I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Zach at this location. He was communicative, professional and made me feel completely comfortable after a bad accident caused my car to be in their shop for almost a month! He updated me every week once or more and went out of his way to get my car back on the timeline he and I discussed from the beginning. I got my car back on time and she looks brand new. Thank you to Zach for making my body shop experience so much less stressful during my time of need! I use my car for work so this was very helpful and I will absolutely contact them again and refer the Essex location and Zach every time! (Before and after photos included!)

Our new F-150 was severely damaged by falling trees during a storm, requiring complete body rebuilding. The repair took awhile, due to delay in getting parts. Our contact, Henderson, was professional, knowledgeable and kept us up to date with the progress. The truck looks great now-back to new. Everyone we dealt with at Caliber was polite and responsive. The customer service was phenomenal. I had some minor damage to my wheel well from a blowout. I worked with Zach, who contacted my insurance company and arranged for additional repairs which hadn’t been on the original estimate. After about a week, the car is in mint condition. These people genuinely care about your vehicle. I hope to not need body work again, but if I do, I won’t be going with anyone else.

I had major body work done to my vehicle and my rep was named Zach. he was the most professional & detailed person. he walked me through the process step by step and kept me informed every minute. he made this the best experience after getting my vehicle repaired and returned back to me safely.

My truck as t bone and had to get extensive repair done to the driver side rear door and bed. Over 25k worth of repairs and the truck looks better than new. Henderson kept me informed of all the repairs and timeline for parts to come in and answered all my questions. The work on the truck was perfect and I couldnt be happier. Great service and I couldnt recommend them high enough.

My 2016 Dodge Charger was struck by flying debris on the highway that damaged the front bumper and grill. Im extremely picky when ut comes to my car and can be a pain in the butt because I want my car fixed properly without excuses. Caliber took my car in knowing this and the other special needs of my car (ie custom work) and returned my car to me in better condition than it was prior to the accident! Im extremely happy with their work and recommend them to anyone who is a car guy/girl and is afraid to leave their baby with a shop for repairs. These guys will take excellent care of your baby like they did mine.

Great people to work with but I miss Beth.She may be sassy but she always addressed any issues that I may have had while either delivering or transporting anything out of this facility.PLEASE BRING HER BACK!

Do NOT take your car here. The most unprofessional experience we have ever had with a body shop. First of all the job took way longer than any other places we worked with. AND - Not only did the steal from our car but it was blatantly obvious that it came back with 5 more miles (we looked before hand) so someone clearly took our Audi for a joy ride. We are incredibly disappointed and violated. They are either not watching their employees or condoning this unprofessional type of behavior

The customer service at Caliber is amazing... down to your employee who walked through the lobby and saw us standing there waiting for the receptionist (we had just walked in and we’re standing there for less 15 seconds). We could tell he was on his way to clock out, but instead, he inquired if we had been taken care of then turned around and walked into the shop to get someone that could help us. Less than 30 seconds later a smiling and courteous employee was there taking great care of our needs. It is so hard these days to get the kind of customer service we received while we were there.
