I go here 3 to 6 times a week. Normally things are terrific, but the are replacing a few of the workers I have been seeing on a regular bases. So I do understand.But today was there worse experience I ever had thereThe girl that was bringing me up and cashing me out had patience and trying to take my order which is not very difficult but there was a guy there and when she asked him if they had steak for the steak roll ups he acted as if no and he wouldnt even look when she went to look he told her no again. I got two drinks I normally get a vanilla bean colada with a turbo shot and the other one was a frozen coffee with a turbo shot that he wouldnt even blend in she stirred in which might be normal for some people but it wasnt normal for the way Im use to getting it and Ill attach a picture of my vanilla bean coolatte doesnt look nothing like it should I dont know what happened but I hope they get better staff than they had there today

Don’t ask for a Banana Split…”We just got the things in to make a banana split”“ that’ll be $7.50”“oh wait we don’t have hot caramel syrup”“oh wait we don’t have the strawberry syrup”“oh wait we don’t have the chopped nuts”Now let me get mad b/c you asked for whipped cream which it actually comes with…Now of course I’m just gonna slop it on there b/c now I’m mad….*I get that you’re out of things, but don’t charge me and then not have 1/2 the things it gets….**Edit--I didn’t read the reviews before I wrote this…I really wish I would’ve read them before I went there…

Not a real Baskin-Robbins. Ice cream was not made properly, it was melty and had clumps in it and the flavor was off. Even my 5 yr old noticed. No waffle cones, and only half the flavor selection. Very disappointing.

We just got to the Broadway and Yale location 10 minutes to 9 and they were closed, doors locked, looked at us and walked away! My wife is pregnant and all she wanted was a pralines n cream ice cream cone. Not cool. If you advertise that you close at 9 you should have ice cream available until 9. Dont lock the doors at 850, not 855 Not 859. They could have easily helped us and still been out of there by 9.

This location seems to never have a single thing in stock. Donuts are always out, no waffle cones for the ice cream, half the flavors aren’t even available. You have to repeat your order 15 times at the drive thru for them to get it typed in. I don’t understand what the issue is. Doesn’t matter what time it is either. Early, evening, late. Doesn’t matter.

I had the BlackBerry hibiscus ice cream in a cone. It was so delicious. You can also get Dunkin Donuts there. Theres indoor seating.

Fantastic place. Donuts? BLAM! Icecream? I SCREAM! If you have a sweet tooth come here and satisfy it. The staff is friendly. Though the drive thru is too narrow for my vehicle.

What can I say its ice cream! The staff is kind and courteous, the ice cream is flavorful and delicious! If youve got a hankering for some ice cream this is one of the many ice cream shops in town and I recommend this location due to the staff on hand, you will not be disappointed!

Terribly ran out of a lot of flavors waffle cones were at least a few days old and service was as pretty bad

Drove way out of my way just to find out they only have half the selection bc they are only half Baskin Robbins. No waffle bowls and like 6 ice cream flavors, maybe a couple more but theres really isnt much of a selection.

Theres not much of a choice. No Daiquiri Ice. Asked for to the sundae. Did not have the ingredients. No dine in.Went to The Sweet Spot after this fail and have a new ice cream place.

They were having trouble getting the ice cream out of the tub. So we were given very small scoops. Dont feel we got our moneys worth.

Went by at 8:20pm and store closed although web hours and sign says 9:00pm. Employee leaning on counter with doors locked and ailutomated closed message in drive through. Went to Sonic instead!

The female employee was rude and kept saying I could not have chocolate dipped ice cream even though its on the menu. The young man charging wasnt to quick but nice.
