I see so many happy/unhappy reviews that I just wanted to share that I Purchased my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder from Auto Bank in 2010. Never had any major issues. Purchased another vehicle in 2014 so I havent been using my Pathfinder. Believe it or not I am now having it fixed up in 2018 for my teenage son. Still runs great. Oh and might I add that I am going back to Auto Bank this week for another vehicle..

I would definitely recommend Auto Bank to people. I purchased my car in September of 2016. Granted I had a few issues but with the staffing, especially Mr Paul, things were a breeze. To start, walking in the door I had $800. With no so perfect credit, my salesperson Rick, made sure I left with a vehicle that day. Months down the road, I experienced a tire blow out, which caused, $1500 damage to the front of my vehicle. With flexible payment options that was taken care of. Lastly, my transmission went up about 10 months into having the car. It was going to be $2700 to replace. Mr Paul, allowed me to pay $400 upfront and pay off the transmission through my affordable car payment. I see ALOT of negative reviews, but I was always told, to handle situations reasonably and maturely, and everything will pan out. And with this dealership it did. Thank you Rick, Ms Lorraine and Mr Paul for taking a chance with me. 💪😉😊😊

Ive had my car for 6 days. I have been stranded twice because of a bad battery (busted up with bad cells) had to pay almost $200 for a new battery (stranded out of town at a hotel on a Sunday), battery light still flickers while driving. The back wheel needs replaced its covered in balance weights and the tire is loosing air from being in such bad shape (covered with wheel caps, couldnt tell). They dont even try to get the vehicle in decent running shape, they just take scrap parts and rotate them between vehicles until it runs. The car was dirty inside and out the day of purchase and needed to be thoroughly detailed. Where have you ever purchased a car that wasnt even cleaned before you took possession? I thought theyd at least vacuum the interior? The airbag lights flash if there is a passenger or not which means the airbag isnt even hooked up correctly or there is a defect. Today, the check engine light came on. BEWARE!! This place is junk, the cars are junk and the promise of reliable transportation is junk.... Day 6 of new car ownership. Stressed!

I just bought my truck from Auto Bank. I worked with Chris and Christina who were both very helpful. I have had some credit issues from my past and Chris was able to still get me in the truck that I wanted. The whole staff was very nice to us. I most definitely would come back in the future.

Today I was treated very well. The customer service I received at Auto Bank was far more superb than the other dealers I had went to previously. Rick helped me understand everything by answering and explaining every question or concern I had. If I had to do this all over again I would a million times. Application and finance was fast and easy. Happily drove away a new car owner. Thanks Auto Bank,Kenitra Smith

They sell horrible cars. Most of the cars have problems. Some cars in the lot are even leaking oil and fluids. I also found out my friend bought a car from here and 1000 miles in to owning it the car had to had its motor replaced which was over $4000! I took a car on a test drive and it broke down. Then they told me that it was something minor it will be back in two days. Its been over two weeks and they still dont have the car. Also they are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. I recommend stay away as far as you can with this place. Since they sell nothing but Scrap Metal practically!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAM!!!

We purchased a trailblazer from Auto bank, it had trouble from the start, so many shop visits and 3 days after the warranty ended the engine in the trail Blazer needed to be replaced and they said it would be 4 grand. Went back a few days later to get the tags for the truck to turn in to the mva and find out they are closed and they took our tags and never turned them in and we still cannot find our tags honestly worst place ever glad they closed so they cannot rip anyone off but dealing with trying to find the tags is crazy they should of at least turned them in for us.

This place is a joke! Because I have a 0 missed payments with them and about a year to go I will finish paying off a overpriced car with high mileage. They didnt even have the decency to provide a spare key. When I lost my keys i had to put out over $150 because the key needs a chip. It is always some type of issue with them. They put a boot on my car because of not having insurance. BUT I DO HAVE INSURANCE. They said that they couldnt get in contact with me but yet I call in every two weeks to make a payment. And they have my employer info. I had to put out $75 to get the boot off after I gave them proof of insurance. And my husband had to miss a day of work because of this. Please by the grace of god stay away from this place. I am thinking of just going to carmax and doing a trade in. This car has been horror.

Bought a car from here. Its a 2005 Chevy Impala and they charged me $16,000!!! I had thought the car was $10,000, which is STILL way over priced. The car books for 500-800 trade in value and a MAXIMUM (putting good condition which it is not) of 1800 to a private seller. I have paid over 10 thousand dollars towards this car and I hate it barely drive it. I went to Carmax for a second car and I paid way less for a way newer car with only $500 down. I will NEVER recommend going to Auto Bank as they rip people off. I am livid that I am still paying $185 every other week for this piece of crap. I wish I had known more about credit and car prices and in the future I will do more research before trusting car salesmen who prey on people.

This was my first time dealing with this company. The process was very smooth and without surprises.I dealt with a gentleman named Chris, who was very helpful through out the entire process. With his assistance I was able to take delivery of my 2005 Ford Explorer XLT within 24 hours of first calling.Chris was very informative in relations to the process as well as his inventory. Chris was able to walk me through the entire process, and has been a great source of information. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from any place other than an auction in over 10 years and it was a great experience. The next vehicle I purchase will be from here. The vehicle that I purchased even came with a warranty, already MD inspected and a carfax report without issue. I would recommend AutoBank to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, as they will do what they can to make you comfortable during the process; as well, as ensuring you feel good about the entire process when you leave.

Very friendly and helpful. After having my car totaled while sitting in front of my house 2 wks before Christmas, I had little money to work w on such short notice but Rick did all he could to help put me in whatever vehicle I was interested in THAT night. Ive had a few issues w my 06 Trailblazer but the Service mgr Paul has gone out of his way to fix/solve them asap and do what they can to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. These ARE used vehicles and you should expect to pay a little over blue book value, but that is to be expected when you are asking them to finance a vehicle w bad credit or little to no money down or whatever issue is sending you to the services of a buy here pay here lot. Im neither family nor friend as other posters accuse, just a customer who is thus far, satisfied with people who have helped me in an emergency situation when most dealers wont talk to you w/out $1.5-$2k to put down. Auto Bank are NOT rip-off artists- in MY experience they are good ppl to talk to if youre in need of a vehicle w/ limited finances, poor credit, or just had some bad luck. If youre in the market, stop in and have a look around- theres some nice, clean options there no matter what youre looking for.

It worked in my favor because I was able to get a car at the time I really needed it, same day! I was 2 months pregnant & just found out, didnt want to have to wait in the blistering cold for a bus anymore. Not even a month after i got my mazda6, check engine light was on. Car wouldnt drive... I was back to walking & taken buses for the past 3 months while my car sat in the shop, they claimed they was working on it but you tell me does it really take 3 months to work on a car?!!?!? They still expect you to pay for junk that isnt even working. And the moment you dont, they flip the switch on your car. You can be at a gas station about to get gas like me and my husband was & your stranded. They wont care!!! HOWEVER I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. They will sell you a lemon for a car 🍋 🍋 and the owner is a true scam artist. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could... Go at your own risk! Fair warning.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My little sister was so anxious to buy a car on her 18th birthday, so she went here because she had no credit. They talked her into a 2009 Chevy Aveo with 101K miles on it for $12,000! I went up there and asked for a refund and offered cash to buy her out of the contract and they refused stating, We dont do refunds. We are not Walmart. KBB valued this car at around $3,500. To top it all off here, the check engine light was lit after the first night of driving this vehicle.

Buyer Beware!!! Stay away from this dealership. If we could give them a zero we would. Our first van from them (priced way too high & w/ high mileage) mysteriously broke a tooth on the timing sprocket. Against our better judgment, we got back into another loan with them and from the beginning Autobank was playing games. They told us we only qualified for a second hand 2005 Ford Freestar which they had obviously repossessed from another client. It still had personal belonging inside and wasnt cleaned up. It also had rust. We asked them about the rust but they never addressed it.Right from the beginning we had problems with the vehicle. Besides the rust, the radio didnt work and the tire rack was busted. They did replace those items with junk yard parts which we was ok with. With a working radio and tire rack, we went home in our rusty vehicle. You would think they valued our money better since we did just buy one van from them before. About a week goes by and the transmission transaxle light comes on. Was this a sign then?!?! We took the van back to Autobank and they managed to use some car warranty program to pay for a new transmission. At this point we dont even want the van, but still took the van back when the repairs were done. Since we got the vehicle back, we have had nothing but trouble. First the van has an issue where the PCM gets wet when it rains. You dont even have to be driving to get the PCM wet. It happens cause the windshield and the plastic trim is not sealed anymore. We found a fix almost 2 years later in a Youtube video. We have had major repairs in the first year like, the CV axle, the lower control arm, the heat core hose, the main radiator hose replaced, the brake bracket had a seized adjustment bolt, it had an oil leak that they never could find or fix, then it started leaking anti-freeze.I took the van to my mechanic and he said its the upper intake gasket needs to be replaced. We havent had the car 2 years and were already looking at major engine work. I took the vehicle back to Autobank and they sent it out to be looked at and it was confirmed the upper gasket is cracked or leaking and is causing a vacuum leak (loss of power) and is the reason why it is losing coolant. Cost??? Over $2500 for a new engine. It was advised not to replace just the upper intake gasket for the lower part of the engine will have to be addressed next. And the only thing that Autobank could do for me was ask me did I want to get into another car (which means a new loan). Whats crazy is we only have 1-1/2 months left of payments. I dont know what kind of game they are playing but I was left with a van that is now broke down, and Im still expected to pay for this junk. Im out $15,000 of hard earned money. My wife is disabled and all I asked Autobank was to put my wife into a reliable vehicle. This 2005 Ford Freestar was never reliable and caused us nothing but grief. If we can save just one poor hard working person from being taken advantage of like we was, then my writing wasnt in vain. I dont make allot of money and didnt have good credit. These people are piranhas waiting for desperate hard working folks who dont have many choices for financing. They should be shut down, and hopefully with your support they just go out of business. The owner is a coward too. Hide in his office and locked both doors when he saw me and my wife coming. Then told his salesman Rick to tell me if I wanted to see him I would have to set an appointment to speak with him. When we clearly saw him cowering in his office. Even his staff looks at you as if they want to tell you something so bad, but the creep owner pays there check and they dont want to get fired. This is a bad place to do business and they have the nerve to lie on there website and say they are a BBB business. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureaus. Spoke to the BBB of Maryland to verify. You can contact me directly if you want more info on Autobank. Hope this helps someone. God Bless.
