First experience was great. Bought Toyota RAV4. No problems!2nd time found a truck in Marquette, they drove to get it. It was certified . 100+ point inspection right? Backup camera didn’t work . Sale condition on fixing. 10 days went by. I kept getting run around. I finally emailed manager, no response . I called manager and she said she’d call me right back. Nope. Said she sent an email . Didn’t get that either . Got a text saying they’d call mid afternoon about the camera . No call. I texted to say I’m out found a new vehicle. Boom, text and phone call instantly telling me to come in following day. No thanks .Also of note sticker in truck said 25,000 in photo . Site then said 26999. Test drive oops 28999. They went to 26000 but yeah they have so much overhead prices are inflated . Don’t be fooled .Tracy is a great person and saleswoman . Highly disappointed this time though.
Tracy Harris is fantastic to deal with - even better the second time. She familiarized herself with what I wanted and then found me the perfect vehicle with everything I was looking for and more. I love working with her!
The only reason for the 1 star review is that I can’t give zero stars. If you see a vehicle you want on their website, make sure you screenshot it. We found a truck on their website and went and test drove it. They said they would get back to us with an out the door price with our trade in. When they did get back to us, the price of the truck increased by almost $1000 and they refused to honor the price that was listed on the website up until the day before they contacted us. Just shady and ridiculously poor customer service. Riverside will never get another penny from us!
Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Very poor customer service! Made a first time car buying experience extremely unpleasant. Save yourself a headache and buy from somewhere else. Never again!

The staff at this dealership were phenomenal! Our daughters were driving home from California when at a gas stop in Escanaba, accidentally, flushed their car keys down the toilet.. the staff at Riverside went above and beyond to get keys remade for their vehicle. They worked together with a dealership in Marquette to get keys relayed to Escanaba. They were super friendly and exceptionally accomodating. I hope Toyota acknowledges the exceptional customer service they provided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone..

Awesome job everyone! I was able to get my service done very quickly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and prompt with the maintenance on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. They took COVID-19 into consideration on every end. I was never indirect contact, and everyone was wearing a mask.
Went there and everyone was very nice,a d Tracy is a great sales person,but I bought a vehicle and within 2 weeks of passing the lemon law it started having issues. I dont explicitly blame them for selling me a bad vehicle, but its aggravating that the reason I went to a dealership was to prevent such issues and Im still having them.
We could not be happier with our experience at Riverside. The staff was incredible and made us feel so comfortable. Even though we were from out-of-state, they jumped through every hoop to make the sale possible. We will be repeat customers!

I had my mask off because I cant see with my glasses fogged up. Wasnt near anyone and an employee came over and told me to put it on. I wanted to say bite me but I just went outside. There is NO law that says I have to wear a mask. I wasnt close to anyone so whats it hurt to have it off for a few minutes.
While visiting my in-laws over the 4th of July Holiday I discovered that their brakes and tires were in dire need of replacement. I am from Minnesota and had no choice but to drop off the car after hours and wait for a call back when they opened. I explained the situation and they took care of fixing the car and worked with me over the phone to expedite the situation. They even delivered the car to my in-laws. Thank you for the prompt and excellent service!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating while I was getting my first oil change on my 2017 Tundra. They made me feel comfortable even though I bought the truck in Florida. Everything was great! They even washed my truck after the service. Wow!

I recently purchased a 2014 Tundra and traded in a FJ Cruiser. They offered to me and my wife (we both heard it) 8500 for the FJ. After all the paper work was signed and we were at home I looked over the paper work and noticed a 500 dollar difference in the trade in price. I E-Mailed Jack the salesman and asked why it was different. I was ignored for days intel I called on the phone. At that point he just lied about the trade in price. I know this is totally my fault for not looking closer at the final numbers. I just want everyone to know that these are dishonest people. I have sent several E-Mails to the General Manager that are being ignored still to this day. This just proves guilt to me. So know this, make sure your deal numbers match your paper work numbers because they will change them to profit there business. Better yet dont deal at all with Riverside Toyota of Escanaba...

Love bringing my vehicle here to be serviced. They can usually have an appointment within a day of my call. I came early once and they had my vehicle finished before my appointment wad supposed to start!
The second day of our trip to Alaska, we stopped here because using the trailer brake controllers manual feature had put several error lights on my 4Runners panel. The service desk people looked at me like, were closing, go away. But I said it needed codes cleared and they called a tech in back. He said pull it around back, and he plugged in his computer and cleared it in about a minute. When he didnt charge me anything I was really happy! Youve got to appreciate techs who know what theyre doing!

Lame excuse for a dealership, the salespeople are very uninformed and bothersome,. They only seem to know about current new Toyotas which I do understand is their job but know nothing else in the car world, its like they are so tunnel visioned!!?? I was talking to one of the salesmen one day and was saying how the new 2019 avlon copys a lot of stuff from Mercedes Benz in terms of style witch is a fact and that I dislike the car for that and that they shouldnt be a copycat company. He responded by saying well how do you know Mercedes is not copying Toyota, like really dude!!!!??? They have been doing that styling years before Toyota did, do your research and dont act like Toyota can outdo what other companies have been doing for YEARS.....

I bought ( PAID CASH) a 2008 Toyota Tundra, which I flew from Colorado to pick up. Was guaranteed there were NO problems. Before I made it home the Air Intake went out (and after fighting with owner) had to pay $1100 to get repairs done. They did, after threatening a lawsuit, agree to pay for half but the fact that the AIR CONDITIONER didnt work was apparently not their problem. You would think this would be noticeable at time of purchase but due to this being a solid black vehicle which has spent most of the day in the sun, it wasnt obvious the condenser wasnt blowing cold ENOUGH for 50 miles down the road. Long story short, I am now trying to fix the AC which will cost me $900. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
