This place is one of a kind! When picking a place to get my dent removed I was told by numerous shops that it wasn’t fixable by paint less removal, some told me they wouldn’t touch it.From the moment I called and got an over the phone quote to picking up the vehicle after the repair was an all around painless and stress free experience. These guys are professionals hands down. They take the time to explain the process and what your going to get. They are super easy to work with and not only met the deadline they gave me but got the car done early.The dent was rather large and had a good amount of scratches. It looks practically brand new (somethings out of there hands can’t be fixed). They do great work when it comes to paint correction of the impact area as well. They did such a great job restoring the area I asked if they did whole paint correction.. sadly they don’t.The price was average. I was getting quotes around the same price the difference was they where completely confidante in removing this dent, the others said they would do there best but weren’t sure. You do get what you pay for and to be honest it was well worth every penny.The shop is kept extremely clean and the waiting area was nice. They had there masks on if your the type of person to care about those things…I will most definitely be taking my car back here for any body work.

I took in my car the next day and when they looked at it they actually quoted me lower than they had originally, which showed me they were transparent and had integrity. I found Paintless Dent Doctor by a google search looking for something in my area to remove a dent and a crease in my passenger side door. I was able to request a quote through text by sending photos. I received a response very quickly and given a link to schedule an appointment. I brought my vehicle in and Stephen went over the damage with me and what he would do and confirmed the price, all sounded good to me so I went and waited in the waiting room and about 30 min later my car was done and as good as new. Let me tell you about Paintless Dent Doctor. I have a practically new 2021 vehicle. I had a couple parking lot dings. I remembered that I got a card from Stephen a couple years ago. I decided to give them a call and very happy that I did. From the point I made first contact with Stephen to the time my car was actually finished was no more than 3 or 4 hours and that included the time it took me to get to the shop. I took my wifes brand new Highlander in to have two dents removed. The first was a door ding on the rear fender. After shopping around for PDR businesses in the area I came across Paintless Dent Doctor. Im glad I did because Ive now found my go-to PDR shop. Steve knows how to run his business well and my experience from beginning to end was top notch. He was timely and professional in his responses to me from when I first inquired and when I brought in my car, he committed to my appointment time and took care of my vehicle right away. What impressed me most about my experience was that because my car is fully wrapped in PPF and the door ding was in a difficult spot, Steve could have performed a more expensive fix by pulling on the externally body side of the car potentially damaging my wrap but he used his creativity by finding another way into the door panel to eventually massage the dent out. He did a perfect job I paid what was in the lower range of his original estimate. Ill be bringing my other vehicles here to get the dings repaired. Took my sons 2008 Mustang GT Conv that had a pretty good sized dent on the rear fender to Paintless dent doctor and was absolutely blown away at the results !! I first called and spoke to Stephen I texted him some photos and had a base estimate within minutes. Then followed up with a phone call to set a time to fix the car I dropped it off the next day and about 3 hrs later I had the car back . This dent was on a seam and had and had rubbed the paint so my expectations were low but Stephen explained the process thoroughly and WOW you cant even tell there was ever any damage . Very professional group and they do amazing work. I had my Hellcat in there after hearing about them and they fixed the ding on my door on the crease to the point were it is impossible to see it cause its gone completely. He even got the yellow paint off the ding. Also very reasonably priced and all this was done in an hour. They are way better then the dealer who couldnt guarantee a fix. I highly highly recommend them and if i could give ten stars i would in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, for me, this has been my second visit to the Dent Doctor in about 6 weeks. On both occasions it has been to repair dings; one for damage to my rear passenger door from a runaway shopping cart and the most recent, yesterday, from a dent the fender due to poor valet parking attendants. I own a 2018 Subaru Outback that is 5 months old and Im very particular about its appearance. Both times the Dent Doctor performed outstanding repairs. I could not be happier with the repair to my Honda CRV that I had done at Paintless Dent Doctor. The hood of my vehicle was damaged by a squeege kid in Baltimore, just before the Xmas holidays. I first went to Honda dealer, they told me it would be quicker and cheaper for me to go to a scratch and dent repair shop. Found Dent Doctor via Google search, read reviews, wanted a local, honest, small business owned body shop. I had a high crease / dent on the drivers door of my brand new car. The dealer gave me a quote of close to $800 to fix it, which included painting almost one side of my car to get the paint to blend. Seemed very intrusive for the size of the dent. I brought it to Paintless Dent Doctor in for an estimate which was so much more reasonable and they fixed it immediately in about a half hour. The door looked perfect after Stephen fixed it. I am very impressed with the service and their facility. I will be bringing my car back next time this happens, and definately refer their service. Paintless Dent Doctor did an INCREDIBLE job on my car. I had a pretty severe dent in my trunk. I sent photos to the listed number via text message and was given an estimate. The actual price was the high end of the estimate, but it was worth every penny and more. I made an appointment and waited; when it was finished in a few hours, my car looked as good as the day I bought it. I would recommend this to ANYONE. Im hoping not to need the services again, but it would be my first call if I ever did.

This is the only place to get your dent fixed. The people were professional, courteous, patient with my questions and the team and workmanship are of the highest caliber. The dent that was on the crease in the door was repaired so that it looked like a new door that came straight from the factory. 5-stars is not a high enough rating for this business and I wish I could add more. The price was reasonable and they completed the job within 4 1/2 hours.

Brought my 2015 Corolla in for a Body Line crease dent. Stephen removed it as if it never happened. Gave me an estimated time of 1 hour. Stephen did it in 40 minutes. Would recommend to others. I am very pleased with his service and the price was very fair for what has to be done.

I had a shopping cart slam into my car door leaving 4 dents in it. The auto body shop wanted $600 to fix it and needed to keep it for 5 days. I called Stephen to get an estimate and he got me in the same day! I was hoping he would be able to help me. I arrived the shop was immaculate and he took my car right in. He gave me my estimate and told me he could get all the dents out in about 2 hrs! I was ecstatic so I dropped the car off the next day. I had an emergency and couldnt get there by the time he closed so when I called him he came back to the shop to give me my vehicle! You dont see customer service like that these days at all! The repair far exceeded my expectations, all four dents were COMPLETELY removed. Not only did he save me the hassle of getting a rental car and being without it for a week but he also saved me hundreds of dollars! He is a true professional and I guarantee you will be glad you went there!

Brought the S550 for a front fender dent and a door ding repairs. The fender is made out of aluminum. The previous Mercedes certified body shop stated that repairs were not doable. I booked an appointment with PD Doctor at 11:30AM and the car was ready a little after 1:00PM. They have a nice waiting area with a peek-a-boo view window to oversee the work being performed inside. The results were insane. The dent on the fender was removed without a trace along with a door ding. No paint damage in the process. I prefer my cars like I do women without blemishes and dents on their bodies. Thank you for an awesome job.

I had an approximately 1 to 2 inch dent in my passenger-side door along with slight scratch. I called to schedule an appointment with Steve at Paintless Dent Doctor. What a great job fixing the dent in my Lexus GS. The body shop I have used for past repairs wanted $450, so I figured Id try Paintless Dent Doctor. They did several hail dents on my hood. Very professional and I thought they were reasonably priced. Took about two hours and the hood looks like new.

Unfortunately I have needed their services two times in the last couple of years. They did a great job getting back to me with a quote and finishing my car in a timely matter. Hopefully I will not need their services in the near future but I will surely recommend them to my family and friends.

My car is my baby and Dent Doctor treated it as such. I was nervous about getting a 6 crease removed out of my Civic SI, but after seeing the professional work done by Steve I will never take a dent to a body shop, EVER.
