This was by far the worst customer service from any T-mobile store we have ever been to. We have been T-mobile customers for the past 11-12 years. The Ennis T-moblie store needs to make sure the clerks are knowledgeable enough to provide services needed. We recommend the Waxahachie T-Mobile; they know how to take care of customers the right way.
