Been coming here for years and definitely not coming back.New Doctor is rude, tried to make me feel like a lesser person because I didn’t have insurance for 30 more days then was asking about my girlfriend in the waiting room and rushed out to talk to her instead of making sure my contact fitting went well. Definitely not coming back here

Dr.Robinson was extremely friendly and caring. The exam was very informative as well as affordable even without insurance. He helped me understand exactly what was going on with my vision. Over all excellent experience. I reccomend anyone in the Englewood area to get their eyes taken care of here.

The Walmart Vision Center has a new Doctor owner & an excellent vison center. They were able to book me a last minute same day appointment.

The doc here is really good and he took the extra time to help me out. I will be back here if Im still in the area next time I need a contact prescription. Cant recommend him enough

Got a new pair and had to bring them back twice for new lense. I still had problems and gave up. The wete supposed to be progressive lenses. Went to Pearl vision 1 year later, they were single vision. Never, never get your glasses there

The staff, especially the optometrist, could be a little bit more nice and helpful. Theyre good for when you need a quick and easy interim pair of glasses, even though mine had a couple of issues I had to go back for. You get what you pay for though, especially with Walmart. Personally Id recommend going to Americas Best or some other vision center. It might be a little more expensive, but your experience from start to finish, as well as after your visit will be a whole lot better.

Have been waiting for my contacts fornover 41 days already and have been told i have to wait! No refund available for me to be able to go to a different location to get my prescription, all i was told i i have to wait and thats all i get. Definitely do NOT recommend this location or vision center.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Kind and understanding optometrist. Had to go back a few times for adjustments, but staff was sweet and outgoing to help me.Also the frame designs were sweet and cheap!Loved it!

The doctor is great. The time they quote you for your glasses is no even close to how long it takes them to get there, they are rude and I do not recommend them!

I went in to get my glasses straightened and they made them worse than when I went in! She took my glasses and was back with them in 10 seconds! This has to be the worst place to get glasses! They should just close the vision center at Walmart!

Went to get my glasses tightend and olivia totally messed up my glasses now i have to take them back to the place i got them to get them fixed. Terrible job. I dont think she is qualified for her job at at all.

My child has been without glasses for over a week and the glasses were never put on a rush order like they were supposed to. I will never recommend or use this place again

Employees are discourteous and act like they dont like their job
