I visited the store here in Englewood Monique assisted me in purchasing a new phone and transferring my apps she did a fantastic job very courteous very polite and very helpful I recommend everybody to come to this store.

I went in here and the lady that was in here supposedly trying to help me was trying to make me buy two extra accessories but saying that it came with my stuff and when I realized it didnt I told her I didnt want to purchase it and then she told me no I have to keep the phone case on here and I literally had to tell her no Im not buying that and then she said okay she was trying to force me to buy something that I didnt want and then she changed the name on my account after I told her the correct name to put, she was mad because I didnt want to buy all this extra stuff I didnt need andshe was very hard to work with very rude and bossy I will not ever go to the store again

Horrible service!! Juan is such a disrespectful person !! He tried intimidating an senior and that is horrible !! Never go here ever !! He should be fired !!

I got what I wanted except I thought If I brought my number and phone, I was gonna get a free phone and service hook fit for free. But things worked out for the best.

I believe cricket is going to be a little bit more better than metro yeah I know metro is connected to T-Mobile and T-Mobile wants to take over everything but AT&t is a little bit more better than metro besides cricket offers did I would say did bridge payment metro doesnt offer that metro is just really metro by T-Mobile is very very straightforward and theyre not kind of nice but they are a little bit kind of Im always when you call customer service on metro you have to speak to some foreign person thats a little bit kind of shocking and on Im getting a little bit tired of that but on the other hand it is what it is when you talk to somebody on the cricket sign for a for AT&t cricket is a little bit more establish and they have a little bit more better things to offer to as well metro is just so I would say you might want to go with cricket wireless first and look at your optionsBTW there are some sexy pretty cricket workers that are in the Aurora area mostly over by the Aurora Mall and also in the in the Aurora Mall as well so I would say go to Aurora first and then go further north or west but cricket is where you want to be at there are some hot ladies that do work at cricket company so definitely bingo bingo bingo???

This cricket store is a joke!I cant believe how they crook people out of their money!Bought a phone 1 month ago and now its not properly working took my phone in there to see if they could help me fix it!At first they were going to help me try to reset the phone than the rude, crooked girls goes you may just need to buy a new phone my response is insane had the phone a month I will not buy a new phone.She than rotates my phone around and said you dropped the phone!Excuse me at this point I was pissed I have not dropped the phone I told her and she said again I did. This is there way to scam people out of there money!I grabbed my phone out of this girls hand Ansley them know how in the wrong they are, as they tried to make the previous person before me buy a new phone too.Please do not use this store every time I have went in there the people have been rude or to busy making beaded jewelry or messing around.They also are making people think they need new phones when they dontNeedless to say to that rude woman I fixed my phone myself maybe you need to look for another job and stop trying to tell people they have dropped their phones when its obvious they havent!I will never return to this store along with many others I have talked with!

I was here last week and these people are awesome. Ms Alondra helped me with all my questions and the phone accessories which I needed. Great customer service was the cherry on the cake!

I brought some friends in who had traveled from Portland Oregon and they needed some adjustments done on their phone to work properly here the lady was very very helpful and we got out of there fast t h e y r e problems solved HOWEVER IFyou are an UBER driver and in Denver Colorado do yourself a favor and dont even consider using a cricket because you will lose way more money than you save as you will be going through many of Denvers dead cell service areas all day long and have to restart your phone you will lose money consistently go with the best service in the Denver area that service is Verizon and I still have trouble once or twice a day but its not 8 or 10 times on the other hand Cricket service back in Portland Oregon is fantastic and I recommend Cricket Wireless in that City
