I’m glad I went to this dealership. They have great selection of vehicles at fair price. Ed was the guy who helped me with my car buying process, he was very helpful, patient and not at all pushy (like some salesman). The staff were very friendly and overall I would definitely come back to them to get a car if I need one in the future.

Hello, I was promised that I would walk off the lot with a car at another dealership and after driving almost 2 hours to get there I was told that I needed $2,000 down and my payments would be $450 a month. I left there in tears and decided to take my chances at a more local establishment. I went to Aero Motors with hopes but not sure what would happen. So I gave them all of my information and was called the next morning with an approval for a car. I have a great car with a low monthly payment and my old car was good enough to be used for my $500 down payment. Aero Motors has made me very happy for a change.

I was dealing with ed and even though it seemed like every truck I was after seemed to have been in the process of being sold ed called me and told me a deal fell through on one of the trucks I wanted. He got ahold of the finance company and we made things happen. The sales team is not your typical pushy sales people. They are great to do business with and I look forward to dealing with them at a later date.

I am from Pennsylvania, and recently bought a car at Aero. I had an A/C issue with it covered under the warranty. I was inconveniently far enough away, that I could not bring it back in to fix. Aero still covered the cost after I got it fixed at my local mechanic. I was really impressed with their integrity.

4/3/21 update: Still love this place. Went in for my free oil change and also told them there was a rattling in the dash and asked them if they could find what it was. Got a call maybe an hour into business hours that my oil change was done and the rattling was a lose vent clip and it was fixed. Thank you guys so very much. You guys rock!!!!!Absolutely love this place. The entire process from start to finish was great. Fred is a fantastic guy who does whatever he can to help you. I purchased a car that is beingfinanced at the end of February.Very next day hear noises coming from the steering wheel and back right side of the car.It took one week before my car was looked at.Repairs done I start driving immediately hear noises coming from the back left side of the car. At this point I no longer feel comfortable having ownership of this car. I asked the owner for a refund or another car while its under 30 days. He saidno he would fix the repairsnothing major is wrong with the car. Toldrepairs done Two weeks later noises are back on the back right side of the car. I also get side swiped at the back of my car by another car. The collision center runs some test on my car. The transmission was determinedinternal faulty transmission. I asked the owner to provide documentation showing that the transmission was in good condition at the time of purchase. He told me Im telling you the transmission was in good condition..thats your proof. He agrees to have the transmission looked at. Two weeks later I had a used transmission put in with a 30 day warranty. That was 5/13. Today I get in my car..guess what?! Yes new noises coming from the front of the car.

Very upfront about pricing and had everything lined up for a quick and simple transaction. They held the car for us and we were in and out with paperwork signed and keys in hand that Monday.No wheeling and dealing. No hidden or surprise fees. They were honest and up front.

They totally ripped off my girlfriend upselling her 1500 dollars for a ridiculous warranty that covers practically nothing on a vehicle that wouldnt need it for 50k+ miles. So sad to see a company take advantage of people who dont understand what theyre doing. If you know your way around cars, you can probably find somewhere better. If youre new to cars and are looking for honest folk to help you out, steer clear of this place. Not to mention the customer has been horrible.

Incredible prices for amazing used cars. They just can’t be beat. The sales staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I took the car to a mechanic to get it looked and he said it was the cleanest thing he’s ever seen, then proceeded to brag to his friends about how nice of a car I found. Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from them again!

I bought a 04 Armada in march of this year and just traded in my soccer mom van for a 07 Durango Limited. Both trucks are great. I will always refer everyone here and always to Fred. These are great people and they definitely take care of any mechanical needs as well.

First time buying a car from Aero Motors. Friends and family told me that they were more reliable and trustworthy than the bigger dealers. The sales staff were very nice, and the buying process was easy. However, I am slightly nervous about my purchase. 2 check engine lights in 2 days is not a sign of a reliable product. The service staff handled it quickly the first day and they were very courteous and professional, however I am withholding further judgments until I see what happens with the car on the second day. For now I need to leave my rating at the average level, with optimism that it will go up if the car service is handled well.Update: It turned out the problem with the car was that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I am thankful that the service staff was able to fix it quickly, and that it was still under warranty so it didnt cost me any extra. However, if it wasnt, it would have been a $1000 job. The car is running great now, but Im still a little worried about what else could be wrong with the car that I dont know about yet, and if it comes up again past the first 30 days, what Ill have to pay to have fixed. Im sure its just typical car owning nerves though. Thanks again to Aero for handling this so well.

This was my first time buying a car and I had a wonderful experience. Fred was fast yet thorough when we didn’t understand or had questions he was patient and made the experience very easy. We love the car we bought had almost everything we were looking for in a new car. The cashier lady was patient as well when we came across a slight issue. I dealt with Ed, he was very nice, responsive and polite. However, that was the only good experience I had at the dealership. The first vehicle I inquired about took over a month before it was able to be test driven, when I went to test drive it I ended up finding the exact vehicle I wanted. It had just arrived and still had to go through the shop. It was an older low mileage vehicle, they fixed a few things that were needing fixed and I purchased it. I took it to the Lincoln dealership the following week and ended up having to spent $4,000. It needed tires, brakes, rotors, shocks and an alignment. The vehicle came with a warranty but I didn’t trust them to fix the vehicle with Lincoln parts so I paid for it. This is a second car for me, more of a weekend car so it’s not that big of a deal, but for people who are on a budget and buying a car here, they could really be in trouble after buying a car that needs so much work.

This is my 3rd Car bought from Aero Motors, it’s always a pleasure. I have never had issues with any of the vehicles. Staff is always there to help, and Ms. D is awesome!! I recommend anyone to purchase here. Always have good reliable vehicles.

I almost cried when I got my car. I went to 3 other dealerships before I came to Aero and they all wanted more money down then what I had or my monthly payments were going to be $400 and up (which I can not afford) because my credit just isn’t the best right now. A friend suggested Aero Motors to me and I loved it. Fred was real with me about my situation and very nice, he broke down the process and all my options. At the end of the day I drove away with a very nice Hyundai Sonata with very low miles and the car looked brand new. My payments were less than what I was paying on my old car and I got the sunroof I always wanted. I love my car and the service provided was great. Really an awesome experience.

Wonderful people here, professional in every way, worked with loan people to get things set up. I thought I did not get the loan and was just going to have to bus it every day. What a relief. Thank you Aeromotors, ian and ed and there was another guy I spoke with, all were great with my situation.

They didn’t really want to sell the car, gave me the run around from the start . 2 hour trip there just to start a vehicle, they want to give the vehicle to who THEY prefer . Even offered straight cash .

These guys sold me a car that they said drove well and was inspected. This is disingenuous if not a complete lie. The card you not drive well and theres no way it would have passed inspection. As a result I reported them to the sheriff who I will be meeting at their dealership to inspect the car and find all the things that my own mechanic found wrong with it. when I told them about my mechanics review of the things that were wrong with the car the owner refused to even look at my mechanics report and did not think at all to help me with the problem or to put me into another better car. They turned me away with disregard for my safety and well-being as this car was anything but safe to drive. All they cared about was making a quick sale and didnt have any regard whatsoever for the safety and well-being of anybody I put into that car. I would strongly recommend that you stayed away from this dealership to avoid the kind of problems Im facing now.

Ian was able to answer any questions I had and responded very quickly to my messages. The staff is very helpful and made sure I was happy with my choice. Never did I feel pressured to make a decision.

I went there after scheduling to test drive a vehicle. Didnt see any diversity so already felt discouraged. I arrived not once was I greeted or acknowledged. I asked about Ian but he appeared to be the only salesperson for the next 30-40mins. No one could allow me to test drive the vehicle and I inquired and they look like they could care less for my presence, so I left. Would not be coming back.

Reporting to BBB, truck only had 66K miles on it, 5 months later needed a new motor. Cost is $6500. Offered no assistance after waiting three weeks to hear from them, towed my truck back to me and dropped it off. Pretty much told me to F off..... Never again. What a way to treat a Police Employee.... Poor excuse for a business

Fred did a great job for me. He was easy to work with and best of all not pushy. The only disappointments were that there was only one electronic key for the vehicle and no key for the truck bed hard cover. As long as the vehicle performs as I expect it to and the warranty is covered than I will have no issues with purchasing from Aero again

Ed was very very nice and car was fine, but grossly overpriced. My father, who is older and not very savvy, said he would pay sticker, to which I objected and asked if they could take some money off the price. They did not do so initially, but later knocked off a couple hundred dollars (3%). I resent that they would not knock off at least $500 from the price when I spoke up for him, even if he did not feel it was necessary to push for a fair price. He is older and I feel he could have easily been given a better price while still allowing plenty of profit, despite his lack of savvy.

My first purchase from Aero since over 20 years ago was the best experience Ive had with ANY auto dealership. The salesman, Ed was one I have great respect for.....He was polite, very knowledgeable in the field of autos, and most cultivated in the art of communicating honestly with the public. Joe, the Top Dog at Aero, seems to always keep up with the customers and salespersons and, even after a sale is complete, offers his personal thanks, advice on keeping up on your cars maintenance, even tokens of appreciation such as free auto accessories, punch cards for NUMEROUS free oil & filter changes, coupons for other free services, and so much more! If thats not customer appreciation, I dont know what is. Dee and the other ladies in the back office are also very helpful & cooperative, as are those in the front & back of the service dept. Theyre ALL the greatest!!!

My husband bought his truck here and we are very happy with our purchase. We also do all the car service here and the people are very polite. Mean and Jim are amazing.

The sales staff is a delight to do business with. However their service dept. out right SUCKS! entirely. They cant seem to get anything done right the first time. My vehicle had to be towed in a number of times in a short period. Every time I asked them to look into a concern or problem with the car, they seemed to either overlook it or act like it was too much of a laundry list considering it was still under warranty. Sure a loaner car was given a few times but that was simply because they made my experience more problematic than necessary. I still have problems to date that I asked to be addressed before the warranty expired. The last time my car was towed in it was because whoever at the shop did not torque the front wheel lug nuts on the studs tight enough. Good thing the wheel did not fall off or anything worse happened.

Just purchased a used car a great place if your credit isnt the best! And a willingness to help get you into a ride.

This place is a rip off ! my poor mother bought a car for $7000 and paid cash, they assured her it was such a great car, and only 7 months later the engine blew up and was gone, she went in there and ask GARY, if there was anything he could do or give her a discount on a new car she would purchase there and he said NO ! The car was a total LEMON !!! They are sneaky and sell junky cars !! Back in the day they use to sell good cars, not anymore, all they car about is making money off of the consumer !! DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY !! I cant imagine how many people were ripped off by this dealership, its sad. After you spend your hard earned money and put your trust in this place, you still get screwed.

Wont go anywhere else for service and that is difficult as I live in another county. My family has 2 cars and a truck. I recently took a car for routine service and told them I needed the timing belt changed. I had completely confused the service records on my vehicles. A few hours later, I got a call from the mechanic informing me the belt had already been changed on this vehicle and it was another of my vehicles that was coming due. I was blown away! Not many dealerships would have been that honest with such a high dollar opportunity. They totally earned my respect and business.

Guarantee all the 4 and 5 stars they told them they would give them a discount... I got a Chrysler 300 from them have had nothing but problems with it. My dad has the same car.. he got in 06 with 300,000 moles has had no problems but spark plugs and coils and oil.. the backing plate was messed up. The thermostat just went bad.. speeding sensors went bad... Car stalls to start up... Dont go here is all I can tell you... I drive this car about... My job is 2 miles away if that and then home... And I have problems with it and runs through gas... Get a new car lol... Im telling you... If you forst starting out whatever but get a new car you dont have to stress what could be wrong with it.. I got my car tested for the codes and they differ between AutoZone and advanced Auto.... Worst mistake of my life going here for a car..

I bought a Chevy Malibu 2009 last summer from aero motors and have had nothing but problems since then service department thinks they no more then the public so y havent they fixed my car thats been in and out of their shop for a yr with the same problem the service department is ignorant and sloppy and they reset the communication board to fake fix the problem it took the service department a week to fix my head light that went back out a week later. My suggestion is they payed these people to place a good reviews because all out its been terrible and i had to get a lawyer involed dont waist ur time with this auto sales company the owner should be ashamed of himself for the piss poor service i will not ever recommend anyone to get a car from them

As soon as i got on the highway to drive to work, steering wheel starts shaking, car doesnt drive smooth at higher speeds...dont waste your time and money. I cometely regret my purchase because for the poor quality I could have just bought from a private seller for A LOT less money.
