This review is post-pandemic, and I have to say, compared to Walmart, this place has a lot of things in stock. Walmart somehow manages to have the floor full of staff trying to refill products and yet there are still giant gaps of products missing. This place doesnt have that problem. Their aisles are not full of people trying to restock and mow you down in the process. The store is less crowded and chaotic. Staff is always pleasant. The only thing I would say is that I wish they would have more than one person at checkout out in the afternoon hours or get some self-pay machines.

Cashier was very polite. Store wasnt crowded.

Store is really clean and well stocked but the employees are really rude. one named Andrew or andy is really snarky especially when asked for help. I dont shop here often and if you dont either dont bother asking for help. The guy seems like a d-ck

This location lives up to the Vons standard with a stocked and diverse selection with exceptionally friendly customer service from loyal employees. The prices are competitive and the beverage prices are downright unbeatable.

I love this store! The people are very nice & everyone is so helpful. If I have to shop, I must go in very early as I have a very compromised immune system since birth, so I was wearing a mask long before COVID. I’m on a lot of medications & have to go to the pharmacy a lot & not only are they prompt, they keep me up to date with my vaccinations. All my doctors in the Palo Alto area told me that I could not have the shingles vaccine, but the Pharmacy Manager told me that it was a dead vaccine and it was safe to get. If only my doctors knew that it was safe, it would have protected me from getting the shingles. I never want to get them again, so when the pharmacy opens on Friday, I’ll get my shot. I had to wait a month to be able to get it.

Stumbled upon some amazing fresh out the oven chicken, here at vons. With the help of Vojo, picked out some Mango Habanero marinated roasted chicken and some coleslaw to go with. Thank you for all your help and making my day much easier.

I ordered a cake for my daughters bday. I had a picture and asked them to get as close as they could. Charlie absolutely nailed it and the cake was so yummy! Everyone was asking who made the cake. I hope Charlie sticks around so we are able to return for future parties, that hopefully are out normal huge parties rather than a quarantine party. Thanks Charlie!

Lottery ticket machine inside store is awesome, i double my money everytime i buy some. Heres the secret shhhh...buy doubles of every ticket and give the second set away to someone random . it brings good fortune. That what i do....:)

It’s decent. Nice little shopping center with various store options. There’s even a Ross department store that just opened.

The store manager Andy and the supervisor Meagan Wentz. They both are very friendly and kind employees. They make sure the customers get the help they need right away.

Its a stocked, and clean, including the public use restrooms the manager is josh.He knows the store and maintains the quality goods and offers for all his patrons daily.Good moral amongst the different crews.Have to say we ordered our Turkey there twice.Loved this dinner all cooked and ready to gobble for $59 and you can always buy extra sides. And a sara Lee pie .Its all about the customer at this store 5 stars

This Vons is nice because it is rarely crowded and staff is nice. Not the best area after dark or late at night though. Store is a little old but overall they do a good job.

Everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly. Place is ALWAYS spotless and organized. Cashiers and courtesy clerks always smiling. The French bread out of the oven is my weakness! Had an amazing chocolate cake from the bakery with Oreo cookie frosting, and it was fresh and delicious!!

Surprisingly upscale for a neighborhood grocery store. I had a hard time finding the dairy, and the few times I’ve been there it’s been not exactly intuitive to find the item I’ve been looking for. Perhaps I’m just used to my regular grocery store. Never too crowded and the employees are always tremendously helpful and kind.

Its Vons. The selection here is okay and everything seems fairly orderly. The only real downside is that the bathroom is almost always destroyed and filthy.

The checkout people are very slow every time I go there it takes me 15 to 20 minutes to get out of the I stopped going there for a while and started going to Ralphs you can go in and get all your shopping and out lickety-split within the last 4 months I started going back to you guys and dont get me wrong all your staff is very polite and helpful

Prices are way too high! Coffee creamer is over a dollar more so I only go there when Im lazy and dont care if Im throwing money away.Change of heart!You get what you pay for! Vons is much more accommodating to seniors during this covid19 scam. Better safe than sorry! Vons gives us Monday through Friday 7 to 9am. Walmart only helps on Tuesdays way too early and if I miss that day, oh well, huh Walmart? Nope! I go to Vons now!
