I made an appointment with Apple-authorized store to replace the battery for my iPhone, but when I got to the store, the person said they dont have the battery since the company stopped making it. I left the store and started walking, then I found this store. The person said, I can replace it in 5 minutes. It took a little more than 5 minutes, but he replaced the battery and its working fine. Also, the price was better than what Apple says. This store must be good as I saw people kept coming while I was waiting.

Such bad unprofessional service, didnt greet or anything just what you need!Went in to have my charging port fixed, asked for a new one.when I came back to get it it wasnt a new one but they said it was( still had dust in it ) Went back to get it fixed the next day again. They knew they tried to scam me and didnt say anything and said they would repair it, when it was done they just handed me my phone and didnt say a word. Now my phone will not hold a charge! In 10 mins of leaving the store my battery went down 40% not sure what they did!DONT USE THEM!!! THEY WILL TRY AND GET MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING AND MESS UP YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store attempted to accept a stolen phone to sell, with the current updates with the iOS, this could easily present an issue with the stores reputation as it is easy to locate a lost phone and shut it down. Not only will they accept a phone knowing it was stolen, they are willing to sell it afterward putting the buyer at risk and not providing them with this knowledge.

Dont take your iphone here to get replaced !!! my screen broke took it to the young short guy since i sent all my verizon customers to him. so i thought he would do a good job the first time he replaced my screen and it was a faulty screen so he put a free screen protector on it. i notice that one of the screws next to the charging port was missing but ignored it. then sadly my screen broke again he said my phone was bent . and idk how but he bent it back and put a screen on .. i notice that the screen kept popping up and since the phone was dead i couldnt check if it worked or not. then i got it to turn on but it will only bootloop apple logo on and off so i go to the guy and he didnt help me at all just took the screen off and put my screen on and gave my money back. buy bending my phone back he damage the NAND chip which made my phone go to a brick state and i notice his fast repair he forgot to put the screws in the right place which cause the screws to damage the logic board. i will taking these guys to court. if you do take our phone here to get fixed make sure he put all the screws in the right spot and let him take his time. that being fast isnt good if you screw up someone $500 phone!
