Daianara, who is the manager is rude and disrespectful refusing to provide the owners information while calling me names and being argumentative. I cant believe this woman is in charge of this store.

They apparently close well before 9:00. I regularly go there between 8-9 and the sign is often turned off!

This Dairy Queen is by far the best establishment I’ve been to. The workers are amazing and so kind every time, not to mention fast! I love the fact we can sit outside, makes summer feel like summer.

Stopped in for a couple Chocolate Malts, $4.39 @, the Large ones. Fast service, clean locations. Kinda hard to get to but worth the effort. Seems like everyone was ordering the $5 lunch special.

I always come to this Dairy Queen. It’s close to home and I always get what I want quickly and efficiently with great customer service. I always have the most phenomenal experience coming to this location. It’s the best in the Denver metro area. The young Hispanic girl with glasses is always very kind and professional. Highly recommend 10/10

Not bad Dairy Queen. I normally order Blizzards when I go here. The ice cream is exactly what you would expect from a Dairy Queen. Sometimes the staff can take a pretty long time on what I feel are simple orders (only 1 or 2 blizzards). Normally, they will appolgize for the wait. This often happen when I go here and is about what I understand to be the normal.

Its been the same few people working this stand, and theyve kept it alive and well every time I visit from only a few blocks away. One of my favorite stops, only downside is its a smaller building than most, so it wont have the birthday stuff. Other than that, great DQ location

The area is well kept and the staff is very nice. The manager Ariana does a very well job at making customers happy. Shes awesome, if theres one dairy Queen Id regularly go to, it would have to be this one.

My wife and I came here on Tuesday night and the girl working the drive through window that night had the worst attitude. She did not even talk to us she did not give us a receipt or even acknowledge us when we got our blizzards. She handed us our ice cream and shut the window in our face without saying a single word. This was the worst customer service Ive ever received.

Ive been coming here since may last year with no problems whatsoever. The manager here is a valuable asset to the company without a doubt! She knows whats shes doing and does it well! Thank you Arianna!!!!

This place is slow, but the food is good. Make sure you are clear with what you want, as the system for ordering is that good. I dont think they can hear correctly...

Ariana Is the Best She has great customer service skills and always has a smile on her face, she is amazing!!! My kids enjoy the ice cream through out the year, we love Dairy Queen.

The cones taste better than other fast food ice cream and the service is truly remarkable, just beware of the sliding window and seating in the front!!! You will be attacked by swarms of bugs. One even fell off the window onto my ice cream cone.....go through their drive through if you can instead

I just want to say that I dont normally do these things, but I felt like after visiting this location on Saturday I went ahead and created a Google account so I could let everyone know about the awesome service I received on this scorching hot afternoon. The manager Ariana was very polite and patient with me while I tried to get my 3 kids to order what they wanted in the drive thru. She repeated back my order and didnt mess anything up. Whenever I go places with my kids they act like I am burdening them with my business but not Ariana. She listened to us and had a positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back here!

I always come to this DQ considering the fact it’s close to home & always so reliable. Every time I come the young girl with glasses is always so sweet and kind, her coworker (white male) is always sweet as well. They both work together very well even when they are busy (usually when we go)! They have great time management skills, always have a great attitude, and make delicious desserts for my family and I! Older store. Walk up or drive thru only. No dine in options but there are picnic tables and benches out front. The orange julius smoothies were great!

The manager, Ariana, always has a smile on when I go to this location and provides some of the best service Ive ever received at any DQ. She even has my regular order memorized. I may have to switch it up next time.

This is one of my favorite locations. Ive always received excellent customer service, and the best treats. Even though I have locations closer to my new house, I still choose this location.

I went in search for the old orange Julius. I found out by going to my local Dairy Queen that has a grill that you couldnt get an Orange Julius at any Dairy Queen that has a grill with no explanation given off I went to find a grillers store after much research 6 miles away we are there with my anticipation was off the chain. After ordering 2 of the great creamy cold drinks I was asked if I wanted them frozen. I said no I wanted them just like in days of old. she said ok Pulling up to the window the gal said that will be 12.0o and some odd change. well I just cant see paying that kind of money for some blended orange juice and powered egg white. but after dumping my purse out I paid and thought I cant wait. as in pulling out and putting my lips to the straw. I was so bummed out it was all frozen and flat and lacked the egg white to make it all creamy like they use to be..its true they just dont make things like they use to.

Customer service and order accuracy is maintained at a high standard here. The young lady who runs it is always extremely cheerful and perky.

The girls here are amazing, they are greatworkers, they really do care about making their customers happy!! Their ice cream tastes really good, its cheap,and you will get it fast. Im impressed everytime we come. Customer service is on point. Thanks ladies!!! See you very soon!!!!

I do not order the PB sauce at any DQ anymore because it is runny, watery and gives me the runs. Gross. I go because my son likes the soft serve. Too many kids not wearing gloves. Gross #2.

Just got a blizzard and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich on the way to school & the sandwich was terrible. The chicken was ice cold and the whole sandwich was like warm to room temp.

Unfortunately the last few times I have been here either the orange julius machine was broken or the machine that makes the shakes is broken. So this location has lost my business. But fortunately there is another location near my house that always has what I want so Ill continue to go there

My first time stopping at this DQ today. Went through the drive-thru.I wanted to order a chili cheese dog combo and asked for fries. The girl said they dont have fries only chips. Ive never been or even heard of a dairy queen that doesnt serve fries. When its on every menu.so just got a chili cheese dog and a blizzard. The girl (young w/black or brown long hair) kept pushing me to speak louder over and over on the monitor saying she couldnt hear me so i basically had to keep yelling for her to hear. She was rude.Pulled up to the window and she was still extremely rude with a nasty attitude tossing my change in my hand and slammed the drive-thru window. The chili cheese dog was stale and disgusting. I will never go here again. I do not recommend this crappy DQ.

Ya know, I get it. Its crappy little DQ. But Ive only lived in the area for 2 months & 3 out of the 5 times Ive been there, they were out of something. Usually ALWAYS pretzle sticks because if you havent been there, they dont have much of a menu. (Like the ones in Texas) Dont waste your time. The drive thru usually takes entirely too long.
