Marcella and Alex are such kind helpful people. They go the extra mile to make sure my hearing needs are taken care of! I’ve been with miracle ear for over 10 years and could not be happier with their concierge like service. It’s so hard to come by in this day and age especially at still reasonable prices! Alex with Miracle-Ear in Escondido made me feel incredibly at ease during the two visits I had with him. His calm demeanor made a nervous situation for me much more relaxing. Alex did a very thorough hearing exam and was able to show me which frequencies and decibel levels I was having a hard time picking up (my wife was happy to see this documented!). He was very gentle when taking ear impressions. If you go in, ask for Alex and he will take excellent care of you!

Hearing exam very thorough. Most thorough exam Ive ever had. Adjustments were made to the sleeve that fits into the ear which made it more comfortable and reduced the feedback I was getting before. Alex was very knowledgable and answered my many questions in a way I could understand. Marcella is wonderful and is super friendly. She makes you want to come back. Hearing is believing.

My mom had to break down & get hearing aides. We came to Miracle Ear, she had those for about 4 years & we found out she needed new. Alex really helped us out to find the perfect pair. Wonderful experience at the Escondido Centre City Pkwy. office! I received an offer in the mail for a free trial and complete hearing test, and knew I was ready to make the appointment. Marcella was so helpful and reset my original appt. to accommodate my schedule, and was there to warmly greet me when I arrived. Allison was very kind and personable, plus so professional with explaining the tests and finding out my particular hearing issues. Because of her the tests were fun, and she did a great job going over the results and fitting me with trial hearing aids. She took the time to answer all my questions - very patient! I’ll go back in a week and actually look forward to it!

These people are really on the ball and are very helpful. Ive gone there a few times now, typically with problems with my moms Miracle Ear hearing aid battery compartment. Theyve been able to fix the problem and have not charged me for it. My mom is very happy with these hearing aids and I recommend them.

I was very impressed with the friendly service of John when I walked into his office without an appointment. I needed to have my fathers hearing aids serviced and he gladly did so while I waited. This is a very efficient office with great service!

My husband had been to two other audiologist and was not very comfortable. John and Toni walked him through the process and he is now hearing better then he has in years. They are professional and caring, they want everyone to be able to hear the best possible.
