I would like to especially thanks Stephen the mgr for taking the time to help me as best he could to get out of a bad situation recently. It was a big relief. What I like about most about this place is the family vibe.. if youre a regular visitor, they address you by name... They seem to always be competitive if not lower than their competitors on price and selection, and did I mention that the deli is incredible!! I would highly recommend to anybody.. especially you east siders!

Accessibility: they have accessible/disabled parking across from the front entrance of the store along with online order parking spots in the front of the parking lot. The parking lot going in is all flat ground and the doors to get inside are motion-activated. It is very air conditioned inside and very brightly lit. They have a mens and womens bathroom with multiple stalls and one accessible, bigger stall for each (Im sure...I have only seen the womens). As for carts I saw regular metal shopping carts and fun ones for kids but I did not see motorized carts right off the bat...maybe they do have them but you might need to call or have someone call for you first to make sure.Experience: as soon as you walk in you see their flower section which is pretty big and absolutely beautiful. You also see cold drinks on your left side and then the fruit/vegetable section farther ahead. The isles here are very wide and the employees are nice. They have a Starbucks as well.Overall it is a great store, I just wish they had cheaper prices.

This Albertsons is the best Albertsons that Ive gone to so far I live really close by my wife love going there the service is great and the ladies are always very happy to attend to the customers

The worst customer service! New look new business plan. 2 registers open, ones an express lane, lots of customers in line, no courtesy clerks. Waited maybe 15 minutes to check out with only 2 people in front of me. No apology. What the hell happened to threes a crowd? Not really sure if I want to shop with Albertsons anymore.

They NEVER utilize their 3s a crowd. They are always busy around 5ish with people rushing after work, its super busy, theres a dozen people in line and they dont use 3s crowd and they rarely open registers. They obviously know its busy at that time, but have no sense of urgency. Ive been shopping more at Target as they ALWAYS open registers to get people in and out quickly.

I was told today that the absolute best deli hard Salami is being discontinued. WHY??? Does anyone realize that Margherita Hard Salami is the absolute finest. That coming from someone who grew up in a butcher shop family. Albertsons WAKE UP, you have the finest why stop stocking it. I have mentioned this to a few friends and they all said they will stop shopping Albertsons Deli because of this. I know my wife and I will stop our twice weekly stop there.

Shout out to Joplin, the grocery manager, who couldnt have been more pleasant and helpful. This is a wonderful, reasonably priced supermarket, full of favorites, with the best fresh mango salsa, cranberry oatmeal cookies and cut up fruit! I visit weekly - you should too ;)

Long line. Lots of customers and no checkers. Bathroom was really clean, everyone is pretty nice. Just needed at least another checker.

Felicia is the best cashier love her Mindy in the deli love love great service juanita stocker always so helpful I could Go on yvonne, Lisa Melissa and Even Andrew all have great service. The hardest working manager has got to be Troy it doesnt matter how busy or how many hours he has worked he always stops to ask if he can help you find something. The remodel looks great it takes a lot of patience with shoppers during a big move like that well done best and cleanest grocery store in Escondido happy shopper😃

I was shopping at this location I got a few items from my wic and the cashier told me something wasn’t scanning threw I pulled up my phone showed it to the manager and cashier saying wic allows those items to go through saying approved still the male manager some old man and cashier both didn’t care to look at my phone to help me wic was saying any brand I was able to get and the manager and cashier pretty much didn’t offer to care to even look to see that I was showing them I didn’t receive good customer service at all I will no longer be coming back to this location I would not recommend anyone to come shop here I work retail so I know what is it to offer someone great customer service and that is not what I received here bad experience

I know to most this may not be a big deal. But tonight I came into the store to grab a few things. While checking out another customer came up right behind me ignoring the social distancing stickers. I asked this man to please back up several times. Each request was rebuffed with a snide remark. The entire time the cashier and the bagger just stood there saying nothing. Not only was he encroaching on my personal space and not following social distancing protocols that are in every retail store these days, He was also close enough to see me input my pin. Again not a single word was said in my defense at all. So I will not be coming back. I’m disgusted with this stores lack of response to what occurred and their lack of enforcement of Covid policies.

Well - I like to go in there and get fresh fruit... sometimes when I cant find cherries they seem to always have them. Of course the store is always clean.

This is my neighborhood grocery store... I’m in here just about EVERYDAY!!!! Everyone here is a pleasure to speak with. From the cashiers finishing your check out to the staff stocking the shelves and making sure you’re finding everything ok during your visit. However, last night (5/3/2021) I had a crazy long day at work and didn’t make it home until about 8:50pm. My kids come to me, mom where’s dinner? Being a single parent is never easy 🥴. I rush to Albertsons to get an 8 piece family meal and to my surprise I missed the deli by 7 minutes. Me coming from a fast food work environment... I know that we’re closed means, please go away. But Tavan assisted me during my “emergency crisis” and I am forever thankful. Tavan went above and beyond what I ever expected. Unfortunately, they’re (Albertsons staff) unable to accept tips... so, I’m doing my due diligence the best I can. Thank you-Thank you- THANK YOU Tavan!!!

Nice store with a great deli.One of my favorites to get here are the homemade Tortilla Chips...better than the corporate chips on the shelf.Another thing I like to get are the Chicken Tenders, or sometimes they run a great deal on the Fried Chicken. The one thing I always get when buying from the Deli.... Potato Wedges. I usually have to buy extra because so many get eaten on the way home.😉

May 25. Although we have social distancing restrictions everything seems to be back to normal at least store wise. They have a cleaning crew working hard all day sanitizing the shopping carts nd common traffic areas. Im very comfortable visiting this location. Like always excellent attentive staff

One checker open at 11:30 a.m. self checkouts was a zoo. Filled with people who did not know how to ring themselves up.

Albertsons is a very nice and clean store, with a great selection that youd expect from a major chain. Additionally, the store staff is friendly, helpful and ready to give premium customer service. This service comes with a cost though, as their prices are higher than the competition. The same products can be found cheaper elsewhere, but dont expect the service and cleanliness that Albertsons delivers.

This Albertsons is a lot smaller than Im used to but the majority of the employees are so friendly. I have only encountered 1 employee that was so so. She made me feel like I was imposing on her. Everyone else is very nice. I noticed that they dont carry a few items that I use or they run out of product quickly because they are smaller. They are very clean and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of quickly.

For several months now, Albertsons is listed as one of the stores accepting EBT. Up to now, NOTHING.Like myself, who have only my Social Security, there are a great number of us who live alone.Can you please explain why Albertsons does not accept EBT, despite being listed that it doe? Families and Seniors have a tough enough time during this pandemic. Please help EBT shoppers by accepting EBT.Thank you.

Easy access... Nice selection..... Good customer service.... Store is super clean... Only downside is it tends to be as bit pricey in my opinion.

While the staff is great, Ive experienced finding very moldy items more than once. By the time of this review, Ive seen the cherry tomatoes have mold at least 3 times, onions being rotted to the core with mold twice, and another couple of times on regular tomatoes.My advice? If you got to go here, really inspect your produce, especially the inside of the container where Ive found the most occurrences of mold.

Close to home, easy to pick up a quick couple essentials you might be missing on the way home from work. Easy in, easy out. Homeless people frequent but usually dont bother people much. Druggies have approached me a couple times in this lot so just be aware of who is around you.

Albertsons has new phone app called just for u. Today it saved me about $25 on a $240 purchase. In store sales dont always show in app, take a few extra seconds to read the item tags for best savings. In store sales items saved me $70, for total savings of $95. Gotta report a few weeks ago, a shopper opened a fresh fried chicken package and ate some then just put container on another shelf. I pointed it out to a stock person and they removed it.
