Auto Body Evolution did a good job of fixing my 2021 Nissan Altima, but the only problem I have with this company is the following things. The time frame for getting the car repaired was off and it took them extra 3 days to complete the job. The second complaint is when I pickup my car I failed to notice they didnt remove and attach my MD State tag and mount to the front bumper. I noticed it was missing after week and a half after picking up my car. I have called Auto Body Evolution to see if they have or can provide any support but Im getting a run around. So if you take your vehicle to this company, check it out and make sure all parts are returned and installed correctly.

The communication that Robert had is amazing. This could have been an extremely stressful process, but everything was handled with care. I have no worries, everything turned out perfect. I will mention this place to all of my friends. Thank you Robert, you did amazing.

Never again! I put my car in the shop on 9/20 it is not 11/2 and I still havent gotten my car and no one calls and gives me updates on my vehicle. I am always placed on hold so long the phone hangs up. I will never bring my car there again nor refer anyone to this shop. Its ridiculous

I had my truck repaired at Auto Body Evolution after two deer hit me. It had pretty extensive damage. When all was said and done, my truck looked as though nothing had ever happened to it. Rob was great in assisting me and making sure they got it right. It did take a bit longer than I had expected, but understandably so. Covid has slowed down everything! I am extremely pleased with the outcome. They are committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place.

My experience with the front line staff was exceptional everyone was friendly and patient enough to answer my questions and made me feel at ease that my car was in good hands. A 2-day work became 12 days due to multiple Re-Work after a collateral unsatisfactory paint job. While the main damaged spots were addressed, the surrounding right panel contained 2 peeble-like particles stucked to the paint and a 3-inch linear paint bubble at the distal right end of the bumper was obviously an eye sore. The old bumper protector applique remained instead of a replacement (as was originally quoted and promised). I did visit each day (inclusive of weekends) to this body shop to visually check the vehicle repair work status until all the undesirables were corrected. Although recommended by the at-fault partys insurance IT IS NOT the best place for brand new vehicles to get repaired (for collision damage).

This business constantly has vehicles blocking the road that leads to the neighborhood behind the shopping center. Please stop doing that. It is extremely frustrating.

From start to finish, this was a horrible experience. Little to no communication from the staff regarding updates. I was the one always calling in. The vehicle sat for weeks torn down in the parking lot due to them not having anyone to work on it but they were still taking in more and more work as mine sat there. Which this caused a tremendous amount of rust and pitting on my rotors, causing them to be replaced on my 2020 Sorento with low miles. Promised hit times that came and went with excuses each time. I finally got my vehicle back and trim pieces were damaged during installation that required me to take the vehicle back to them. I had muddy foot prints on my leather seats in the back. After we got the vehicle back, no follow up calls were done. I will never bring my vehicles here again.

Excellent customer service all the way around, and my car looks absolutely fabulous 💙💙💙 youd never know there was a scratch, let alone a sizeable dent. The receptionist was always warm, friendly and helpful, and the mechanics are knowledgeable and down to answer any auxiliary questions you may have. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Refuse to fix my car properly. Somebody hit my car, damaging front side. My power windows and sunroof stopped working due to accident. The shop would ONLY fix the visible damage and wouldnt inspect damaged wires. Im confused as it happened from the accident. The owner told me there was nothing he could do and I couldnt prove it was from the accident... ?? Had full warranty (which I explained to him), so I ended up just paying 100$ deductable for my dealer to fix the rest of my car. Loose wire exactly where I was hit. Wasnt even worth sorting out through insurance. I definitely would NOT recommend this place!

My roommate and I had a great experience here! Car came back great and like brand new! Mina is the sweetest person Ive ever meet! She was easily reachable and always had the information for whatever questions I had. Branden, who handled the original look over and when we picked up the car was super nice and straight forward! Asked for an estimate. Gave me an estimate of the top of his head and then had the nerve to suggest using my auto insurance. Isnt that fraud? They lost a customer because i have money to pay up front.

A two week delay became a four week delay. Very little communication from the shop. I should not have to call for updates on my vehicle when they have my cell and email. As of today my vehicle is still not ready, no update from shop. Very disappointed.

I got a flat right outside of work and Brandon and Rob were super awesome and plugged up my flat! They were super friendly and nice and did it out of the kindness of their hearts! My seamless, easy, welcoming experience began with appointment setup- I was able to schedule online with ease and was provided all instructions ahead of time. Then, I arrived on-site and was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately put at ease. My car rental was already waiting for me making it easy and I was provided several updates throughout the day. Overall, it was a great experience.

I would recommend auto body evolution. My wife’s car was hit by another driver that had geico insurance. When I arrived there for repairs they were extremely professional from beginning to end. They had all of our information ready to go, plus had enterprise car rental right there so i didn’t have to go any where else to get a car while ours was being worked on. The repairs made the bumper look brand new as if nothing ever happened to the car.

Update: So I got a call from a gentleman called Tim who apologized after the review below and he got me to bring vehicle in to one of their shops on Joppa Rd where everything was fixed. Thanks Tim for your prompt response and getting things done right. So i change my rating to a 4. Would have given a 5 but for the fact that all the time wasted was not necessary if the first shop had done things right the first time.

There were some delays on my repair not the fault of the estimator or the technicians. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I had damage to my vehicle that required going through insurance. Rob Gibson, was my main point of contact. Rob and his team were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. They handled communication with the insurance company and also set me up with a cost if I wanted to have my car interior detailed (It was rough shape on inside so nice they noticed but also nice they did not just tack the cost on without asking me first as some companies would do). The team made this an easy process on me and I would certainly recommend them to others!

I booked an appointment to get a quote on the repair for my car, I had a minor damage in the painting in the hood, the bomper and the drivers mirror, I thought I needed to get my car sanded and painted to fix it which I thought was going to cost me thousands of dollars. The gentleman that does the quotes ( do not remember the name) very generously offer to use a liquid to wipe my car and remove the black dirt of it which made it visible that no further repair needed to be done. They could just take the car and said they repair it and charge a lot for it but instead they guide me and suggest a complete free course of action. Very recommended. Honest, polite, friendly and generous!

Really good body work and replacement of parts! Like new again!Minus a stat because there was white residue all over different areas inside the vehicle and on the seats that wasnt there before service. Would still highly recommend.

Amazing people and customer service but not actual good work. I was hit from the side and even after they fixed the car, the door made popping noises. There was also an electrical issue they couldnt figure out and ended up having g to go to the dealer. People wise, very friendly

My friend and I got off of work and she realized she had a flat tire. We had no idea what we were doing so i told her to walk in and ask them if they know how. Brandon didn’t hesitate and told her to pull around back. After putting her donut on, Rob looked at the tire with me and i told her there was a nail in it, he agreed. I told her she’d just have to go down the street and get it plugged. He stopped us and said don’t worry I’ll get it for you! Excellent customer service, pleasant personalities! If i could give it 10 stars i would!

I needed an estimate on my truck. The adjuster was to busy to look at it when I scheduled the appointment. So he sent the secretary out to take pictures and said he would get back to me. Called and was told he had forgotten about my estimate he would get right on it and sent it to me by Saturday. Its been almost 2 weeks still havent heard a word. If you dont want someones business just tell them so.

I had a good experience with these guys. I waited about a week, and my truck looked brand new. At first I thought it was a little long of a wait. After talking with them I realized I waited for the right parts to the do job right...they even got the insurance company to pay for new parts for a new truck, not used parts. If thats not going above and beyond, I dont know what is.

I would not recommend this body shop at all. I took my car there because it was my insurance companys certified body shop. My first encounter with them was nice and easy. Once my car was totalled I had my mother remove my items from the car and asked if they could help her with removing my tags. They took my rear tag off and placed my tag frame and laid it on top of my car and proceeded to hand my mother my tag without the frame. To some this may sound petty, but my tag frame was a fraternal order of police frame. One which was given to me by my father who is passed away. It can never be replaced. When confronting the manager about the incident he stated the technician that removed the frame asked my mother if she wanted the frame and my mother said no. Which is a flat out lie. So, for this reason I will not recommend taking my car to a company where they have theifs and liers working there. Owners beware.
