefore we have no obligation to continue services. For anyone thinking of changing over to AT&T, please beware!

I had a problem with my phone that turned out to be an issue on my end and not theirs. The new management of this store and the parent company VP of sales took amazingly good care of us. They were patient, kind, took my complaints seriously and fairly and were gracious when it was realized to not be their issue. Thank you to them for their great customer service!

I went in to setup a business account over a year ago. They where happy to do this but could not get all of my lines activated. After 6 months they told me to go to the Sheridan store to resolve the problem.Dont waist your time just go to the Sheridan store you will be happy.

This week my fiancé and I upgraded our phones to the XS and XR and Matt Bond helped us with the whole process!! I recommend anyone go to him because he literally went above and beyond to help me backup all 20,000 pictures I had in my last iPhone 7! And let me tell you I was very extra when it came to getting my pictures and he was so willing to be patient with me and understood why I wanted all my pictures so bad and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience even though I know he didn’t have to help me the way he did, but he did it anyways!! And when we purchase our home, we will be going to Matt to get Direct TV as well because of the great service he has given us with AT&T! By far the best person we have worked with and we’ve been with AT&T for 5 years now! Thanks Matt!

Went in to get a new SIM card and the employees were friendly and helpful. We chatted about phones while they completed the transfer. It is a new store, therefore new employees in training at this time. However, they were still able to quickly complete the task. Will return again when it is time to upgrade.

I came into this store last night after a very frustrating experience with the billing dept on the phone. I had been on the phone with billing 4 times regarding excessive long distance roaming charges, and finally came into the store, and spoke with the store manager Warren. He’s awesome, quickly resolved the problem, and had me on my way. Great customer service, highly recommend.Thanks Warren!

Love love love at&t!!! I just got my new Galaxy 8 and Galaxy Tab E! They have the best deals! I personally dont watch too much tv since Im on the road a lot so I watch it off my phone instead with at&t for a good monthly price! This located was really nicely displayed! The customer service was excellent! Great experience buying my new phone! Yaaay!!! So excited!! A+++++++++ I also got my screen protector replaced no problem!

5 stars for employee Maddy as she tried for almost an hour to resolve a DirecTV issue. 1 star for store location as they only staff with 2 employees at this store. There were 3 customers who had to wait 45 minutes (or so) as a result. MINUS 5 stars for AT&T taking over DirecTV as NONE of the AT&T customer service people know how to resolve DIRECTV issues. BTW employee Maddy helped 2 other customers while being put on hold as corporate tried to resolve a DIRECTV issue. Which they never did.

I was really blown away by the outstanding customer service. The staff even opens the door when you walk in! I was helped by Devven, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He helped diagnose my phone (it turns out I needed a new one) and wrote down step by step directions on how to file a claim online. When I came back with the new phone (like a week later), Devven opened the door and GREETED ME BY NAME. He helped hook everything up and made the whole process really painless. Really outstanding staff! Thanks for the help, guys!

My daughter took her phone to the store because it had no data connectivity. They said it was a bad sim card and said they replaced it and it still didnt work. So they tried to push her into getting a new phone. Glad she did not have the money or they would have sold her something she did not need. I called on the new phone we had just received for a broken replacement 2 month earlier. We ended up finding out att had service outages and her phone was not the issue. The att store should have known about the outages, well maybe they did and were just trying to get a new sale for a commission pay day. That is not very nice trying to scam people. Glad my daughter does not do anything with out checking into it 1st. Shame on this store and its employees!

Went in to upgrade my phone. Rep tried to hard sell me on a new plan including home security, direct TV, additional devices, etc. Told I wasnt interested in all that and after talking to my wife just wanted to upgrade my phone and keep the plan the same. Then he said he didnt have my phone in stock (Galaxy s7) and would call me the next day after they got their shipment in. Never called. I called him back because I wanted to upgrade so I could take advantage of the Samsung Gear VR promotion. He said they extended the promo and I could get it later. Never called me back again. I ended up going to a different location where they said they have never run out of black s7s and that the promo was over on 6/26. So I wasted almost a week waiting for this rep and lost out on my promotion. Felt like if he couldnt get a big sale, he wasnt interested. Would recommend people go to the location of Bowels and Wads where they actually take care of their customers.

Sage, the store manager, empathized with my situation and went above and beyond my expectations to help resolve my several issues. Sage, Mikhel & Devvon all created a very unique and painless experience for me during a very difficult and frustrating time. I would highly recommend this particular store to anyone interested in changing phone carriers. They will treat you with the utmost respect and do whatever it takes to help resolve your issues. Friendly enough, nic helped me out, was a cool dude not too aggressive, no slouch either tho, had a selling technique that was less salesman, more guy on the inside if that makes any sense. He used obvious logical points that were hard to disagree with or counter but he also fed his offers thru normal conversation so up until youre paying for it you dont even know youre negotiating a purchase. Thinking back now and saying it out loud like that, Im not sure if he hooked me up or hustled me lol anyways, 4 stars.
