First time here. Ordered fresas con crema. Tastes delicious. A little pricey, but delicious.

This place is the best ice cream, tostilocos, aquas, and more the other places try but don’t meet up to the best quality of this place!!! If you wanna go enjoy your trip go here and bring your kids along to it they’ll love it!!!!!

The place is great but they should have a menu. There is so much more here other than just ice creams that one cant know without proper menu.

The service is very slow, the people in the kitchen are very slow for everything, I was 30 minutes in the line and most of the customer carry only ice cream and the wait is too much. They should improve that service. Prices and portions are reasonable. but I didnt see a menu, just buy ice cream.

Very large scoops, almost double of an average one but taste is not good at all. Also it was so soft when she was putting on cone and it melted right away.

Whoa!!! The option of goodies is inane!! Lots of ice cream & paleta (popsicle)... like a lot,a lot! :) along with fruit medley cups and other snacks. Really impressed by the variety of options and everything I tried was delicious! I should have taken photos but I was too busy eyeing all the goods!

I got this rude lady that helps serve me today and she had like this messed up tattoos on her arms and and and everything and she was a grill or rude to me over all. But the ice cream was good except for the rude service.

I would give them 6 stars but they have long slow lines. They need to hire more helpers. Very clean, modern, well lighted store. I have only had their icecream bars which are excellent.

The fruit bars and ice cream selections seem endless. Their fruit bars were amazing and corn even more amazing. My family and I were visiting from Ohio for eight days and went back multiple times. Thats just how GOOD EVERYTHING was. Great customer service, a sparkling clean facility and a slew of amazing treats will always be a WINNER in my book. Just wish there were someplace like this at home.

Theyre always under staff. My mother loves this location, so I always try to get her something from there. Im happy they hired staff that speak English. There was one time I went there and the staff ignore me because they didnt speak English.

Smooth, creamy, and oh, so delicious ice cream in flavors that the national chains will never match. Do yourself a favor and get a scoop of the Tres Maria. You can thank me later.The prices are very reasonable, half of what youd pay at one of the places in a mall. Service is quick and very polite. Weve never tried any of the hot food, but there appears to be a selection suitable for a quick lunch or snack.There are also dozens of varieties of frozen treats to eat there or to bring home and hoard in the freezer to sooth a bad day.

I love this places ice cream and bars. Been here a couple times with my Latino friends and never had a problem. Went here with my son to get him an ice cream, and I was completely ignored. Had to leave with a heart broken kid. So we went to Baskin Robbins instead.

This place is so fresh and so clean ( so fresh and so clean clean) they have water based and milk based popsicles that are unbelievable. Their elote is just about the best Ive ever had this side of the border. Id live here too if they would let me.

This place has a cool feel to it. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

Their products are delicious but their service is ridiculously slow (has always been as per my first review) and its just getting old now. The employees definitely need more pep in their step; its a popular place so there is always a line which moves agonizingly slowly. I think management needs to train them to move faster.Update: I was in like for 45 minutes and the line wasnt even that long. They would do much better business-wise if they worked faster. The workers are work slowly and have conversations and just lollygag. Really frustrating to go here. Their ice cream is good though.

Havent been here alot but the times Ive gone it was great service. Everything is fresh and taste great. I recommend visiting La Michoacana.

The hours are wrong! We stopped for a treat & it was closed. Sign states closing time is 10pm. It was only 9:15 and they were already closed. Maybe if they updated online we wouldnt have driven out of our way just to be disappointed!

If you need a fix for a Mexican candy/snack this is the place. They have everything your heart or stomach desires. Its so good, its my guilt pleasure at least once a week.

Everything is delicious. But most items are a bit pricey. Compared to the other paleterias around town, its on the slightly more expensive side. But definitely delicious. Can get a bit busy during certain times of the day so be prepared.

Service and ice cream are good, the music is too loud cant even talk to the person next to you and the trash cans are always over fill. Other that nice place

They were great at the beginning but they never have anything on stock. The person that takes inventory really needs a training because they never have anything for days. Going somewhere else more expensive but they have what I ask for at least.This is for the Michoacana next to Albertsons.

Love this place with soo many varieties of paletas or in cones. You can go there and order more than one popcicle to go(cant pick one). Fresas con crema are soo good they also have chicharrones and tortas and aguas fresca. I recommend this to anyone Who want to please their sweet tooth.the place is always clean and the people there are always nice to help you.

I am so happy they opened a location in Escondido. Its a great treat for the kids. They love the popsicles and I love that its only $2 and loaded with fruit. They have so many unique flavors you cannot get at a Baskin or Coldstones. It may be inimidating to see so many flavors but I just tried the new flavors I never heard of and they were so nice to explain them to me. They even listed all their popsicle flavors for me. So nice. My favorites are the Ice cream and Popsicles. They have a huge sitting area and bathrooms. This is our favorite stop for a treat. They have a flavor to satisfy any craving.2019 update:Their Cafe Nieve(coffee ice cream) is just like the texture of the cream Ice from Ralphs Ices in NY. Its $2.30 for one scoop. I can only vouch for that one flavor because that was my go to flavor at Ralphs Ice and at Michoacana.My Kids love the Esquimal with are $2.80 each, its a popsicle but has a chocolate coating that is dipped in coconut or sprinkles. Popsicles are still $2/each. This is still out go to spot for dessert going on 2 years even though we moved further East we still come here.
