I had issues with a phone I purchased at this MetroPCS and on numerous occasions. I took the phone back to have it analyzed and all they did was reboot it not once, twice or three times, but many times in a 2 month span. I asked that my phone be replaced and each time was told I would have to purchase a new phone. The people that worked there at the time were rude and disrespectful to me. I ended up having a viral pest that went undetected by the girls working there. I kept telling them, that the phone was defective. Each time I took the phone back they told me there was nothing wrong. Even after showing them the entity that was visible on the phone.

The girl was helpful about my phone having problems.

They are always out of stock of the phones i want to purchase....the ppl there are so unprofessional. They will be answering texts or being on social media instead of assisting customers. I ABSOLUTELY will never go there again. Thats not the only complaint i could go on and on.

Got a upgrade mon the 3rd,went home and discovered that I cant tether to my puter,went back the 4th,employee said after a while I have to come back when mgr in,I went back the 5th,on my lunch break only to be told all sales on upgrades are final?? was shown a poster up on wall w/fine print? ? Nothing was said mon,or given to me that all sales are final,so Im out 156 bucks for a phone that wont work for me

Staff is always very friendly and willing to assist you.

The staff seems like they are high school students who have a very limited knowledge about their system
