This has been the worst car audio installation Ive ever gone through. Raul will quote you a price over the phone then when there he will jack up the price. I even described to a T what needed to get done and he charged more than $200 over the price he quoted me. After telling him we had discussed a price already he lowered the price some. He cracked the screen on my new stereo while installing, yes he owned up to it and said he will replace it but now I have to go back and waste another day out there. I get home and notice the fuse box cover is missing. I normally go to Car Performance Audio in Waxahachie and regret coming to this gentleman very much. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone unless you want be dissatisfied with the end product. I now have to take my truck back so he can replace the stereo, did he offer to lower the price any for his mistake? No. This is a huge inconvenience. This is a lesson learned and I most definitely wont be doing any sort of business with this person and again I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here. He also leaves a mess, didnt clean up after himself at all.

I’m really curious but would you hired a 16 year old that knows some sort of car audio and also wants to learn more about it. I have done car audio for a year and I think I did a fair well job on my brothers Tahoe, if you’ll like to see I will show you pictures of my brothers system install that I did.

Try’s to rip people off and charge extra to fix things he didn’t do right the first time!!

I have used Pro-Audio a couple of times now and Raul does great work.For your Audio and Tinting needs, get with Raul at Pro-Audio. Im sure that you will be pleased too.

Dropped in to shop for speaker box install. Owner ran me off, presuming I was parking to visit next door. The owners true personality shows and isnt customer friendly. paying more upfront elsewhere will cost less in the long run

Tint install was OK but the eye brow on the wind shield was hand cut and crooked.

A very expensive place 150 Dollars just for connecting a cable I do not recommend it 👎👎👎
