This is an update to my previous review that was a 1 star. I have to give all the credit of the change to Ken the general manager. He has gone out of his way to communicate with me and make this right. I did not recieve help from their online fokes or really anyone else. Ken however made it happen. Am i getting my glasses late? Yes, but I really respect when someone is willing to step up and make things happen. If you go in here and have a problem know that Ken will help you out.

Sounds like there are growing pains dur to recently becoming a part of My Eye Dr. This is a good location for basic contact services, but I was moving out of state and needed them to order lenses and ship them to another office which they said they could do, and it has been over 3 weeks and the team still hasnt been able to confirm they got everything ordered.

I saw the eye doctor today and I have to say that the visit was extraordinary!.

They will try many ways to get you to waste your time and money.Each time, they charged my insurance but asked for a copay, which I found out was unnecessary and only because Brookridge charged additional fees in case we needed it. They explained that they charge additional fees in eye exams incase one needs to do an extrastep to see their prescription - they do this for everyone, not just those who do the step. They are open to paying back what you paid for the extra step if you dont do it, but this is the deceitful trickery of Brookridge Eyecare.Further, it took THREE appointments for someone to tell me my prescription. The doctors were not confident in my eyesight strength and, though they told me my eye sight was close to what it always has been, they had me to come back twice more to make sure they were correct.

I was so happy to find Brookridge Eyecare. My optometrist was out of town, and they were able to get me in the next hour after I called. I am forever grateful because my eye was so swollen. Dr. Karlqvist was so nice, and sympathetic. I really enjoyed the entire visit, start to finish! Thank you so much! I will definitely be referring patients here.

They were unwilling to help me during an emergency. They expect me to wait 1 week to get in to fix my glasses while they are training new staff at the place of business. They would not even answer their phone or come to the door to help their customer during a emergency. This is the worst customer treatment I have ever received.

Covid Nazis. Charged me over double what my glasses should have cost, because they couldnt file a claim correctly.

What a great experience I had with Dr. Vervaet! She was very helpful with my questions and gave me some pointers for my eye dryness do to the fires that are burning in Colorado. All the women at the front desk were amazing too. And I felt very comfortable that they are following all the CDC guidelines for Covid. I didnt even use the same pen from check in to check out! Great work everyone.

The employees were super rude they made me feel like I was an inconvenience . They started my eye exam and then told me I didnt have any eye insurance. I asked them to try another source and she told me I was holding up the process. If you wanna get treated poorly this is right place to go for an eye exam.

I was a bit early for my appointment, but the techs, Bethany and Sage, took me back for the usual routine checks and preparation. They were courteous and friendly. The doctor was prompt, professional, thorough and friendly as well. If youre looking for a good optometry practice in the Littleton area, this is one to check out!

Wow the staff here is super friendly and helpful. They Made sure my experience there was top notch. They had all types of frames for all different styles. I went for my eye exam Wednesday, I was in and out. They expected them to be about a week out. They called me Friday the same week telling me they were already in. I was and still am very happy with my experience here. Highly recommended.

Overall Ive had a great experience with Dr.Karlqvistas my optometrist. She is very professional but also has the right amount of personal connection. The staff is always very friendly and especially in this time of COVID, (which is when I have my last appointment) they take the precautions very seriously. When I went to my first appointment there was one salesman that was very pushy but he has not been there since and Ive had a good experience after that one initial visit. Ive searched quite a while to find a good optometrist and I would recommend her hands down.

Absolutely love this place! Doc. Suzanne Karlqvist. Is the best. I moved away for awhile.I saw several different doctors and none can compare! Happy to be back .

Dr. Karlqvist and the whole team are fantastic. Ive been going there for 3 years and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Karlqvist is thorough and takes the time to explain strategies moving forward.

I came to Brookridge as a new patient because my eye care benefits changed and they didnt cover my eye doctor Id been seeing for years. I was due for an annual exam so I checked reviews on a bunch of eye doctors and I decided to go to Brookridge about a month ago based on the positive reviews and the fact that they accepted my new benefits.The staff were courteous when I entered, and everyone was wearing masks and the clinic was clean. The exam was pretty standard and definitely the quickest I have ever had. Maybe Im used to my previous eye doctors who were generally pretty warm and patient, but this felt very routine and stale. The specialist that adjusted my glasses for me during my visit and did a great job. I dont think they have ever fit so well.I agree with other reviewers that theres a sell at the end of the visit. Several options were presented for my glasses lenses and frames, which didnt need to be replaced, so I declined of course. I did need to refill my contacts and wanted to purchase my first pair of reading glasses. After ordering the same contacts Ive worn for years (and getting charged a contact lens fitting fee when there was no fitting - huh??), I was shown one pair of reading glasses which I purchased without seeing the price tag. Later, not only did I find out that the glasses were the wrong power for my prescription but I was also charged approximately double the market price for them (...over $50! I know... stupid me, right? I shouldve checked. Reading glasses are typically like $12, so I just didnt think theyd be that expensive!). I never took the glasses out of the package so I tried to return them while I was picking up my contacts. A guy that didnt introduce himself (maybe the owner?) handed me a $20 bill and the reading glasses, and said they dont take returns. I asked them for a copy of my prescriptions to confirm the reading glasses I bought were the wrong power. We confirmed they were wrong and they did not seem to care. So, now I have $20 and I still need to buy some reading glasses that match my prescription. It was a very strange experience, indeed...Overall, I felt like my exam was a bit rushed and was to prep me for the sale at the end. It was less of a patient-doctor experience and more of a business transaction. I havent had that feeling at an eye doctor in many years - not since the last time I went to a Pearl Vision- or Sears Optical-type of establishment at the mall. Im kind of surprised because I chose Brookridge based on all of the positive reviews. Oh, well... I certainly hope your experience is like the majority of other reviewers in this forum. :)

Went in looking for a pair of sunglasses. Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up with an amazing pair of Maui Jims that fit my needs. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They will do everything in their power to make you buy WAY OVERPRICED glasses from them including withholding your prescription because it is expired - Audrey was absolutely no help especially when I mentioned I would be looking for a cheaper alternative - that really made her mad - And considering how difficult it is to get services during social distancing - This place is a joke for their lack of understanding. Shop online!

Love Brookridge! I love how patient they are. They were great with my 6 year old daughter and myself. I really like how the optometrist explains everything in a way I can understand. Courteous and personable! Will keep going back!

I was greeted with friendly staff when I took a handful of various sunglasses, each with various problems here. I left and was called back in a short time saying that they were ready for pick up. Every single pair was fixed perfectly, even without leaving instructions for each pair. I am super happy I get to wear my rare and awesome glasses once more. Thanks again!

These ladies are exceptional. They were pleasant to deal with and they were good to my 6 year old. The glasses we ordered only took 48 hours to come in and they helped us fit them even though we came in 7 mins to close. We are happy 😊

Just moved to CO and this was the first place I made an appointment for eyecare. The staff was super friendly. Pierre helped me pick out some nice Calvin Klein glasses, doctor Suzanne was super friendly and made sure I had some contacts to go home with since I had ran out before my move to CO. Never had a wait time here and the atmosphere was amazing. I was even late due to a dentist appointment that ran over and they were still nice as could be. Would recommend this place to anyone close who needs eyecare.

All the staff at Brookridge are very friendly and knowledgeable. The steps Dr. Karlqvist takes to ensure the health and safety of her patients really shows how much she cares about the community she serves. They also have a wide selection of budget friendly and fashion forward frames to fit your prescription needs and lifestyle. A++++

We changed practices after learning Dr. Vervaet moved here, and were happy to follow her! The entire staff is great, and after determining my daughter needed glasses, Rachel was wonderful helping her find the perfect pair!

Dr. Karlqvist and the staff there are very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She explains answers to your questions very well. The only thing that bothers me is that theyve eagerly written negligible prescriptions and have pushed frames/lenses on me each time Ive been there. Im 20/20 and certainly dont need any help yet.

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Helped me narrow down my choice in glasses, and correctly helped me apply my benefits. Great selection in frames and recieved my glasses earlier than expected. I also liked that I didnt have to get my eyes dialated since they were able to use a machine that would give the same results for the doctor to review. I did have to pay a little extra for this procedure, but it was well worth it. It definitely shows that customer satisfaction is a top priority of theirs. The atmosphere is professional, but also relaxing and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
